Last week the plants grew looking very healthy although I still have a feeling the low humidity is slowing their growth, by the end of the first week I started raising the EC to make the increasing for this week smoother, run-off EC is substantially increasing so I will start to fertigate them twice a day for this week.

Really liked the growing the strain , smells were unreal and a nice smooth bit of smoke 💨 will be trying more sweet seeds strains

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Hello everyone! I promised to track this grow very closely this time and ufortunately life got in the way. Here is a quick sumup of the grow. First of all- One of the sour stomper plants unfortunately didn't make it. It died at about week 4. The main stem somehow had rubbed/broken down. That's why it was falling down. It was almost like a mini beaver had chewed it off at the point where the stem touches the riot rooter. At first I thought nothing much of it, maybe it hasn't been rooted in quite well yet or something. And I was constantly touiching it when watering, that made it worse. Soo the leaves were dropping and the plant looked very weak. Then I decided cut thr rapid rooters top layer and found out the severity of the problem. Tried to tape it up and other things, but it was too late. At the end it appeared all good as the remaing plants got so big the I had some space issue so I wouldn't have been able to fit another plant in anyway. At that time I finally made my self-draining saucers. I took me a while and a lot of effort, but finally they were ready and working well. I also installed the self watering system and flowering was starting. Pretty soon I started noticing weird leaf symtoms. Brown spots, different kind. Some plants had it more, some less. Sour Stomper looked pretty good throughout the grow. Mango smiles seemed sensitive and Strawberry Nuggs were pretty strong until the end. The grow was basically me experimenting with the setup- changing watering schedules , changing ppm, ph and all that stuff to keep the leaves looking healthy and it was very hard I have to admit. Probably my hardest grow in that regard. But somehow, the bud leaves remained healthy and the buds really fattened up good. I got away with an amzing 700G dry bud harvest which was def a new record from one grow. And the bud quality is very good too! Next time definetly no more than 4 plants as they got pretty big and I thought it was a little overcrowded. I was doing some good defoliation too. I should have defolited strawberry nugs more tho. Sour Stomper got some amazing bud development from top to bottom because it was was growing next to strawberry nuggets which were really small most of the grow. They actually took the most time to harvest even longer than Mango smile. Mango smiles were ready quite early. Sour Stomper was just in time! I topped sour stomper and both Mangoi smiles, left SNs both normal. Looking back at it, the way I grow them, Should have topped SNs too. Would probably have more space in the middle and longer side branches. Probably wouldn't have been as bushy! I followed the full Terra aquatica feed chart until the end. I was supplementing with CalMag a lot as I thought the symptoms could have been from a CalMag deficiency as this was my first grow with RO water. Overall a very challenging but good grow at the end. First time no mold problems. A record breaking yield for me. Basically surpassed the upper limit for all plant probable harvest sizes. Got good smelling quality bud. Very happy overall and will continue experimenting with Mephisto beans in the future for sure! I guess what I like the most about Mephisto is how close to description the plant is, very stable genes in that regard. Next time I will also have to start feeding plants higher PPM feed faster at the very start. and during flowering. But still not 100% sure what caused the leaf symptoms.

Few more days before the flowering stage. Add 1 biotabs tablet per plant

Just left a bean in the garden.did not feed her except for some runoff from the flower room. This year seems to be horrid for outdoors around the world. Mould spores blowing around.. I think if I do put doors next year I will pick a nice landrace strain maybe some Kumaoni.. I will report back once she gets fully dried and trimmed.

Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. It rained a lot this week and I did not give my plants any nutrients because they were too wet. I let nature take over for the week and we are looking good! One thing I really like about this plant is its two colas. My friend helped me pinch it correctly --this is a new technique for me and I was a little scared I wouldn't pinch in the right place.lol I am curious to see what each cola produces.

Now into flowering the girls are growing many white hairs and slowly chunking up. Some look urhter along than others into the actual forming oi buds. Looking good.

Flowers! Lots of flowers starting to form. This plant is a dream to grow. So easy. They're having a great time by the looks of it. Girl #3 totally recovered after a rough start. Upping the fertilizer a bit, cause the girls are getting more and more thirsty. The room is filling up with a nice odour. We're back baby!

Keeps growing too close to light. Have now raised light as high as can get it. Doing HST to keep top of branchs at least 10" from light. has now been stretching for about 5 long weeks. please make it stop.

Flowering Day 2: Hope the video shows them well enough. These girls are amazing growers. #1 has gone big with the stretch. i expect her to be the best yield. #2 and 4 are more squat in structure so lean on the indica side i think. #3 is similar in height to 1 but is nowhere near as big. Now the stretch is done i can plan the day 7 defol and strip out of all the small whispy rubbish that will just steal nutes and energy away from the worthy ones. i plan to keep some lower fans without their buds to give extra photosynthesis to assist the others.

Heya Growmies, this week was pretty eventful first off, the plant is in flowering in full force and doing really well despite a lot of user error throughout its life! I mentioned last week I was going to do two things, the plants last major defoliation and turn my DWC into a 2 bucket RDWC. I have managed to get around to both, I am always anxious when defoliating, scared of taking off too much but this time I really pushed my comfort zone, let me know what you think. before, in my other grows, I have a lot of larfy buds, I dont want those, I want tight, dense small nuggies, I think one of my bigger problems back then was defoliation amount, I just left too many fan leaves. RDWC.... Let me just say that I have proven to myself this week that I'm not destined to become a plumber, in my first iteration the drain line was too small, causing the pump to overpower it and overflow the plant bucket, I changed out the hose for some 50mm pvc tubing, which worked wonders, for the first few hours I sprung leaks and had to pull my plant out during her dark period to fix it; no bueno. All is well right now though, no leaks and everything is circulating nicely at 500 liters an hour. I could probably get a bigger pump, but its fine, I'm going to stop tempting fate. From here on out honestly, theres not much more for me to do other than go into the garden, pull a fan leave here or there, check flowers for nanners and balls and adjust the water. It's on cruise control now Stay safe out there growmies, keep growing!

Clearly got dominated by her pot mate. Looks and smells awesome though. She got planted about a week after her pot mate. Maybe thats why she got the short end of the stick. These plants are not mine. I am just documenting them. I cut some more leaves from both plants. The ibgger one is now about 70cm tall.. o.O I wonder why she does that :D Plus I wonder if the buds will get as big as those i nmy smaller tent. There's a one week older Amnesia growing with slightly bigger buds... even though there is only a small 100w lamp.
