Hello again GD friends, This week went very well and the girl started the vegetation phase, so summarizing: Day 16 - I watered with 0.5l of water Day 17 - The girl seems to have reached a height of 13 cm, so, according to biobizz, this is the perfect time to start with some fertilizers, so I'm going to use an energy booster, Bio Heaven, which improves the moisture retention . 1 ml to 0.5 l of water. Day 18 - watered with 0.5l with 1ml of Bio Heaven Day 19 - The first five finger leaves (Indica leaf) are about to appear, it is a sign that the vegetative phase is coming. I'm still struggling with the watering because I think I'm watering too often, so I'm going to water with 0.5 l with B Heaven and wait a while to see the reaction. Day 21 - Finally, the Reflector that I ordered (Daisy 60cm from Secret Jardin) arrived, so now I can have the reflector closest to the plant with more confidence, because it is made of a material that does not heat the growing room as much . The first five finger leaves appeared, so tomorrow it will receive the first LST. Day 22 - The girl is beautiful and already has 4 nods, it's the perfect time for LST and to compensate her for the stress caused, I'm adding something new to the mix, Biobizz's Active-vera, for a healthy and much stronger plant. So 1L with 2ml of Active-vera and 2ml of Bio Heaven. Cheers guys see you next week

Yo Farmers, in the plant's 11th week, I had to take some drastic measures to keep her healthy and thriving. First off, I did some major defoliation by plucking a ton of her fan leaves from the lower and middle sections. That way, she could get better airflow and light penetration. It's still not perfect, but we tried. Then, I had to apply some high stress training since the plant was stretching like crazy. It was like she was trying to reach the moon or something. Anyway, during my inspection, I noticed some damage on the leaves close to the light. It could have been from light burn, Calmag issues, or a phosphorus deficiency. To fix it, I adjusted the distance of the light and fed her a high PK nutrient solution to boost her phosphorus levels and nutrient uptake. Gotta keep the girl fed, right? All in all, it was a lot of work, but it was worth it. The plant's still growing strong and looking better than ever.

Everythings really blowing up now!started flushing the kushy kush and the payote cookies this week and should be pulling them within the next 2 weeks both, the blueberry will be anouther month still and it is amazing how big her buds are already!

So this is 5 days into flower or switch to 12/12. I saw some dude on Instagram with like buds forming (around what would usually be 30’days in) and said he was 14 days in flower and I was like wtf no way and he argued with me for a while until he explained he’s counting from 2 weeks after flip to 12/12 and that’s the way you’re supposed to do it?? Lol ok bro Anyways. These girls are just the most vigorous growers I’ve seen in a long time, maybe ever. It probably helps I’ve got my nutes and coco down after a handful of runs with issues and over feeding and drying out too fast.. you live you learn and I feel this is going to be an amazing end result. Stretch is on. 1 and 4 seem to be more stretchers and 2 and 3 are not as much. All have created nice even Canopies without too much LST or intervention. Likely going to take off a bit of the lower growth on each one in the next week. They all are looking nice and healthy now that they are in my flower room with more environmental control. PotG 1 is a great grower with a little more vertical growth even in veg than all the others, and now in flower showing that in her stretch. Gaining more than an inch a day probably closer to 2 PotG 2 is kinda the middle child. Good growth and nice even canopy. Not too much stretch yet. PotG 3 is looking good, I think she’s got a bit more indica traits as far as staying stout as well as the fatter fan leaves. Keep an eye on her to show out. PotG 4 is by far the biggest overall - and almost as tall as 1. Canopy nice and even and lateral growth is just what I like to see. I think she’ll be the biggest yielder. That said she’s the only one still with some mild issues showing on a few leaves. Likely still the mag or some micros, but I’m not too concerned as she’s growing at lightning speed so those deficiencies might just be from that quick growth. We’ll see. Stay tuned, we got a killer few weeks ahead. OCTOBER 12 - Holy shit these are the most vigorous growers I’ve seen in a long time. So impressed! #1 is putting on 2 inches a day stretching OCTOBER 15 update- (10ish days in flower) umm these are gonna run outta room. Hope stretch stops soon but I will accommodate if not. Really canopies are developing as perfectly as I could ask for save for pheno 1 which has more internodal distance and stretching more - two mains are growing like 24 inches above the rest of the canopy. Long time no post! I’ve been lazy about it, my bad. I’ll try and catch up before harvest in a week!! All going excellent, think I had a calmag issue early on because of how big these ladies got but they are finishing very strong! No issues with heat or humidity, all pretty controlled this time!!

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and she’s really starting to fill in quite nicely. Did a little bit more of leaf tucking and will be giving her a feed of nutes in the next day or two. She’s got a really sweet smell to her right now. Day 72 - All looking good and not much new today. I did give her a feeding of nutes today and checked the runoff again and a tiny bit higher than I’d like, sitting at 7.1. Other than that, just removed a few leaves and tucked the rest. Day 73 - Noticed a couple leaves that have a couple “rust” spots on them so gonna try and get that fixed. Other than that she’s progressing nicely and will probably end op giving her some more water in 2 days. Day 74 - Nothing new happening right now. I’m just letting her do her thing and feeding her when she calls for it. I did rearrange her in the tent a little bit but that’s about it for today. Day 75 - The girl is still fattening up nicely but other than that, there’s not much else happening today. She’ll be ready for some water tomorrow. Day 76 - Gave the girl a heavy watering of plain water today and the PPM is at 223 right now so next watering will definitely be a feeding of nutes. She’s has quite some time left before harvest so not wanting to cut the nutrients yet.

At this point, I’m wondering if there was something I could have done earlier to avoid the significant height difference between the two plants. Jack Herer turned out compact, while Northern Lights grew taller, with buds more scattered and spaced out. A few weeks ago, I did some lollipopping to remove very low, underdeveloped buds, and also some defoliation to help light reach areas that were shaded. I’ve been really struggling with the Berlin summer. I can’t get the tent temperature below 28°C. Sometimes the humidity outside the tent is higher than I’d like, but since I don’t have a dehumidifier, I usually just leave it as is, especially since it rarely stays above 55% for too long. Just a quick note about the nutrient Vegan Phosphor Boost: I’m following the recommended dosage of 3g per 10L of pot size (not per liter of water). Unfortunately, GrowDiaries only allows nutrient input based on volume per liter of water, so I can’t log it exactly as used.
