Plants have once again almost doubled in size…almost. I cannot stop them from growing out of control and they are suppose to at least double once flower is initiated. So, this week I will completely defoliate all the big fan leaves and after 7 days healing switch to flower. I have never completely defoliated my plants, but I’m open to new things. Usually I defoliate and lollipop at the 3rd week of flower. Until then I leave them alone with little stress. All in all, I want a full net but also an easier time during harvest so I’m going to remove all the big fan leave’s multiple times this run. Lights are still on 40% and will gradually get to 75% by week one of flower. All my co2 tanks will be filled this week. I want high temps/high humidity/lots of par/lots of co2. ⭐️THIS IS THE OBJECTIVE⭐️ for the first 6 weeks of flower 👇 1500 on par meter 80-85 degrees 60-65% humidity 1500ppm co2 This is how we get 💪 size colas! Very happy I went Original Sensible Seeds beens this grow. 🤩 All 3 autos from some special american line, and o boy , they don't disappoint.🔥 Bangers genetics 👏🏻 all trees are huge with 100s of well structured and close to each other bud sites. All very frosty for this stage already. The smell is quite stable on most , sweet creem and lemon pine. I like it a lot 💚

Increased light intensity to 85% Girls are drinking 1.5 l a day. Decided to go with multi feeding this time instead of crop steering. We will see the difference. At this point they are fed 3 times a day 600-450-450ml. 150ml shots every 10 minutes.

Summary Pheno 1 Topped & Pheno 2 Untopped Prepariing to flip days 43 (Pre Flower Days 1-5-Days 44-49) Both plants are like clockwork, they're flipping the exact same days, Have vegged the exact same amount of days. Although Pheno 1 is 4 days ahead, I've kept pics of pheno 2 up-to-date with pheno 1 "topped" days. These 2 were hit along with all plants that got fed Mystical Green, "is used to balance PH" i hardly ever need to use it. But instead of using my PH adjuster I used this to bring PH to 6. And within 24hrs it looked as though they'd be starved of mag for a wk that's how far ahead they looked. I flushed both plants, and thankfully they're back on track. I changed everything to Plagron. I took the badly damaged leafs off, as I had to know if the things were getting worse, plagron saved the day. I used Vita Race "Foliar spray" and silic rock to help strengthen the plants. They did take a little step back in their progress but, they're back on track now. Both are looking well. Will carry their war wounds thru their entire grow now, so that's pic appeal out the window, I'm just glad the issue is fixed. Pheno2 The untopped is going to have a lovely colas. She's really compact and her side nodes are developing nicely. Pheno 1, "topped" is also back to herself and has a nice even canopy that is developing nicely also. Heights Pheno 1 "Topped" is at 34.5cm Pheno 2 "untopped" is at 36cm Lights P/SF 1000 set at 100% 45 cm away. As Pre Flower is still a growth stage. PPM/PH Base feeds you need to use a good amount of ML/L. 4ml just pushed my ppm past 500 after Silic Rock, Power roots, pure zym pushed it to 220 and then base nute was used to reach current ppm, with everything the PH sits at 6.4. Although when they're out of pre flower Green Sensation will be given and then a lower dose of Base feed will be required. Terpinator is given in a solo feed, she adds a fair bit ppm wise, 410ppm and 6.1ph. Diet/Defoliation/Flushes At the start of the week. I was giving Terra Power Fire Yields and to even out the PH, I used Mystical Green, and also used it for artios touch for my other plants, and it hit everything hard with what looked like a serious mag issue, even the week old seedling showed symptoms. I flushed everything that was given Terra Power Enzymes and changed everything to Plagron, 3x the value of each pot was given, so the 11L pots got 30L of water. I don't know if was because my Substrate was to warm, but their enzynes had such a negative affect it nearly kilt my girls. Thankfully, a few of plagrons best came to the rescue, Power Roots has restimilated both plants are throwing out brand new roots, "pics above" also vita race was used as a foliar spray, 'meant to be once a week, but as they were so bad they got dosed twice' Silic Rock & Pure Zym were added to their Base nutrient Alga Bloom. Also, for Terp-taste I added Terpinator to their diet. Defoliation was done on day 43 and i had to take a few troubled leafs early into pre flower, as I needed to see was the problem getting worse. They were stalled a few days but have started growing again and are back on track.

