Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. Week 6 Flower Up until flush, she was only given PK, sugars and sweeteners, and the microbes (listed above). Everything else has been stopped to ensure a proper flush. She started her flush on Day 40 as I want to get a nice fade on her after a long flush. My girls are in coco and perlite, in fabric pots sat on benches so they dry out within 2 days. Because of this I can flush a lot of water through them without overwatering. Infact, the amount of water I put through them doesn't make a difference to how quickly they dry. Good air movement around the pots also helps them dry, and stops any stagnant air within the lower half of the tent and within the plants, preventing any moulds. When flushing, I first feed just enough water to create a run off into the tray so I can read the ppm and pH value. Doing this lets you know how your plant has been performing; whether she's been way off in pH and locked out by having a high/low pH and high ppm, or if she's been doing just fine with a pH range within tolerance and around the same ppm value or less than you've been feeding. This girl was in perfect health, with a good pH and ppm. After that, I flush up to 30ltr and then take a second reading from the last bit of run off. The ppm is the main thing I look at this time, to see how low I've taken it from the flush. Personally, I find the girls fade much sooner, and more overall by doing a bigger flush as it takes almost all of the nutrients out of the coco within a few days. That leaves the plant with nothing but her own stored nutrients to feed on for the next 2+ weeks. A better flush means a better, cleaner smoke. She's stacked up and swelling by the day with huge buds. Not the frostiest strain I've ran, but still covered in trichomes and extremely strong scented. She smells of mixed berries and grapes 🍇 I can't wait to try! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

She started germination Monday 14/10/2019 straight into the soil, after 3 days she turned into a little sprout. 23/10/2019 - Struggling a bit to maintain good veg RH (55-65), currently between 45-50, humidifier on the way. PH was also to high about 7.5-8.0, already fix it to 6.5, with a drop of lemon juice. 24/10/2019 - Noticed little flies on the tent, going to add sticky trap.

These are between days 35 and 36. Really starting to see the buds come to fruition. Mainly just getting the bud sites clean from the bigger fan leaves. Man is there a lot of bud sites! I noticed they were getting nutrient toxicity so I'm only giving water until they tell me to give them something else. For this being my first grow I'm slowly starting to get to feel of it.

Hallo und herzlich willkommen zu meinem Growbericht Outdoor 2025 mit den Sorten Power Flower Feminized, Royal Medic Feminized und Special Kush #1 Feminized, alle 3 von Royal Queen Seeds. Es ist das erste Mal, das ich Töpfe für den Outdoor grow verwende, bisher waren alle Gorilla grows und direkt in die Erde gepflanzt. Alle drei Ladies purpeln im Laub. Sie bekommen nur noch pures Brunnenwasser. Der abgebrochene Ast der Special Kush ist wieder komplett angewachsen. Tag 215: Endlich mal wieder ein Sonnentag, Die Power Flower fem. hat sehr schöne Farben bekommen. Tag 217: Auch heute hat es wieder bis nach Mittag gedauert, bis der Nebel weg war. In der Sonne kommen die Farben der drei Großen voll zur Geltung und die Trichome glitzern um die Wette. Wenn's dir gefallen hat, schau wieder vorbei ✌️😎

Medusa 2/5 also suffered from the heat & drought stress. Neverthless, the issue is fixed. From now on the buds will start to grow bigger. The plant almost requires a watering every 2 days. Let's keep the temps down and see how she turns out

First time growing in a long while. I set up a custom grow tent with some wood and mylar sheets. I'm using an old Rodeadro lamp for now but expecting the new Mars Hydro sometimes soon. Really doing this for the experience with no great expectations and hopeful for a fair amount of weed in the end.

10.10.2021 DAY 160 On this beautiful date I harvested a plant Bruce Banner #3 Fast that had survived the tremendous winds of the last few days. I sheltered it from the wind and rain so that the resin didn't wash away. It was a great grow and I am very happy with the genetics and natural fertilizers from biocanna, having doubled the dosage the last few weeks. See you soon.
