5/25 this plant is starting to gain some vigor finally. Has some real nice healthy color and I'm happy with where she is and/or where she will go once flowering commences. I was worried that she wasn't going to grow into much of anything. This seedling has been fighting since day 5/26 top dressed. this is week 3 and I fed them only two times. the pots are still wet from the initial watering. I will introduce Bio Heaven this week.

This week is going to be hot. I expect everything to hit generative 2/mid flower this week. The #1 & #2 plants should hit that phase day 2 and day 3 of this week. The #3 plant around day 7. The coop poop I top dressed with is still feeding. It should be just supplemental about mid week. I'm feeding my gen 2 formula that's in the nutrient section for this week. The plants will get that feed daily once generative two phase begins.The one I didn't top is over 7' tall. I used it's height for the plants height. The other two I topped are just over 5'.

I started the week super cropping. Each of these babies is looking great now.

Was out of town all week and came back to find the CBD Star in my space bucket not looking good. It looks like a phosphorus deficiency but not entirely sure. Yellow leaves with brown/black spots and dark red/purple stems. I flushed it with 2 gallons 6.5 pH water, re-fertilized, put it out in the sun and defoliated. I defoliated pretty heavily since many of the fan leaves were yellowed and blocking light from the lower bud sites. The center was also getting pretty dense so I carefully removed some of the leaves to help with airflow. Despite the stress, It seems to have bounced back reasonably well. There’s probably irreparable damage given the level of yellowing but the buds continue to grow and thicken. Cheese has absolutely exploded and looks great. It probably doubled in height last week with many bud sites on the 5 main stalks. Excited to see how it turns out.

Everything in the 2x2 is looking good! Started some LST to open the plants up and get light to all the lower spots. Humidty around 60 to 65 percent bottom watered for the first time in the earthbox. Filled it up until it ran out of the overflow with Springwater. Will water again when chamber goes dry to prevent any root issues so far I am loving the earthbox!

Howdy growfessors! Another week has come and gone with the outdoors grow. The ladies took a bit of a beating from the tail end of tropical storm Ida. Going to build a partial greenhouse roof to help keep the rain off them, which will hopefully lower the chances for mould.

Green crack is deffo the little weirdo in the tent but she’s showing signs of healthy growth so she gets to hang around , transplanted into 15L pots midweek for the next week or so then I’ll transplant again into 28L pots for the run home

08/25/2020 Did some defoiliating more pistils popping out all over.

Super easy grow , i hst & topped this girl early & I think that really helped her out !!! She was grown in living soil so no NPK was given to this girl at all .. she smells just like lemonade, and finish on day 71 from seed !! Super happy with this girl ... she’s drying now , I can’t wait to smoke her!! She smokes super smooth, taste exactly how she smells!! Great job fast buds

End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Tangerine dream auto from Weed Seed Express grew really well. I had some ph issues in flowering with trying to keep up with her diet. Is a great smelling flower. Should have a strong couch lock effect. I grew it a about a week longer then I should. I am totally OK with that as well. August 1: These clones are now next to the motherplant and august 3 will be the start of flowering when the light goes off. The nutrients are now just calmag, micro and bloom at 500ppm untill they hit week 3 flower August 10th: the clones are now at day 7 flower and they just got trimmed (lower branches and biggest leaf on top of the plants) i dont go too agressive on defoliation with this strain, on the last short video of this week u can see what i cut off at this stage, this was done at day 7 flower
