Only watering with plain water this week. Last week PPMs were hovering around 2k so the slow flush is working properly. I will skip nutes this week to prevent additional build up. CSK 1 - PPM 1230 / PH 6.7 CSK 2 - PPM 1315 / PH 6.6 CSK 3 - PPM 1225 / PH 6.5

Hey Guys, so I have ran into some difficulties regarding our power supplier. Due to the current situation we are facing in South Africa the power company "Eskom" does not have ample supply to provide constant electricity to our country anymore. This is very sad. So they implement a system called "loadshedding" where the cut off power supply in certain suburbs at certain times. This has got me in a complete and utter flat spin as I'm not always at home when this happens. The past 2 weeks have been immensely rough as we we're scheduled for outages 3 times a day for 2,5 hour intervals. Between 02:00AM - 06:30 my tent's power went off (depending on scheduled time). This has in fact caused some VPD problems ( I tried getting up every night, but I still have to get enough sleep for work ). As you can imagine, it sucks BIG TIME. I've done my best to keep at par & doctored where I could. *Decreased Light Intensity (600W) *Decreased Wind Velocity on canopy Almost approaching the start of week 3. Feeding schedule from 3 day interval - 2 day interval ( 2L per feed ) Selective defoliation to get light on lower tops. Used some garden wire to support 2 main colas which we're too high. Note: Pest/Mould check done. Foliar sprayed with H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) @ coolest part of day - Next day applied high alkalinity ph'd water to kill mildew spores - Fan heater running from 03:30AM - 06:00AM, pulsing/regulating temp at 19-21°C [ until light comes on ] Grow Logging Light Distance From Canopy = 65cm Substrate Temp = 16 C Substrate PH = 6.0 Normal - Moist Level 79cm = Scrog Net Height 95cm = Tree Height PPFD = 20.1 C = Tent 45% RH

Saludos. 😬 ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Well found those who came to this follow-up, we started this week as it had been warned in the last post, an overdose by the bio-vega applied in week 4 would affect us, one of the most affected plants is Critical Mass CBD whoever it was. the first to show burns on its tips, after it the next most affected is the Forum Cookies x OG Badazz which, unlike the Critical, presents less burns, the O.M.G and Brain Cake when fed with another dosage did not show burns. The other important point is a calcium and magnesium deficiency, which was detected during week 4 and at the beginning of week 5, to correct said deficiency, the dose was started with 0.8 ml of atami calmag, which will be administered constantly in the irrigations because we are working with demineralized water, therefore it is necessary to add this supplement. Probably next week, we will fertilize with bio-vega only the O.M.G and Brain Cake, in order to eliminate the overdose of Forum and Critical who will only continue to be supplied with water, rhizotonic and calmag with low doses. What do you think of the strategy I am taking ?, comment and share. Cheers 😬

The berry scent is intensifying and the buds are fattening up pretty good. Since I should be done with the harvest pics from the auto crop I can prob start taking some pictures next week. Only change this week was humidity dropping it's getting cold here. I've been defoliating a little bit here and there every time I feed but nothing too heavy.

She’s drying right now. Will be a decent yield. Terps are literally orange and sherb. That’s rare. Very happy with the results— probably could have harvested a little sooner but wanted to take her amber.🏻💚

🌸 Week 12 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week has passed, and we are finally reaching the end of this pheno hunt. It has been an exciting journey with plenty of highs, but unfortunately also a few setbacks during the final weeks. 📈 Current observations: Unfortunately, Pheno #1 didn't make it to the finish line. Several buds developed bud rot, and rather than risking further contamination, I decided the best option was to remove and dispose of the entire plant. Pheno #3 never fully recovered after I had to remove multiple main colas earlier in flower because they were growing into the SANlight fixture. That stress significantly reduced its flower production, and in the end it simply wasn't worth keeping until harvest. Pheno #4 and #5 have now been harvested and are hanging to dry. Unfortunately, Pheno #4 accidentally snapped during handling, so I had no choice but to harvest it immediately. Luckily, it was already mature enough for harvest. That leaves Pheno #2 and Pheno #6 as the final two plants still standing in the tent. They are continuing to finish their flowering cycle, and I'm expecting Pheno #2 to be ready for harvest sometime next week. 📊 Current environment: Temperature: 31°C Relative Humidity: 63% VPD: ~1.66 kPa SANlight fixture at maximum height Light intensity: 90% 🌿 Final thoughts: Even though not every phenotype made it to the finish line, that's exactly what a pheno hunt is about. Every plant tells a different story, and every run teaches something new. Some phenos exceeded my expectations, while others showed weaknesses under the exact same conditions. Now the focus shifts to the final harvests, drying, curing, and, of course, the smoke test. I'm especially excited to compare Pheno #4, #5, #2, and #6 once everything is properly cured to see which one truly deserves the top spot. 💬 Which remaining pheno do you think will finish as the winner of this Gorilla Cookies Auto pheno hunt?

