This plant was not to bad in terms of lst needs and defoliating needs as much as the other ones. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. She truly might be becoming the Gorilla that was promised, huge leaves. Not as pungent or bushy as the Orange Hill beside her but she seems to get there. I'm finally seeing some exponential growth, I'm going to give them as much rest as I can coming weeks to maximize growth before flowering and to prevent (hopefully) them going hermie on me, which both Gorillas and Orange Hill Special are prone to. I have made a video to thank them for letting me use their SP-3000. What a beast of a light!! Thanks again @MarsHydroLED for letting me test this awesome light! I have made a new layer of topsoil made of organic coco-peat, which should help me prevent more fungus gnats. They already seem to hate it and are wandering around in agony trying to dig in... Big tops! She's got a lot of rocket colas thanks to the training techniques that were applied, she smells exactly like her sisters, very sweet and floral, I'm starting to feel the cherry 🍒 notes on the smell of the buds, very good strain to grow, only 2 of the 5 phenos are 100% percent purple but tje other ones show purple on the leafs like this one because of the cold temperatures

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Que pasa familia, vamos con la sexta semana de floración de estas FBA2506 de FastBuds. De las 5 plantas, retiré una y me quede con 4 , preselección. La tierra que utilizamos que está en la publicación anterior es top crop all mix, Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2, regando cada 48 horas e intentando mantener la humedad por debajo del 50%. Las flores ya están madurando rápido y cogieron las 4 un tono morado bastante curioso. Los aromas por el momento dulces con tonos afrutados, como a gominolas o chicles. Un ejemplar sigue un poco sobrefertilizado, es la única con la que me corte para alimentar. Yo creo que a partir de aquí dejo de abonar y ahora ya solo agua y limpiaremos raíces con flawless finish. The plant showed signs of revegetation in recent days, the same occurred with two other plants that will make the posts and give continuity to the revegetation diaries of the plants. We’re cooking up now

Had to rearrange everything and start using the 5 x 5 tent for all the flowering. Put the 11 Timber Grow Vero cobbs set up in the tent. Had to customize the frame to fit it in. Customize is code work for cut up. Did not change the cobb spacing at all, just trimmed the overall frame so it is slightly smaller. They fit good. The tent is bright. Had to install a 6" exhaust fan to the tent to suck all the warm air out. This gets dumped outside without a charcoal filter, haha. I can smell it in the backyard, I wonder if anyone is going to say something. Who cares though, haha. Installed two small fans above the lights to cool the cobbs and a larger floor fan to keep the air moving around in the tent. The end result is good however the temperature is still slightly higher than I want. I will work on ways to lower it. Plants are doing good, smell is stronger now. The smell is great too. Buds are bulking up and really frosty. The silicate seems to be working fine, Ifeed this every watering. The plants seem to love nutrient, I keep adding it and watching this closely. The one plant is starting to get orange hairs, this is the one that was always under the cobbs. The other two are a week or two behind. Cheers.

And after 2 rainy days and a sunny one after them, here comes Harvest day !! 😎 THe plant was sorrounded by a lot of bugs , as you can appreciate in the photos, it was neccesary to clean up the material... Never done this before but watched a video of Jorge Cervantes where he was cleaning the buds with H202 THe concentration was 200-250 ml with 22l, and i used 6l of water with 50 ml of H202 at 3%.... After the bath, like 90 % of the bugs are gone.. Im happy with te results, the buds/flowers are nicely lined up at the same height, and the aroma is really nice,but im curing the weed a couple of months at least... Today rolled up one and the taste is sweet on the exhale with spicy tones in the mouth too, but a proper cure is needed until full flavor develops in my opinion :) Overall a nice experience, didnt expect that purple tones appearing in the end and didnt expect such intense smell too hahah really stinky plant.. She screams im here, dont care what you think about me hahaha It has been drying for 5 days as the buds werent too compact and didn took too much time to dry.. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍. The buds are getting thicker and thicker and already smell very good :-). The time has come when she no longer puts her strength into growth but into the flowers :-). It was poured 3 times this week with 1.2 l each time. When watering, there was 1 g of GHSC enhancer per liter of water as every 2 weeks 👍. Of course, as always, the tent was cleaned every day and the humidifier refilled.
