Day 44, 30th of October 2020: Here we go I am back from holiday this girl grew a lot. The first 6 pictures before LST and the rest is after picture. I switches the light to 12/12 from tomorrow and leave her in darkness for one day from now. She has got already some smell also... ;) I have ordered and extraction fan kit so with filter it will be used soon. Next week starts more intensive fertilization as well :) Let's start to flower hahaha :) Happy Smokes ;)

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

🇺🇸 Week 9 of Growth – Mother Gorilla 🇺🇸 Hey everyone, we’re back for Week 9 of growth for the Mother Gorilla from Royal Queen Seeds. This week wasn’t great—the plant struggled to recover after the defoliation. I had major pH fluctuations all week, which really slowed down growth. Now at Week 9, I really want to switch to flowering, but the plant isn’t developing well enough. For the past three weeks, things haven’t been going smoothly, and it’s frustrating. This morning, after returning from the weekend, pH had risen to 6.4, which is way too high for hydro at this stage. So I flushed the reservoir and started fresh with a new, properly adjusted nutrient solution. I kept all the nutrients the same, and all other parameters remain unchanged. Now, my main focus this week is keeping the nutrient solution stable so the plant can resume healthy growth. Nothing else to report—just pH fluctuations and slowed growth. The plant really needs to regain strength before flowering, or it’ll be a problem. See you next week! ⸻ 🇫🇷 Semaine 9 de Croissance – Mother Gorilla 🇫🇷 Salut tout le monde, on est de retour pour la semaine 9 de croissance de la Mother Gorilla de chez Royal Queen Seeds. Cette semaine n’a pas été top, la plante a eu du mal à récupérer après la défoliation. J’ai eu de grosses fluctuations de pH toute la semaine, ce qui a ralenti la croissance. On est à 9 semaines de croissance, et j’aimerais vraiment passer en floraison, mais la plante ne se développe pas assez bien. Ça fait trois semaines que ça ne se passe pas comme prévu, et c’est frustrant. Ce matin, en rentrant du week-end, le pH était monté à 6,4, ce qui est bien trop élevé pour l’hydro à ce stade. J’ai donc vidé la soupe et préparé une nouvelle solution nutritive ajustée. J’ai gardé les mêmes nutriments, et toutes les constantes restent inchangées. Cette semaine, mon objectif est de stabiliser la solution nutritive pour que la plante puisse reprendre une bonne croissance. Rien d’autre à signaler, à part les fluctuations de pH et le ralentissement. Elle doit vraiment reprendre de la vigueur avant la floraison, sinon ça risque d’être compliqué. Amazing it came to flowering stages after the rough vegetation

Here we are into the beginning of true flowering! Stacking has begun, flower development is coming along beautifully, both plants are loving the 900PPFD & 2.0EC feed without signs of stress. Co2 is being implemented this week & leaf tucking will continue. The Bride Cake has surprised me with its stretch during this last week or 2, Growing nearly an inch every other day. No real serious trichome development yet so only a faint smell when first opening the tent. Both plants are drinking quite a lot which I’m very happy to see.

Week 3 started nice. Plants growing bushy and strong. Cant wait for fair seeds buds to show up.

11 hrs of light. 9 weeks of flower fat nuggies up top

Skipping ahead a bit. This is almost 3 weeks since I flipped light to 12/12. Slowly going to stop feeding Nitrogen nutes. I start with - FF tiger bloom (2 nitrogen) - TPS cal-mag (4 nitrogen) Then after around the 3 to 4 weeks mark, I'll stop all those and only use nutes that have little no nitrogen. Took all the clips off and defoliated everything up to the top few nodes. Want all the energy to go to the very top. She is growing great with a pretty decent stretch. Leaves are always praying to the light. My tiny MarsHydro 150watt is at 100%

relaxing and enjoying the show almost at max watts SPIDER FARMER SF2000 is now maxed out at 207w , 16"-18" from the plants and I will need to keep up with pruning to allow more air flow and more light to penetrate deeper into the plant. 2, 6" oscillating fans on 100%, may be on low or just one stationary but at this point in the grow air flow is a MUST, specially for the thick, dense vegetation of the OG Kush. trying my hardest to stick with the 4" ventalation til the end of the grow. Right now I have to replace the exhaust ducting due to tiny pin holes leaking more than a bit of light.

Lights got put up to 75% on the xs1000 as I saw signs of pre flower at the start of the week, and then she shot up 10cm overnight and carried on growing pretty quickly.. soon filled out the 45cm x 45cm space to the point I started to consider a little bit of training.. I ended up getting some pipe cleaners and pulled the side stems apart a little for air movement and light to penetrate better but I feel some light defoliatuion may be needed? She got her first feed of bloom and top max aswell as removed the first set of leaves after the cotlydons as they had finally shrivelled up and gone crispy.. thinking of stripping the lower 3rd of the plant soon as the stretch is over but unsure as its an auto and I wanted to keep her completely natural and hands off as I can, a few of the true leaves are starting to die off at the bottom which I probably will remove as they get to more than 50% brown but unsure of whether to remove some green growth or not...

You walk into the back yard and it’s a straight face punch of smells. Looking like some indoor rn moved all plants to safer place in case storm hits so now I atleast have a wind break

So this week isnt over yet, i just wanted to say that im pretty certain she is starting to show her sex! I dont have any pictures yet as they are really really really tiny but i think this will be my last week that i give her veg nutes and next feeding will be with tiger bloom and probably still likely big bloom too. I cant wait to show you guys the progress is been so exciting! The branch i accidentally almost took off because i pressed down too hard is doing well it isnt fully healed yet but we have time so im not too worried and none of the leaves are wilting or looking like they are dying so i think and hope it will hold out and be healthy and strong by flowering time so it can hold its weight! P.S. it wouldnt let me post without a picture so heres the first frame for this weeks time lapse before its done for the week! Alright guys week 4 has officially ended and im putting the edited time lapse up for you all to see, week 4 was phenomenal and the growth alone has been starting to get crazy big i cant believe it! So i was 100% correct about earlier in the week and she is currently showing signs of pistils starting to form on some branches so this will mark my last week giving her veg nutes and next feeding cycle will be with some flowering nutes. I decided to defoliate her today to try and get rid of any ugly leaves as well as fan leaves that werent needed. it really spaced out the plant some more for good lighting to penetrate it all hopefully. The branch that i accidentally injured is doing good still healing up i think but i do believe that in time it will be 100% of what i can be given the circumstances. im just happy and it hasnt seemed to stunt the growth of that branch at all either its getting really big. Thanks for all the love and support guys i cant wait to get her to harvest and to be able to say im smoking my own weed after dry and cure! I gave her some Cal-Mag too to help with possible deficiencies later on in the flower cycle but not a ton because i dont want to over do it!