Currently waiting for the soil to dry out after the flush last week so only foliar feeding . It seems to be helping, I need to put aside a few hours to give both my remo chemo and purple CBD some love. Both got lockout from salt buildup and I need to sit down and trim any dead growth, some light LST and TDS and pH the runoff. Day 68- fed some fish mix and liquid seaweed 3ml/l and 4ml/l respectively. pH 6.2 Day 69- seems to be recovering well!

🍑 8×8 Adventure – Week 15 🌿 Passion Fruitz by Zamnesia 💚🌸 😂 THE SLOW GIRL FINALLY GOT THE MEMO! — FROM THE 8×8 JUNGLE TO HARVEST MODE! 🍑✂️ Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 MY FRIENDS... I'M LAUGHING. I'M SMILING. AND YES... WE'RE DIVIDING THE REPORTS AGAIN! 😂😂😂 At this point, I think you all know the drill. When Dog Doctor starts taking photographs, the camera roll gets out of control, the reports get longer, and suddenly one update becomes two! But this time, we have a little twist in the Passion Fruitz story. Because our beautiful, stubborn, ridiculously patient solo survivor finally decided to finish her journey. And how did she do it? Well... Apparently, all she needed was a change of accommodation! 😂🍑🏠 Remember this girl? The slow one. The girl who seemed to be operating on her own calendar. The girl who kept producing beautiful white pistils while the rest of the 8×8 room was moving further along. The girl who made us wonder whether she was measuring time in weeks, months, or some mysterious Passion Fruitz unit that the rest of us simply don't understand. 😂⏳🌸 YES! THAT GIRL! After waiting patiently for her to reach the stage we were looking for, we moved her into the smaller tent with a little ViparSpectra LED. And apparently... SHE GOT THE MEMO! 😂😂😂🍑 In less than a week, she finished her journey. I couldn't make this stuff up! After all those weeks of taking her sweet time, suddenly she decided that it was time to get things moving. So, although this is our next report in the diary sequence, we're keeping it within the same overall reporting week as we document this transition. We have the final growing moments, the change of environment, and the beginning of the harvest chapter. The harvest and trimming process will have its own report next, because, of course, we have another mountain of photographs to share! 😂📸✂️ For now, let's give our beautiful Passion Fruitz the spotlight. Because despite all the jokes about her taking forever, this girl has been a lush, beautiful plant throughout her journey. And when she finally decided to finish? She gave us another chapter worth documenting. 🍑🌸💚 ──────────────────────── 🐢 A QUICK RECAP — THE GIRL WHO REFUSED TO RUSH For anyone joining this diary for the first time, let's quickly rewind. Passion Fruitz by Zamnesia has been our solo survivor in the 8×8 Adventure. While twelve individual plants and phenotypes shared the wider project, Passion Fruitz was following her own story as the lone representative of her genetics in this diary. And from early on, one thing became very clear. THIS GIRL WAS NOT IN A HURRY! 😂🍑⏳ We watched her develop through the earlier stages. We documented her lush foliage, her beautiful structure, and her steady growth. Then flowering came along, and she began developing those lovely flower sites covered in fresh white pistils. But while the other girls were progressing toward more advanced stages of flowering, Passion Fruitz continued at her own pace. Week after week, we kept documenting her. She was beautiful. She was growing. She was developing. But she was taking her sweet time. And I mean... HER SWEET TIME! 😂😂😂 Even compared with the Blueberry Muffins and other phenotypes that had been moving at a more relaxed pace, Passion Fruitz was noticeably behind in visible floral development. But we kept observing her rather than forcing her into somebody else's timeline. That is an important part of this project. The 8×8 Adventure is about documenting individual plants and their differences, not pretending every phenotype follows the same schedule. And Passion Fruitz gave us a very clear example of that. She was lush. She was beautiful. She kept building. And she made us practise patience. A LOT OF PATIENCE! 😂🌿💚 ──────────────────────── 🌿 A LUSH PLANT FROM BEGINNING TO END Before we talk about her final chapter, I want to appreciate the plant herself. Because Passion Fruitz wasn't simply the girl who took longer than expected. She was a beautiful plant to grow and document. Her foliage gave her a lush appearance, her structure developed over time, and her flowers became increasingly interesting as the weeks passed. Those developing flower sites, the contrast between the foliage and the pistils, and her overall shape gave us plenty of photographs worth keeping. And that's something I don't want to lose behind the running joke about her pace. Yes, she was slow. Yes, we teased her. Yes, there were weeks when it felt like she was determined to keep us waiting forever. 😂🍑 But she was also a beautiful plant. We followed her progression rather than judging her by one photograph or one particular week. And now that we can look back at the complete journey, we can appreciate both things at once. She took her time. And she grew beautifully. Those two things aren't mutually exclusive. Sometimes a plant simply gives us a different timeline from the one we expected. And Passion Fruitz has certainly made sure we won't forget hers! 