12/9/2017 - The stretch these girls put on when they hit flower is insane. I'm getting ready to add bamboo stakes for support because I already can tell they are going to have massive nugs on them. They jumped from 9-10inches tall to just shy of 24 inches in under a week. They have now stopped all veg growth and are starting to pack on pistils already. I just got a new bottle of mammoth P so that will be added back into the nutrients starting now. 12/12/2017 - Definitely 2 completely different phenotypes. One is extremely tall (30 inches from pot) and stretched out with a bunch of long side branches. The other is shorter (24 inches from pot) and bushier. It will need some leaf tucking during flower for sure. They are both responding very well to the environment and nutrients (I got more mammoth p finally!!!) I've also used bamboo chutes and this gardening velcro tape stuff that I love to support all of the branches. Based on my Gold Glue grow these plants are about to produce some monster buds that the branches wouldn't be able to support.

Well, another week has passed and it has been growing not exactly as I expected, but they warned me about using only base fertilizers with an inert soil and a higher ambient temperature, I could have a not so good result, well, it's one more experience and I liked it and let's see how it will be until the end of the cycle because the next one I already ordered a starter kit from the advanced nutrients line! Let's Go!

How was your week ! Mine has been awesome , the fact that the buds are gaining some weight and increasing their size is totally amusing. This week , the buds are getting a lot bigger compared to the recent week . She still loves to grow single blade leaves , by now i am really not sure if it’s the strain or the nutes that is making her producing so much sugar leaves instead of developing buds. The reason i am suspecting the nutes is because some of the leaves are showing signs of nitrogen toxicity (dark colour and droopy tips) . The ph of the reservoir is balanced now , she is drinking up water but the ppm is a little bit higher . I tried to give her plain water several times because i saw some burning tips (PPM around 1300-1500) . I use my 60x loop to inspect the trichomes , she seems to have loads of trichome and a few milky ones. So i really don’t know how long she will take but to me it seems like she is not even close to being done. BTW , check my last picture , i think there is something wrong with her . I spotted about 20 leaves which have this kind of burn , please help me indicate what is up.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. This means that whatever the temperature is, the air feels like it, not 10-15 degrees hotter. My Purple Hulk Auto is my tallest lady and has good node spacing so there is space for air flow. I removed all the larfy buds on the lower limbs. The developing buds are showing purple. Looking at the bud structure, the leaves are tight throughout. This may be a concern for bud rot if the rain and humidity return. I’ll keep a close watch, but so far, she is easy to grow and resistant to fungus and pests. Day 60 and a new week, with lady #2 starting to show her age by getting some more yellowish fan leaves. Sugar leaves on both started to show a very lovely, deep violet color. By breeder information they should be ready in 60–63 days. I guess it will be a few more in my case. Lady #1 is foxtailing a bit. Summer grow, definitely, and it was over 30 °C outside most of the daytimes, so I couldn’t avoid peak temperatures of more than 31 °C fully. Like every indoor grower – no restriction to this kind of plant only – I like to see self-grown green become big and bushy, but I guess with a 1,60 m tent it‘s better to stick with shorter specimen. Even some fan leaves are getting into their autumn dress now, and wow, I like their style! Pistils are still white to more than 50%, so ne reason to check for harvest proximity or to feed them pure water only. Day 62: With their cola foxtailing, tallest bud is now at 91 cm. Color is gaining saturation. A bit more intense leaf curl on very few of the uppermost leaves; nothing to worry about at this stage. Think I can do a microscope tour soon, even if I know it’s too early. ;)

This strain is very forgiving to say the least and would definitely grow it again. Only 10.5 grams away from 2 oz. I could’ve definitely gotten more out of these girls if I didn’t have two other plants jammed in a 2x4 grow space. I’m happy with my results. This strain is very loud with hints of lemons and gas. Highly recommended!
