Smooth week. This is a beast of a strain, wile o have two on the pot, since i germinated two seeds, i have planted both, but the two are beautiful i cannot kill one and choose… i have always wanted to plant this strain, I’m very happy i did! It is growing beautifully. I’m using velokelp from Remo and Nature’s candy i had laying around. That is compatible with living soil, and Moringa extract once a week. And have planted some companion plants as a soil cover. The Fastberry is in a super soil, next time all will be in a super soil… So easy, top up with some good bacterial / fungae , humic fulvic, seaweed and it is all good. Or straight water! Very minimal.

Buds are starting to stack up, increased PH to 6.2 for a better Kalium Uptake, lowered the nitrogen to 100ppm since the plants seem to be slightly high on it.

This week I top all 8 Green Poison ( 4dwc and 4 coco ) clones. They look healthy and happy and few days later I already start to low stress training (LST) them.

Hi Guys, Week 9 of flowering. I've harvested usually in week 8 but I am holding back this time and really let her do her thing until I see more Amber Tris. Right now it's mostly milky and maybe 5% amber only so a few more days to go. ***Mid-week update*** Day 3 of Week 9 of flower - I think they are ready to be cut down very soon. So I went in today and did a quick defoliage. Am waiting for the new moon to come in a day 6 of wk 9 so 3 more days then they are coming down. Am going to flush on the 5th day wk9. Day 36 - It's week 5 already! The canopy is really gaining height day by day. Tied some more side branches down and adjusted the tie down on the main branch. Day 37 - Trying to figure out the correct watering amount. 1.5L was too much today will lower tomorrow to 1.2L. Day 38 - Plant is looking good today. Adjusted the tie downs on some branches. Watered with 1.3L and run off was still around 350ml so lowering tomorrow to 1.2L. Day 39 - Watering with 1.2L today. There was still no run off, I'm putting this down to the increased fan speeds, longer open tent periods and the plant growing more vegetation. My 2L watering can should arrive today, so I will be able to mix nutrients in one reservoir and water more accurately. Removed 3 of the bottom most fan leaves which had a branch large enough to support itself. Day 40 - Watered with 1.5L today. Removed 1 fan leaf and tied down a side branch. Run off was around 100ml. I also set the fan speed back to 1, as I think 2 was too strong for the plant and dehydration levels of the soil. Day 41 - Watered with 1.6L today. Run off of 400ml (25%). Getting pretty bushy now almost stretching to all sides of the tent. Day 42 - Watered with 1.4L today. Run off was 150ml (10%). She's now 32cm tall with the light hanging 36cm above the highest tips. That brings us to the end of Week 6. It looks like we are a day or two away from starting to flower properly. Bring on Week 7!

Day 42, start of flowering week 3: they are growing nicely, had to do a lot of defoliation on each plant, except the one in the 3L pot. Day 43, I started to discover that the roots are coming out aggressively from the bottom of the pot. I did not move the ones in the back, but I guess same thing. The one in the 3L pot doesn't have this problem. Day 45: getting really excited for these guys! I'm trying to keep the temp and humidity low, and I hope I can achieve some of the purple color :P any advice on that? day46: defoliaton

As you can tell getting more top heavy buds definitely filling in the smell definitely picked up trying to push to day 70 I don't have a microscope yet but if somebody can tell through the pictures if the time may be sooner than 70 day please speak your mind

Aug 23: Sunday Punch EV is very fast and is getting close to ready. The buds are getting quite big and are weighing down the branches. Without the Scrog net she would be too floppy for all these buds. Plants are a bit too green lately so maybe there’s too much N still, but she’ll grow out of it. For pH adjustments I use apple cider vinegar normally but I ran out last week and was using malt vinegar. That must be one of the sources of excess N so I switched to regular white vinegar. Anyway, she is a very impressive plant. Aug 27: getting noticeably frostier. Hot again today. Increased water volume to about 9 L per day done as three 3 L waterings in morning, afternoon and finally in evening. Adding potassium silicate still to water and adjusting pH with vinegar and then adding a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent (surfactant) and the smell supposedly keeps bugs away. Unfortunately there are hardly any insects around any more, so, yay. Aug 28: flash pics before using red light. Don’t do flash pics of your plants if you don’t follow it up with a red light. Still seems a bit risky but this is the fourth year doing it and it seems fine.

Still been very hot lately but she doesn't seem to mind it growing nicely her topped area healed nicely with new growth already steming out nice color and even a faint smell

Another great week for these 2. Lots of new crystals forming on the left one. I lowered the nutrient schedule for one week as I didn't want to ignore those early signs on one of the plants. Truth be told, if I had made 2 different nutrient solutions I could have still given full strength to one of them. Nevertheless, they are looking great. The smell however is a bit of an issue. The situation with the autos was 100% under control, zero smell issues. Not the case with this one. I even installed a new air filter and it still smell a tiny bit. It really is a micro amount, but it's annoying. First time I've had to think about any smell with this IKEA setup. Also, so far these don't look much like the real Purple Lemonade. The autos became really dark quite rapidly, I'm not sure these will get as dark.