🌸💚🍑 ──────────────────────── 🏠 THE BIG MOVE — SMALLER TENT, DIFFERENT LIGHT Now, here's where the story takes an interesting turn. After spending so much time waiting for Passion Fruitz to reach the stage we wanted to see, we moved her into a smaller tent with a ViparSpectra LED. A change of scenery for our solo survivor! 😂🏠🌿 She was no longer in the same immediate lighting environment as the plants remaining in the 8×8 room. Instead, she was moved into that smaller space, where she continued the final part of her journey under the ViparSpectra light. And then... LESS THAN A WEEK LATER... SHE WAS READY! 😂😂😂🍑 I can't help laughing at the timing. For weeks, we'd been watching her develop and wondering how long she was going to keep going. Then we changed her environment, and within less than a week, she had reached the finish line. Now, let's be careful about how we interpret that. The timing is interesting, and it's absolutely worth documenting. But we can't conclude from one plant and one change that the smaller tent or the ViparSpectra LED alone caused her to finish. She was already well into her flowering journey, and several factors can influence how a plant progresses. What we can say is that we moved her, she continued developing, and she reached the stage we were waiting for in less than a week. That's what happened. And it's a fascinating final chapter for a plant that had already given us such an unusual timeline. The slow girl finally crossed the finish line. And she did it in her own way. 🍑💡🌸 ──────────────────────── 😂 PASSION FRUITZ, WE NEED TO TALK! Girl... Seriously?! 😂😂😂 All those weeks. All those updates. All those photographs of beautiful white pistils. All those moments when we looked at the rest of the room and wondered what was going on with you. And then you move into the smaller tent, get a little ViparSpectra sunshine, and suddenly you're ready to finish? WHAT WAS THAT?! 😂🍑💡 I'm joking, of course. But I love moments like this because they make the diary memorable. We can plan. We can observe. We can document our expectations. And then the plants do something that reminds us not to become too attached to our predictions. Passion Fruitz has been teaching us patience from the beginning. And right at the end, she gave us a little surprise. After such a long wait, the final transition happened quickly. One more reminder that each plant has its own timeline, and the next chapter doesn't always arrive when we expect it. She's been a beautiful girl throughout the journey. And now she's given us a finish that fits her personality perfectly. Unexpected. A little funny. And absolutely worth documenting. 😂🌸💚 ──────────────────────── 🌸 FROM FRESH WHITE PISTILS TO THE FINAL CHAPTER If you've been following the previous updates, you'll remember how much we talked about those white pistils. They were one of the most noticeable features of her later flowering reports. While several other phenotypes were visibly further along, Passion Fruitz continued to show fresh pistils and developing flower structures. That was the main reason we kept describing her as the slow girl of the room. We weren't trying to criticise her. We were documenting what we could see. And now, after moving her into the smaller tent, we reached the point where her growing chapter came to an end. It's satisfying to look back at that progression. The early plant. The lush growth. The developing flowers. The long wait. The change of environment. And finally, the harvest. This is exactly why I enjoy keeping the individual diaries. When we document the entire journey, the final result becomes more meaningful because we can see the story that came before it. Passion Fruitz didn't simply appear one day as a finished plant. We watched her get there. And now it's time to document what comes next. 🍑🌿📸 ──────────────────────── 📸 TOO MANY PHOTOGRAPHS... AGAIN! My friends, I'm going to apologise in advance. 😂💚 YES, WE'RE SPLITTING THE REPORTS AGAIN! But this time, it's not just because I took too many beautiful photographs. It's also because we're documenting two connected but distinct parts of her journey. This update covers the transition into the final stage, the change of tent and lighting, and the story of how our slow girl finally reached harvest. The next report will focus on the harvest and trimming process. We'll give those photographs their own space, and we'll be able to walk through that part of the journey without rushing past the details. I want to show you what happened, not simply jump from a growing plant to a finished result. The harvest is an important milestone. The trimming process is another part of the story. And the photographs help preserve the details along the way. So please bear with me, my friends. I know we've been here before! 