My Rainbow Melon plant has been a powerhouse from day one! It's always been one of the fastest and strongest growers in the tent. For a while, it was the undisputed champion in terms of size, and it's still neck and neck for second place. This plant is just bursting with vigor, and I'm super excited to see what kind of yield I get from it. It's got that classic Rainbow Melon aroma – sweet and fruity with a hint of earthiness. It's gonna be a good one! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. I'm never composed without getting high first but I'm actually feeling this as hopefully I should get 4 main heads. Apart from the slight cock up the grows going full speed now and thinking of sticking these on a 8-9 week veg and just pack the tent out. It becomes a ball ache during flower but have way more space with the new tent and the accessible sides. 04/28/25 Round two of WongBurger! (After failed autos..) Two methods: directly in soil & glass of water. 4 seeds: 2/2 1 week apart. Two ish weeks ago we bought some worms to eat the roots of the last harvest. The cover crop grew insane. Cut it back & tilled the top soil for the worms. Broke it down fast imo. 04/20/25 planted 2 WongBurger & 2 Bible Fruit Auto Flowers. None of the autos sprouted. We checked to see if it just couldnt get thru the soil. Seeds never popped. So now experimenting with glass of water germination. First harvest we let it Xmas tree & allowing for smaller yield just to see how it grew. This harvest, plan to scrog, tip & fine tune a bit more for a higher yield. See what we can get up too! **First harvest, thru the growing process stem smell checks smelt like pickles & now during cure it has a gassy pickly funky smell. It's pretty loud but you wouldn't smell down the street. Synthetic grows prob lol high: calming, can have sedation, can have munchies, just over all relaxing couch lock. Pretty chill.

buds are getting fat and smell is more intense now. the watering level is low and the leaves are yellowing so i won't refill it because the plant is near to harvest. I recorded a microscope video to see trychomes (sorry for my bad pulse) but enought to see that buds aren't ready to harvest, maybe the next week.

I am still on holiday. My irrigation system seems to work. I can only show you a video from my Blink in the greenhouse, showing 24 hours from Friday to Saturday. Tropical Mirage is the cannabis plant in the front; she seems to be well. You can also see Euphoria in the back and right in front a giant basilicum hybrid and a Lila Luzi chili plant. Next sunday, I will be back with a more detailed report. Meanwhile, I am testing a few new strains in coffeeshops in Den Haag and Amsterdam :-).

smell on the sativa-doms is strong and unusual. moved 3 to back patio for a bit more light. trichome development on sativas is fantastic, less so on indicas. planned this to be last feeding, but maybe not.

Everything is looking good so far. Plants have really exploded in growth since the flip and are filling out the screen nicely so far. We will keep tucking till she stops stretching and hopefully get most of the screen filled. We flipped her a bit early In the screen fill stage do to a shortage of stock so we need a quick turn around on these girls cause even in Canada with legal weed it’s hard to find good medical grade that’s not ridiculously priced at a legal store. Wayyyyy cheaper to grow our own. Water was changed out at beginning of this week as well and nute’d at 3/4 strength with Remo flowing lineup and UC root at full strength. These girls are also the early version so should be 45 days or so apparently.... we will see...lol

Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music Videos Grow Diary update 27th Feb 2020 The preflowering Stretch has well and truly begun with every branch that wasn't tied down , shooting upwards a few inches. The plant itself looks very healthy and content. Once flowering starts I'll begin to add P+K to the feeding regime. We have had bugger all sunlight here for over a week and also we have had lots of rain and wind. Daily max temps have been around the 24-25 celcius range and the minimums around 15 c. RH has been high 67% on average. That is about it for this weeks plant update . Now for the weekly Music videos. ** Last week I posted the links to three different artists who were picked by fellow growers thru the Grow question that I posted asking for requests. ** This week is back to just the one featured Artist from Australia. This week's artist is Mr Paul Kelly who is an Australian rock music singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has performed solo, and has led numerous groups, including the Dots, the Coloured Girls, and the Messengers. He has worked with many other artists and groups and is considered one of the finest singer songwriters to have come from Australia. Once again I couldn't narrow it down to just one song as he's had many great tunes but I have chosen the two with the best Music video as that is the main criteria for my Diaries Theme. good flowering, everything is stable, a lot of inflorescences appeared this week, next week it is planned to remove the lower leaves. We had to tilt two branches from the middle, as they stretched out very much and there was a risk of burn, we are waiting for 7 weeks!

Everything went according to plan. From germination the plant displayed a very good development. With no training I believe she gave a very good yield. She always looked very strong with no signs of any risk.
