Candy Hustle is now entering week four of flower, and she continues to impress with her incredible resin production. ❄️✨
With the recent heatwave finally over, the environment became much more favorable for flowering.
Temperatures dropped to 25°C while humidity stabilized around 55% RH, creating ideal conditions for healthy bud development. 🌡️💨
This week the plants received one feeding of BioTabs Orgatrex along with one application of Green House Feeding BioEnhancer, keeping the living soil active and supplying everything needed for the next stage of flowering. 🌱
I also removed a few more fan leaves throughout the canopy to improve airflow and light penetration.
At this point, the canopy is well opened up, so this will most likely be the last significant defoliation before harvest. 🍃
The flowering stretch has almost completely finished, allowing the plant to focus its energy on stacking flowers.
Buds are now forming along every branch, and the canopy has become very even with excellent spacing between the colas. 🌸
One of the most striking characteristics of this phenotype is how quickly it started producing trichomes.
Sugar leaves are already heavily coated in resin, giving the plant a frosty appearance much earlier than expected. ❄️💚
The structure remains very balanced with strong stems supporting numerous developing flower sites.
Despite running close to the nutrient limit, only slight yellow leaf tips are visible, while the overall foliage remains deep green and healthy.
Another great sign this week is that Candy Hustle #1 showed no additional pollen sacs.
After the few isolated sacs that were removed previously, no new ones have appeared, which is very encouraging going forward. 🙏
This week feels like the point where Candy Hustle shifts from stretching into full flower production. From here on, the focus will be on swelling calyxes, increasing resin production, and developing her final aroma profile. 🍬⛽

Day 22 and 23:
Going easy breezy so far!! I released some ladybugs in my tents on these Chocolate Mint OG's 21st day. So far so good lol.
Last night when I watered I gave a little real growers recharge to help with the recent transplant (it definitely gave them a boost!)
Its mid summer here in MI and 84+ temps 😬 keeping the house and tents cool has been a challenge to say the least. Thankfully all my plants are in Veg and seem to like the heat. Except the Choc Mint.they are showing mild heat stress on the top fan leaves(at least that's my guess) Tent temps have been around 86 down to 84 daytime. I lowered them so they are 24" from the lights 🤞 hopefully that helps. Other than that, no problems. And some generally happy plants! The recharge and soil combo burned them a very little bit as well.
Day 25&26
Nothing too eventful. I watered #2 on day 25. With some real growers recharge. The stuff is awesome! No nutrients needed if you have good soil!
Day 26: snip 2 fan leaves from #2(the topped one) she was getting a little bushy. And tucked the other fans under to promote some lower branch growth. #1 I'm letting roll totally natural unless I clean up lower canopy to prevent pests.
Day 27:
Plants are doing great! #1 is really getting tall and # 2 is staying short and squat because of the training. We are letting #1 go naturally. Today's update is we added some LST wire to #2 to pull down her lowest branches

Hope you guys had an alright week, the rain and floodings here in Europe has wreaked havoc on my outdoor garden, however this diary isn't about my Chamelauciums, its about that sticky green stuff.
and boy this lady has started her stretch! I think I might have made the right call flipping her when I did because I can tell she's going to stretch big.
Made adjustments to a couple of things this week; my bucket needed more oxygen, so I got a bigger pump and I have fixed my temperature issue by Literally just aiming an air-conditioner at the back of my tent, where my air pump is and as a result, now my water remains a chill 18 degrees!
I also need to start keeping my tent closed, even though I absolutely love watching my plants during the day, some critters have made their way inside, eating at the leaves, for now in veg I don't really mind all that much, but I don't want any creepy crawlies when flowers start forming, those are mine and mine alone, not sharing those with any grasshoppers!
I recommend keeping a go pro or something in your tent, its quite fun to observe grow, like how the leaves droop 20 minutes before lights out, and start praying upwards before light comes on, these plants really do get into a sleep like rhythm. doing a diary in general just adds a whole lot to the hobby, whether you do a private catalogue, or public, try it!
Thanks for stopping by, I suspect we'll see the first signs of flowering next week, I've never grown this Strain, but I can see a few pre flower pistils forming as I'm typing this.

Day 23 of flowering.
They are still suffering from trips attack. Did a last EM5 foliar spray today.
They receive almost every day 1ml/l from Flowermind, 2 time a week 5ml/l from a banana fermented fertilizer, and 1 time a week 10% of the dosage of a flowering mineral fertilizer.

Hi everyone,
Last week I harvested #2 aswell, #1 is dry already and in fermintation. #3 and #4 just receive pH regulated Water from now, #5 still receives fertilizer. Its still sad that I cant adjust the light properly, due to the height of #4 and #5 Compared to #3. Nevertheless I have to pay more attention on the trichomes and be patient. Maybe I can harvest 3 and 4 at the end of the week, or next week. #5 still needs Its Time, as it is 2 weeks behind. I noticed that the size of the Buds increased slighty cause of the more Watts, the Most impact is on #5. I am very excited about the yield overall, but it is less than I thought itd be (as always).

she is chopped and hanging. I took her down at day 46 of flower. she is not a super yielder but she is a heavy Indica smoke and is very nice body and heavy high, very enjoyable. wet I got 133 grams, trimmed and jarred 31 grams. still not bad. she grew small from the start, you could see the Indica, small and good for gorilla grows. she grows really sticky so keep an eye on the smell. from the start of this she took a few days longer to get going than the other testers. she can up on day five from seed. she got a nice 5 week veg time and stayed small. she went into flower with no problem and gained a few inches in flower but still remanded small because of the genes. she frosted up starting in the third week, and as the flowers grew so did the trichomes. she is real sticky starting around the fourth week as well as the heavy smell. again the smell needs to be watched. I did not have to do to much with this one just let her grow. I pinched her a few times during veg and a few in flower. when I say pitched I should say twisted and pinched the top down so the side branches could catch up and also build the side branches and flower sites up. you could increase yield by a 5 gal a good 8 week veg and a net. I had fun with this and will have a smoke report next week on this one. I also was able to get a nice fade of yellows light green and some purples going. real hard to get photos of.

Sunday, January 17
Fed 1/2ga to one plant and 3/4ga to the other two. 7tsp of Grow Big and 2.5tsp of Bud Candy mixed in 2ga of water @6.4pH. Plants continuing to stretch, fed Grow Big to try and add some nitrogen.
Thursday, January 21
Fed about 3/4ga to each plant. At a ratio of 2 teaspoon per gallon of Bud Candyat 6.4 pH.
Saturday, January 22
Fed plants 3/4 ga @6.3pH 2tsp/ga of Bud Candy. I did a defoliation of all 3 plants and decided to flip to a 12/12 light schedule to see if I can trigger blooming. I began last night and I will continue to do so and hopefully see results sometime soon. I’ve looked up the issues of auto flowers not flowering and being “stuck” in the process. I did these two techniques(defoliation and light schedule)to try and trigger flowering. Hopefully we’ll see some results🙏 As always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

1st Transplant took about an hour. Last year I had 3 plants and this year I'm doing 15 times that. For this 1st strain.
I have about 18 strains but this was the most abundant allowing more room for error since I skipped 2020 growing season. Very excited for the challenge ahead.
Few plants that are taller than others, most are around the same height with a few shorties.
Support needed on several plants that aren't standing straight on their own. I may have had them in the starter pods 1-2 days too long.

getting closer. still swelling a bit. soil isnt drying too quickly so not much feeding happening. but im gonna cut off nutes from now on and let her "flush" and use up the rest of whats in the
10/14 harvest day. trichomes are cloudy. rains coming so im just gonna chop day 56
