Harvest is right around the corner. You can start seeing some amber trichomes so she's almost there. I flushed this week and will be flushing next week. Man rocbudinc continues to impress me more and more with every plant I grow from him. His photoperiods are always my frostiest but I grew a few of his autos and they resembled photoperiods more than any other auto breeder out there. He chooses his cuts to breed with wisely I guess and his autos also grow bigger than most. These are killin it, started flushing the mac and purple candy paint yesterday 8 days shy of day 60. Took some pics saturday, I added in my slurroc keeper cuz it's been in all the videos and it's pretty.

So switched from 24 hour light to 18 this week which was about day 14 after last seed spread his wings also potted up from seed cups to 1.5l pots on same day, used plenty of great white shark when transplanting, roots fully stocked n crisp white, growth seems to have continued as normal. fast!! So I had to wash the coco from ecothrive after filling each new pot I applied a flush feed at 450ppm! run off was 1500ppm not happy as I thought this product was to be used strait from the bag washed n buffered. This is what I believe stitched me up in the beginning i should of checked before using it and not assume it’s all good because you’ve bought a premium product Coco wash washed with ph’ed water 6.0 until ppm was under 50 then used 10 litre of AN’s cal mag at 2ml per litre half was flushed through left for 30 min the other half was flushed though again this was hopefully to buffer the coco in case it wasn’t as this coco is not what it says on the tin so far then flushed 10 litres of just a and b at 350 ppm run off was around 400ppm I then transplanted All seems well and happy Open to others opinions and experience’s with echthrives coco with charge I believe Iv done the right thing because I’m sure those bad leaves are from the Unflushed coco I used in the beginning Friday update Feed was every other day this week to allow the pots a little time to dry out before the next feed hoping to get those roots searching the pot I’ll mention after I transplanted and watered in with feed I placed the pots on a large bath towel for a few hours to draw some of the saturation out it left the pot much lighter then after they where left to drain on there on accord again hoping for root exploration On Fridays feed I checked the bottom of the pot to see if much had made it down there, I wasn’t really expecting to see anything so soon but every pot had at least a few big old roots poking out and EC 7 was pushing them out am pretty stoked with these results All in all I think the great white shark along with AN’s piranha, tarantula and voodoo juice Are doing a smashing job of building root stock I can’t wait to transplant again and get a good look in!! Also hoping my little efforts to keep the pots a little dryer from the norm are helping stimulate root production along side the additives Fridays feed was up to 2ml per litre of voodoo piranha and tarantula 👊

Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come. 03/15/2021 Reppoting of GSC done I used Bonide(4-10-3) Root&Grow with iba! to lessen shock of transplant and heavy defoliating. Flipping to 12-12 today (the first clones will be for outdoors) made before and after videos of defoliation, and reppot. Blue Dream is cruising along nicely with a little LST bending of branches & stems,so all in all not a bad week..

Things are moving fast! 🚀 Two out of three plants started showing their first signs of flowering early in the week, while the one that got “auto-LST’d” by the fan took 2–3 days longer to catch up but she’s finally there too!🌱 All three are now starting to stretch, and I’ve gently tied down a few branches with soft wire to keep the structure nice and open. Nutrients were adjusted just in time, and everything continues to run super smoothly. Can’t wait to see how these berry babes develop over the next weeks!🍓🌱

Week of fade 😎 Entering the last couple weeks of their lifecycle they’re fading, getting colorful and fat! Smell is insane, keeping temps low now to preserve terpenes and reduce salt build up due to high vpd. Checking trichomes every 2-3 days, aiming for 10-20% amber for my harvest. Stay tuned!

Ok this was my first grow and I made mistakes. -forgot to buffer coco - nutrient burn -started the manlining to early - probably worried to much about every stage these plants. -ended up with fungus gnats And probably appt more I can’t rmeber in the moment. But i learned so much from all of my mistakes and spent so much time researching and seeing in real time how these plants react and grow. I did do some experimentation just a normal top with one blue dream. I topped twice one another blue dream and did a 3 times topped on all the blue dreams and I see why you should at least top three times the eight main colas and spread out the plant I see some of the buds on the one I only topped once not matured at all because there was minimal light other buds were growing so fat it suffocated it basically. I could have probably defoliated and manliness better but ayy. Beginners wil make Mistakes and I’m happy with what came out of these girls. Not excited for trim hail but I am at the same time 😅😅

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Well wish me luck....and away we go.
