Ok, so I forgot to update this last week. woops, I will try and remember all the details but im sure to be forgetting something. I decided to strip the plants a bit as I felt their bottom half under the canopy was a bit to thick and under performing It has a bunch of shity stems and buds trying to develop and they where looking sad and spindly, not enough light, If i had under canopy lighting sure that's fine I'd leave em and they would thicken up, but I don't; so they had to go. I selected defoliation as a techniques used but I did not touch anything in the canopy. only below it, it was all not performing well and would have just increased the risk of bad airflow and maybe rot come late flower. I also have been noticing more issues with the one plant then the others and my hydro shop guys said it need more feed, I don't know how much I agree with them about that, they do not grow with amendments but it was time for the topdressing anyways. I mixed up the stuff and worked it into the top soil of the plants outside on the deck, when watering it in I also mixed it with my hands, I found this helps hydrate the Gaia Green powders and prevented them from forming dry pucks in the top layer. I think I need to always do this morning forward with all top dressings as just mixing it into the dry soil then watering is causing to much resistance and the top layer then gets a little bit crusty and hydrophobic, but mixing in while watering at the same time has prevented that from what I can tell. I also gave them a bit of a liquid soluble calcium as the PH was creeping back up again and didn't want that to be locked out. It helped to green up some of the plants again still the one is a bit to yellow for my liking. The top dress consisted of AP 4-4-4, PB 2-8-4 and some IF 3-2-4 Mixed it all up with something else can't remember, probably fulvic acids and magnesium. I also did a bit of a calibration on my tools as well as I felt they might be off a bit. The EC was not to bad, off by 41ppm or 0.082EC vs the base solution, my unit is a 500 scale pen eg. 500ppm=1.0EC PH was a bit more off by PH 0.18 from the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I did not do a before for the PH 7.01 calibration solution as I started at 4.01 but its still close enough in the end at PH 7.03. The storage solution is almost always the same as the PH 4.01 calibration solution. In their manual it says if you don't have any storage solution just use the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I feel they maybe the same thing but one has red dye and some stabilizers in it. Who knows. O and when working on my deck garden I was upcycleing the old cannabis growing mediums into the planters from the strawberry tent grow off, the one shaft from an older plant was purple inside when I broke it. It sat outside all winter so who knows what it was, I'm guessing its just anthocyanins or something similar. The trichomes on the Runtz are all milky and I'm getting some amber on the sugar leaves, I think the end is near 😁 The G13 is looking great and smelling wonderful, the buds are getting heavier and same for the GDP

Ciao a tutti! C'è stata un'accellerata imprevista e così mi sa che raccoglierò una settimana prima del previsto! Tra 3 o 4 giorni taglio tutto! Ho svuotato completamente i vasi e ho messo solamente acqua liscia per far sì che le radici scarichino bene tutti i nutrimenti ancora presenti. Devo registrare purtroppo un piccolo problema di muffa, dovuto sicuramente all'umidificatore (purtroppo ho dovuto tenerlo acceso per tenere bassa la temperatura) in quanto si è formata sugli 8 apicali della pianta più vicina ad esso. Ho dovuto purtroppo tagliarli e buttarli via quasi per intero, ci avrò rimesso una ventina di grammi, anche 30. Post memoria per me: l'anno prossimo a luglio non devo avere niente e iniziare il ciclo a metà agosto con le temperature più accessibili. Comunque sta andando benissimo a parte l'imprevisto, non vedo l'ora di raccogliere e fumare! Ci vediamo la prossima per l'ultima settimana 🤣🤣🍀🍀💪🏼💪🏼

Buds should be dried in the dark, 50% humidity, at 20 degrees

Well she transitioned into flower this week but she is stretching at a fast rate. I'm hoping she keeps stretching another week or two. Two of the other autos started to bud this week but i was hoping this one would be offset beings that is was germinated a little later so Im wondering if theirs something that triggered them to flower other than its genetics. It did cool down this week from in the 100's, to mid 80's and mid 60's at night. They got more compost tea this week and some rain a few days earlier in the week followed by sunshine.

wowzers!! I think this might be the fattest auto i've ever grown lol well see when the weight comes of course but she has some thiiiiiick colas!!!! Seeing lots of trichs with mostly clear still so I have a feeling another 3-5 days until chop chop!!! she smells amazing!!! have a feeling shes gonna be a really nice smoke 😵

The girls come back inside when the weather is uncooperative. Indoor temp is around 70 and humidity around 60-65%. Otherwise pretty much the same as prior weeks.

Harvest day for this beautiful blind tester from Fast Buds. The buds are coated in trichomes and love watching it glisten. A very potent aroma and beautiful finished colors. I'm excited to see what genetics we have cultivated. I'll see you back in about a month for the smoke review.

Day 51 - Deficiencies have gotten a bit out of hand the previous few days. Looking at the leaves I was thinking maybe calcium and magnesium deficiency, but it doesn't really make sense to me because I had: 1. Given a decent feeding with the Aptus cal-mag solution. 2. Calcium was already in the soil (pre-fertilized) 3. There is more often too much calcium in soil than too little. 4. There is a not insignificant amount of calcium in the water I use (causes limescale in a lot of things) So my guess is instead of calcium deficiency, I'm seeing next to some magnesium deficiency, a deficiency of phosphorus. So a couple of days ago I gave the plant FloraBloom which has both phosphorus and magnesium but no nitrogen or calcium. Today (two days later), the leaves are now feeling a lot less dry / crunchy, which was a supposed symptom of phosphorus deficiency. I expect to need to wait about two more weeks before harvesting. Maybe around 10 days. The trichomes are still fairly glassy although there's some cloudiness. Pistils are still mainly white though, so I'm expecting some fattening to happen. I don't really like feeding the plants at this point (short before harvest), but the deficiencies were severe enough to me that I'll keep giving FloraBloom this week. Next week I might stop depending on where the trichomes are at. Smell is excellent, I definitely now understand where the 'mandarin' name comes from. Very similar to a mandarin smell now. Other than the phosphorus / magnesium issue, the plants seems to be doing well.

12/02/22: The colas are heaving with heavy buds and more orange sites are springing up. On the full dose of nutrients now for the last few weeks. I had to use more cable ties today to keep the colas from falling over like in previous weeks. good strong smell. great environment for flower. defoliated again mostly near the bases.
