Well fam, the 'Beast From The East' is going strong, and so far has not encountered any issues with any bud rot but is showing signs of the beginnings of Septoria. Luckily, this far into flower it shouldn't be too much of a concern at this point. This late in our growing season I always worry about Boytris, especially with cultivars that have really dense and tightly grouped flowers as our weather is now turning cooler and wetter. 9/8- I'm continuing to water the Wedding Cheesecake FF in the mornings on days that we do not get any substantial rain with well water via the garden hose. Today I went through the plant and removed a bunch of old dead leaves, along with any shade leaves that were totally yellow. I did not water today as we had a good amount of rain yesterday and the soil is still really moist. 9/10- My daily routine of watering, removing dead foliage and checking over the flowers continues. The aroma coming off of the Wedding Cheesecake FF is really loud now and you can definitely pick up some subtle hints of her Cheese lineage in it! 9/12- With Five weeks of flowers now behind her, the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower only has 2-3 more weeks to go (weather permitting) and she's on track to be an enormous yielding plant! Me gustaría estar más encima este cultivo pero la salud me está impidiendo un poco este 100% con el proyecto. Buen crecimiento en general , bien ramificada, se cambio el fotoperiodo a 12 y en breves entramos en la prefloracion. . La humedad anda entre 50% la temperatura está entre 20/22 grados , y como siempre el ph, está en 5,8/6,0. . Another blessed week with vigorous and accelerated growth. Its stem is now 5mm thick. I've been adding Potassium Silicate in some waterings, I believe this is giving it the strength. The ppm is now approaching 1000, and I always keep the pH at 5.8. I applied the Topping pruning at the 3rd node, and as soon as the side branches grow, I'll do LST (Low-Stress Training). I'll also perform the first defoliation soon.

Blütetag 30 Einige Buds wurden entfernt um Schimmelrisiko zu vermeiden, die Luftfeuchtigkeit geht nämlich teilweise auf 62% hoch wenn die Lampe an ist. Luftfeuchtigkeit wird auch bis zum Ende ein Problem bleiben weil der Topf fast zu groß fürs Zelt ist. Ich hoffe mit dem zusätzlichen Ventilator unter dem Blätterdach kann ich das Risiko für Schimmel senken. Ansonsten läuft es finde ich ganz gut, bin gespannt ob sich die Blüten noch entwickeln.

Bud sites started to appear everywhere, plants are looking healthy and are still stretching a bit. I've decided to add x2 infrared strips to the lighting setup, in order to improve the spectrum for blooming and trigger the emerson effect (infrared 15 mins before full darkness). I did notice in the past that infrared before darkness helps a lot and speed up the whole flowering process. I started to add some "Organic Bloom" to my soup. Various phenotypes are showing their traits, some plants are true sativas, others are more hybrids. I'm going to bet that the most sativas will take a few more weeks to finish. Stay tuned!