😂📸✂️ But when a plant gives us a journey like Passion Fruitz, I want to document it properly. ──────────────────────── 🔬 THE 8×8 ADVENTURE — SAME PROJECT, INDIVIDUAL JOURNEYS For anyone discovering the project through Passion Fruitz, here's the bigger picture. The 8×8 Adventure follows twelve individual plants and phenotypes in a shared growing project. The plants were grown under the same general environmental strategy, with a shared lighting ecosystem, irrigation approach, and nutritional programme during their time in the main room. But the plants did not all develop at the same pace. Some progressed quickly. Some took longer. Some developed different structures. And Passion Fruitz became one of our clearest examples of a plant following a notably slower timeline. Her move into the smaller tent was a later part of her individual journey, so her final days weren't spent under exactly the same immediate conditions as the plants remaining in the 8×8. That distinction matters. We can compare her earlier development with the other plants that shared the room, and we can document what happened after she moved. But we shouldn't pretend every stage happened under identical conditions. The project is about honest observation. And Passion Fruitz has given us a very interesting timeline to preserve. Twelve plants. Twelve individual stories. And one slow girl who decided to finish just when we were starting to think she'd never stop! 😂🍑🌱 ──────────────────────── 💡 A QUICK SHOUTOUT TO THE LIGHTING CREW During her time in the main room, Passion Fruitz was part of the 8×8 Adventure lighting setup, with Future of Grow Black Series LEDs providing the main lighting. The wider project also included the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures supplied for testing. For the final part of Passion Fruitz's journey, however, we moved her into a smaller tent with a ViparSpectra LED. That's an important detail in her timeline. The smaller tent and the ViparSpectra light were part of her final environment, and she reached harvest less than a week after the move. We're documenting that sequence because it's part of what happened, not because we're claiming that one particular light or tent automatically makes a plant finish faster. One plant's experience doesn't establish a universal rule. But it certainly gives us something interesting to remember when we look back at her diary! A big thank you to Future of Grow for supporting the lighting side of the 8×8 Adventure and supplying the additional Black Series fixtures for the project. And a nod to ViparSpectra for the light that was part of Passion Fruitz's final chapter. 💡🌱💚 ──────────────────────── 🌿 NUTRITION & ENVIRONMENT — KEEPING THE RECORD HONEST Throughout her time in the main room, Passion Fruitz was part of the shared environmental and nutritional approach documented in the earlier reports. Those previous updates included the room's general temperature, humidity, lighting, and nutrient references. But after moving her into the smaller tent, we shouldn't automatically carry every main-room reading over as though nothing had changed. The immediate environment was different, and we don't have a complete new set of measurements in this update. So rather than invent new readings or imply that all conditions remained identical, we'll keep the record focused on what we know. Passion Fruitz was a lush, beautiful plant throughout her journey. She took longer than the other girls to reach the stage we were waiting for. We moved her into a smaller tent under a ViparSpectra LED. And in less than a week, she reached harvest. Those are the key points of this chapter. Honest documentation means recording what happened without filling in missing details with guesses. And that's how I want to keep this diary. 💚🌱🔬 ──────────────────────── 🍑 FINAL THOUGHTS — THE SLOW GIRL FINALLY CROSSED THE LINE! Well, my friends... What a journey! 😂🍑👑 Passion Fruitz has been one of the most memorable girls in the 8×8 Adventure, simply because she made us wait for so long. She was lush. She was beautiful. She developed her flowers at her own pace. She kept showing us those lovely white pistils while other plants progressed further. And we kept following her, week after week, documenting what we saw. Then came the move into the smaller tent. A little ViparSpectra LED. A change of environment. And less than a week later... HARVEST! 😂😂😂🌸 I'm still smiling about that. Of course, we won't pretend that one change explains everything. Her development was already well underway, and we can't establish the exact cause of the timing from this single experience. But as part of her individual story, it's a brilliant moment. The plant that seemed to have all the time in the world suddenly reached the finish line. And now we're ready to document the next stage. The harvest and trimming report is coming next, where we'll give the process and the photographs the space they deserve. For now, let's appreciate Passion Fruitz for what she's been throughout this journey. A lush plant. A beautiful plant. A patient plant. And a very memorable solo survivor. 🍑🌿💚 Thank you, girl, for keeping us guessing. Thank you for giving us such a beautiful plant to document. And thank you for finally deciding that the story needed a new chapter! 😂👑 ──────────────────────── 💬 COME JOIN THE DOG DOCTOR COMMUNITY! She took her time. She made us wait. She kept us guessing. And then she finished in less than a week after moving into the smaller tent! 😂🍑💡 Her growing chapter is complete. But her story isn't finished. The harvest and trimming report is coming next. Until then... Growers Love & Happy Growing! 🌱💚🍑 Take care, everyone. And Passion Fruitz...
