Well, not much has changed, so it's kind of like 'same same but different' around here. The plants are still vibing, doing their thing, just with a little more oomph this week.

Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! My beautiful prince's is looking even better now that she's not having to deal with those freaking fungus gnats that were eating all the roots of my plant, I've got rid of them just by watering with a nematode called steinernema feltiae if you're having or have had the same infestation just apply predator nematodes like steinernema feltiae guys!

I moved into my bloom tent under the HLG 300 to replace the Gorilla Glue that finished today. This should really help push this baby to finish. 65.7-73.8 36%-50% Day 73 3/7: Played Reggae Radio. Purtroppo per montare il filtro a Carboni mi è caduta una fascetta sulla Limonata Viola e ha tagliato una foglia a ventaglio del nodo più grande facendo un piccolo danno, ora dopo 5 giorni sembra essersi comunque ripresa, metterò altre foto appena torno a casa, queste sono di 4 giorni fa…comunque sono veramente super vigorose queste FF di Fast Buds!!!

What's up growmies!!! Week 3 is in the books, today is the official start of week 4. The plants are thriving and doing well. Tropicana Cookies is showing signs of rusting on the 2nd set of leaves. I'm not sure if it's due to heavy water getting on them or a nutrient issue. It hasn't affected any other leaves so I am keeping an eye on it. 1 liter of water ph'd to 6.5 every 3 days seems to be the sweet spot for now. After about a liter I'm seeing runoff. I have been giving them a 1/1/1 mix of general hydroponics Flora series, mixed into a 3 gallon watering jug so they are getting about 1/3 of the manufacturer recommended dose. Blüte Woche drei beginnt. Die Pflanzen strecken sich gut. Die Blütenansätze sind mittlerweile auch gut zu sehen. Den kpa Wert habe ich auf 1,4 erhöht Der PPFD Wert liegt bei 650. Update: Gestern wurden die Pflanzen entlaubt und mit Vegan Phosphor Boost (7,5mg pro Topf) bestreut und gegossen.

Here we are now, 7 days from seed and looking good. Just been giving water and I did a top dress of earthworm casting and organic fertilizer with mulch over the top. Weather is good for the next while, hoping to get some good growth this next couple weeks

Just a little night shoot of my babies. They're still going like hell. The white gorilla haze has been cut and is drying now. Sadly had to cut that one early due to rot. The critical whites have about a week or 2 left and i'm super exited how they'll look by then.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Another week almost over, the girls are beautiful and smell great. Apparently everything is under control, I'm really looking forward to the results. Happy growing! 🌱🌱🌱

This is towards the end of last week. The BB crosses are doing excellent. They have all gone through some extreme temps with intense temp and RH fluctuations. I’ve concluded that the plants 1 week behind experienced too much heat on this one day when some things came up and I wasn’t around to get them out of the hot sun in time, and they were stunted by excessive heat over 90F. The others didn’t show much signs of stress at all. I’m not giving up on the little ones, but I am giving them a large amount of grace and understanding. They can just continue to grow and do their best. Maybe they will come back into full speed in a week or so. Maybe not. At least I will grow them out to learn what happens. From now on I will be extra careful with all stimuli my seedlings are receiving. Showing sone other plants of same age, some of which are photoperiods that began flowering about a month and a half early, with 15 hours of daylight! Why? My first guess is some form of extreme rodelization. I did notice on both A-Trains that they each had a node with two pollen sacks developing as well as the burst of female bracts. So I nicked off the pollen sacks right away, and I’ve been putting them under a light for the nights to hopefully reveg them. Either way, a fun anecdote for some new knowledge and experience! I’m sure they would bud out Fat! Seeing how much they did in 2-3 days! But maybe there’s other elements at play.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on this awesome little Northern Light Blue Auto from Delicious Seeds! I have been giving plain tap water run through 2 KDF filters as of 9/5 and I moved her into the bloom room under quantum boards set on 12/12 to make room for the next run and maybe help her finish faster. 9/9 - She seems to be bulking up a bit in her last few days, but I waited a day too long to water and got she started to wilt/droop a bit. So, there are a few dead/brown leaves I've been having to pick out of her and thus begins pre-harvest defoliation. 9/13 - More defoliation and put her in a loosely sealed box to give 48-72 hours darkness. Harvest, coming soon. 9/15 - Checked her today and she could still use another day to dry out. I have never tried the darkness before harvest thing, but a lot of growers swear by it. So, I figure, why not? I will let her go until she is a bit drier and then give her the chop! Thanks for checking out my diary.
