Hey guys and welcome to start of Week 8! 🌻 Today is day 21 of flower so i went ahead and cut most of the plats Fanleaves off. It took a while but now the Airmovement is improved and the humidity should also be lower. I also hope I didn‘t stress them too much. Harvest was easy for the plant, besides the fact that it was a monster and super sticky i can’t complain at all! Buds are rock solid and caked on with trichomes. Amazing results!

Unfortunately, i have been incredibly busy this week and can only provide the timelapse. photoshooting for the next week has already happened though so stay tuned 💀 She is continuosly doing very well, and boy howdy, does she stink now 😍 Watering stayed the same, 6L 6P, 5ml/L bloom Beginning week 12, i introduced the rest of my green sensation at 1ml/L but that will only appear here next week 😛

The tale of the Goddesses is ending. Through this grow, I have given tribute to matriarchs-my grandmother and my mother who have influenced who I am in this world. I’ve showcased their art, photographs, and their lifetimes. I shared our family history through old photos while also showcasing the art of Alphonse Mucha in the Art Neuveux style he created in the early 1900's. The femininity reflected in his art elevates women to Goddesses with their flowing hair and floral backgrounds. In the diary I indicated I wanted to be a healer in my younger years. I wasn't a medical professional by career choice, but I provide natural nontoxic solutions for cleaning and beauty products and have for my family and friends for over 25 years. This is one of the most famous works in design history. Taking its cue from a new kind of female beauty, its modern girl has hair with a life of its own. The tendrils look more like the floating tentacles of a jellyfish. This is in vast contrast to the style of the times when women wore their hair tightly pulled up on their heads. For most people, though, the Job poster is less likely to be associated with belle époque Paris of early 1900’s, than the swinging 1960s. Its blissed-out smoker and trippy swirls made it an obvious choice for the bedroom walls of a later generation of freedom-seekers. In posters for perfume, beer, biscuits, bicycles, and Job Cigarettes (1896) he blurred the barrier between fine art and commercial art, between commerce and philosophy. The weekly diary covers I presented show Mucha’s style - organic and ornate, graceful and dynamic, with curving, swooping lines and Byzantine borders, lettering, and frames. The iconic 'Mucha woman' had curves, flowing hair, pastel robes, and often a halo of light or flowers. His women burst with life. I have mixed emotions about my grow and harvest. My results indicate I have a lot to learn. This was my 3rd grow and I still have problems with over feeding my auto girls. wh For all future grows I will reduce any synthetic fertilizer to 1/4 to 1/2 the recommended dosage. Overfeeding caused clawing and canoeing followed by nutrient lockout. While I was trying to correct this problem, flushing for 3 weeks to get out the excess fertilizers and salts, the girls were already overmature and past harvest. Checking trichomes at 10 weeks, there were few trichomes and didn't see much more until week 12. I checked with my phone camera at 10x magnification every other day. I saw lots of clear, then clear and milky, then all milky but never did I see any amber trichomes. The plants began to reveg based on the King Crown buds developing (see pics in week 15). The CBG may have degraded to CBN since I was 3-4 weeks late in harvest. If that is true, I don't mind since I need sleep medicine too. I lost Circe at the end due to aphid infestation. Ater several power washing with the hose on jet, we could not get the bugs off. So, I chopped her and into the trash she went. I did only minor defoliation near the end of the grow but neither plant was very leafy. For future grows, I will defoliate on a schedule, do some stress training maybe fimming, lollypopping, and defoiliating. Note to self: when buying seeds, look for more growing information on the strain such as when trichomes are expected and days to harvest. Knowledge is power. On the flip side, my happiness comes from the completion of a grow the harvest was 57 grams of smoke and 26 grams trim was not the highest yield but workable for what I need. As I indicated in the beginning, my plan, in addition to enjoying the smoke, is to put CBG in my health & beauty products. So, you don't have to wait for me to make mine, I've loaded a pain salve recipe above from Emily Kyle for a CBD or THC. The recipe shown makes 3/4 cup but can be doubled or halved. I'm, so excited I have decarbed my CBG trim and will use to make this formula while the buds are curing. I will also include some Lemon auto which is 17:17 CBD:THC to give it some other cannabinoids. I'll also put the recipe in the recipe diary. CBG will go in the coconut oil I use in my toothpaste ( recipe loaded in recipe file) If you follow me, check my recipe diary periodically as I will add new food and beauty recipes in future grows. Not much has happened, I leave the plants alone. - I put my dehumidifier in the tent this week, it starts as soon as the LF rises above 60%. At the moment it is winter with me and the humidity is very low anyway, saves energy Day 80 🌞💧 - each plant 3 liter Day 83 🌞💧 - at the end of week 4 I provided them with nutrients again. Great week. Girls finishing up and taking longer to drink. Checked trichomes and this plant is ready with mostly cloudy and a spattering of amber. Will harvest tomorrow morning and will provide weights and measures after harvest. Will dry in tent without light and offset circulation. Will keep tent naturally at 67 degrees. I will need to assist with humidifier to get humidity to around 60 RH. Perhaps a wicking cloth in a bucket? Just thinking out options. Update: Cut down the girls and hang them up to dry. Great thick hard buds. Can't wait to see what they smoke like, but it is going to take time to dry. Thanks to everyone that helped to make this a successful harvest. I will weigh the harvest before starting cure after a closer trim.

Hello growers. This week rocket banana did good. She still grew a couple of cm. She also has very long floweringhairs, and it looks cool. I already grew a banana kind before and it looks a bit similar. The smell is getting stronger. Also on a bad side, i had a herma in my tent so i hope no other plants aren’t pollinated. I removed the hermas. See you next week!

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. I'm happy with the wet weight given it was 2 plants 11 inches in height when I started, the smells the colors the yield this was an easy and beautiful process

Week 6...Plant 1 is finially starting to flower...Plant 2 is looking good and has a great scent to it...this week updated my Nutes and shifted them more toward bloom

Day 56 : Well 8 full weeks si ce I flipped the lights and this lady looks so ripe now . Her pistils are mostly orange now throughout the plant. I did get a little second burst of pistils befor e the rest browned off and it swelled them very nicely . Her smell is a fruity sweet but there is also another undertone there I just cant grab at. Will hopefully come out in cure a bit more to nail it. She is nice and sticky now too and has some nice clumps of buds to that are solid to squeeze . I plan to loupe her soon to check her trichromes for cloudiness. She has t skipped a beat the whole grow and will be getting another run out soon. Hopefully next update will be harvesting pics !!!. Be safe growmies UPDATE DAY 61:She is done and out . Yay. I had planned and expected an 11 week flowering due to the genetic mix but she had other ideas. She has been a pleasure to try out and grow and will certainly be popping more of the Fruity Gorillas in the near future. She smells very "fresh fruit stall" at the moment and I am looking forward to how she cures up. I will update as soon as she is harvested from the dried stems. I am hoping for a 1p day slower dry but temps here are crazy at the moment and I cant find a cooler space to dry than my grow room yet. Some new pics of her taken out and trimmed.