She only grew 8cm this week. Slowing down the stretch now She's doing well. Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. Some of her very lower leaves were quite spotty and discoloured. I pulled maybe 12 off her through the week. Not sure if it's a deficiency. New growth looks nice and healthy though, flowering is going well, trichomes are enlarging this week, she's getting quite frosty already! Ganja Farmer AK 2.0 XL Day 47 from sprout Light viparspectra XS 2000 dialed in at 75% intensity watering every other day or every two days The bud structure is growing very differently with this strain. 08/08/18 - Day 22 looking good especially after the minor bump in the road, the wire I bought for the LST is doing it’s job for the time being but I will be buying some proper stuff on the weekend. ✌️🏻 10/08/18 - did more LST last night and their responding well except one, I did some minor defoliation of some fan leaves hogging the 💡 11/08/18 - plant #3 is finally getting into feel of the LST and is looking a lot happier, but girl #1 & #2 are just going with the flow and killing it, my first time doing LST like this and I wish I started doing it two harvest ago 😂👌🏻 13/08/18 - watered each plant with 2 litres each 💧plant number #3 has a slight kink in it from the LST it has been a pain for it the main stem has hardly any flexibility but the other two are 👍🏻

Week 3

I switch from fish mix to Sugar Royal from plagun but the plants suffered a lot from this and I don’t know why,maybe the bottle that I’m using was old enough and didn’t worked well.I flush the plant and then I use a little bio grow so it’s becoming healthier

Week 5 – Time to Bloom! We’ve entered Week 5, and it’s time for a big change — we’ve switched the light schedule to 12/12 to trigger the flowering stage for our beautiful Gorilla Girl! She’s growing impressively — now standing over 30 cm tall and stretching out nicely in width as well. To guide her structure and maximize light exposure, we applied some LST (Low Stress Training) and gently tied down the main stem. We’ve also carefully removed a few top shoots to help redirect energy where it’s needed most. Everything’s going smoothly — our girl is strong, healthy, and ready to bloom! Big thanks to Sweet Seeds for the outstanding genetics and to Xpert Nutrients for the support in every stage of growth. Let the flowering begin!

Both girls are healthy and happy. Buds are solid although still a bit small. Today my Mars Hydro TSW2000 arrived and it's already unpacked and hung. I raised the light dustance to 45 cm. I also moved the cheapo 100w LED to 2 new FastBuds Zkittlz Auto seedlings. Wow, what a difference good lighting makes!! The Mars Hydro TSW2000 is well made, easy to install and bright-ass daylight LED!! I expect to see significant fattening of the buds over the next 2-3 weeks. Update: I swear the existing buds doubled in size within the last 24 hrs after switching out the light to the Mars Hydro. I'm excited to see how these 2 finish. 4/22 update: I'll be damned! The box from the new light (which is heavy, double wall corrugated) fell onto both plants...I heard snapping everywhere! Good ole electrical tape to the rescue!! These girls look wounded with all this black tape! It's several hours after bandaging and I see no wilting or noticable changes....keeping my fingers crossed! The videos show both plants pretty well recovered from the damage except the purple stems and veins. I have some cal/mag coming Monday.... hoping that will fix that issue. Both are loving this new light and continue to pack on the bud weight.

🌸 Week 10 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week has passed, and the girls continue to impress with their flower development. 🌸🔥 The canopy is filling out nicely, and every pheno is putting more energy into building bigger, denser buds. It's exciting to see how each phenotype is expressing its own unique characteristics as flowering progresses. 📈 Current observations: Bud development has been excellent across all six phenos. We performed another lollipopping session and removed additional fan leaves to improve light penetration and airflow around the buds. The canopy is much more open now, allowing the lower flower sites to receive more direct light. Pheno #6 continues to surprise me. Even though it was the slowest plant in the beginning, it is now steadily developing its flowers and catching up nicely. Pheno #4 is already showing a very unique terpene profile. It has an incredibly sweet aroma with strong Kush-like notes, making it one of the most exciting phenos so far. 📊 Current environment: Temperature: 31°C Relative Humidity: 63% VPD: ~1.66 kPa SANlight fixture at maximum height Light intensity: 90% 🌿 Looking ahead: The plants are now entering one of the most exciting stages of the grow. Over the next few weeks, the flowers should continue to swell, resin production will increase, and the terpene profiles will become even more pronounced. This week was mostly about getting everything ready for the vegetative phase. I will start to add some nutrients this week. I will first flush out most of the old water that has been running through the system for about 2 weeks now. When the plants get a little bigger I will add some nutrients and try get my EC level up to around 0.7 with the help from the very supportive people over at EHG nutrients. They have offered to sponsor me through this grow with nutrients which will be of great help. They are a local South African company, so for any one from South Africa 🇿🇦 please check them out. I have added an oscillating fan to add to the airflow en strengthen my seedlings whilst they start to grow stronger. Due to my humidity being a bit lower than what I want it to be, I have decided to add an air purifier/humidifier which will hopefully add some humidity to the tent. I am aiming for about 65% RH and will be monitoring this closely. My lights are currently at 40% strength. I am making use of a panel heater to break the winter cold and will be aiming to be at around 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit). I have added an Mycelium bag which is an alternative way to add extra co2 to your grow. This helps the plant to absorb nutrients better and handle the temperatures a bit better. I will be adding photos as the week continues.
