Grow notes week 3 #1 This plant is healthy and thriving. She’s the first to show pistols which means I should change her status to flowering but I won’t do that until it’s pretty obviously in flower. She’s taking the training nicely and I think I’m starting to figure things out when it comes to training.. the trick is to simply SLOW DOWN. #2 is looking great! Her leaves are healthy and node spacing is just how I like it to look. She likes LST and seems happy with the maxi grow/bloom series. The roots on each plant are healthy and white #3 is getting greener each day but I’m starting to believe it’s either genetics or this nutrient line that’s causing this effect. #4 is the thickest and biggest plant of the bunch. However, she is displaying rust spots and potential calcium or iron deficiency on the lower older leaves. I may have to feed heavier on cal mag while running this nutrient line up. Las flores no son para nada llamativas, una variedad más cruzada con rudelaris, que para mi gusto es perder el tiempo y el dinero invertido en cultivar cosas así… no merece la pena en interior, el ratio de gramo watio se me quedó en 0.5 , de los no peores resultados que tuve en los últimos 5 años. a sido una genética con la que no disfruté nada cultivarla, es complicada, es bastante sensible. Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. I topped her this week and she became very bushy within two days. I also changed her into a 10 gallon grow bag and she is loving it. I have increased nutrients this week as I noticed a slight bit of leaf curl due to too much nitrogen so washed roots down a bit a diluted nutes slightly and she came around pretty quickly! Growing quickly

WOW 🤩 she got HUGE. The longest meter on earth! Seriously she looks amazing. I’ve seen some harvests from her her on GD and I’m super excited to have somehow gotten her over 5 feet tall! Stay tuned this is going to be special!

Estamos aplicando una subida de EC que se me fue un poco la mano en el anterior riego no dándoles la trancision que quería,ya que le agregué más 100l con una ec final de casi 2,1 Este riego es más aporte de vitaminas junto azúcares y encinas acompañado como siempre del abono base y calmag Espero en el fin de semana agregar otro riego de 75l con la primera carga de monsterbloom si ya veo que pueda aplicarse por un desarrollo avanzado de la flor,no quiero generar bloqueos con ese aditivo. Por lo demás este cultivo haciendo comparaciones va a romper en producción. El desarrollo de las flores en casi el 80% del armario es increíble,vamos a ver grandes flores y espero que muy resinosas y compactas.

Finally a little happiness on the last day of the week. This week the plants have healthier, greener leaves. And the buds are growing. I say what I did that helped my plant. I reduced the strong wind, I increased the humidity, I increased the distance between the light and the plant by 10 cm. And I started fertilizing a lot. I thought the leaves would burn because they had a lot of fertilizer, but on the contrary, they needed fertilizer.

This girl got transplanted into a 10 gallon pot and she is loving it…responding to LST very well after defoliation with Some new leaf growth.
