Week 15 for Space Panda by atlas seed Both the phenos not doing too badly, been fighting these 2 plants to keep them flat 😂 I reckon another week or 2 of veg and they will be good to go into flower.

What up fam, weekly update on these lovely ladies. I put the scrog net out this week for support and am I glad I did. Only after a couple days they grew right through it. The greenhouse is 6'5 feet tall and they're pushing 5'6. I'll go in there and take off some of the lower fan leafs at the bottom but not to much defoliation needed. I'm seeing preflowers so I'll also switch the nutes from grow to bloom. All in all Happy Growing.

Hey Cannafam Happy Monday, My Apricot gal has had a fairly good week overall, however the leaf miners had started to spread so i defoliated lower fan leaves earlier in the week, she has now got some trails on the upper fan leaves, but she needs leafage for progression so ive started trying to squash the larvae between thumb and forefinger. Hopefully this should work, ive had leaf miners on plants before but generally leave them, but theyve been worse than normal on this grow. Training has been piecemeal each day, but as shes quite low down i have torn a couple of leaves slightly by accident where i couldnt get to the base of shoots, trying to hold them in their dedired positions whilst pinning them down. Although il continue to make continuous adjustments, shes about to start flowering so i may not seperate any more auxilery shoots into main branches, but we'll see dependant on if theres much sretch going into flower. Feed wise shes just had the one dose this week of Plagron, Trace and Great White. Weather wise its been allot drier/consistant overall but with fog, mist and drizzle starting each day Tuesday - Saturday with the Sun coming through for a bit in the afternoons. Humidity has remained very high but with constant temps of around 19c daytime 14c nightime. Sunday the misty/cloudy days had gone and it was a lovely hot 25c day/18c night and today its been a scorching 27c! Daylight hours are at 16hrs 26mins and will now start reducing as we had the Summer Soltice yesterday ☹️ Overall my gal seems to be happy with good growth, this strain seems well suited to the UK weather but the real test will be in flower, as the past few years we have had a wet summer with ensuing budrot. At the moment this strain really dosen't seem phased by our changeable weather conditions and seems quite hardy 😊 Thats all from me for now, thanks for stopping by ✌️💚

We kept up with her. ⸻ Week 7 Flower — Controlled Chaos At this stage, she’s fully expressing: – Vertical dominance – Long, stacked flower sites – Increasing density without losing structure – And that frost… building fast now She’s not just tall— she’s productive across the entire column. And the smell? Louder every day. Sharper. More complex. This is where Ghost Train starts to feel like Ghost Train. ⸻ Feeding & Parameters — Why These Numbers We’re running: – EC: ~2.9 – pH: 6.5 And yes—this is intentional. At this stage, demand is high. She’s not just building flowers, she’s maintaining a massive structure while doing it. The higher EC supports: – Sustained nutrient availability – Strong flower development – Continued metabolic activity at scale And the pH at 6.5 keeps nutrient uptake balanced in soil: – Phosphorus & potassium availability optimized – Micronutrients still accessible – No locking out key elements during peak demand Nothing extreme. Just aligned with what she’s asking for. ⸻ VPD — Leaf vs Room (Why 26°C / 60% Works Here) On paper, 26°C and 60% RH might look high for late flower. But here’s the nuance: – Room VPD is one thing – Leaf VPD is another With strong lighting and active transpiration, leaf temperature often runs slightly higher than ambient. That shifts the actual working VPD into a more optimal range than numbers alone suggest. So while the room reads: – 26°C – 60% RH The plant is effectively operating in a comfortable transpiration zone, not a risky one. This is why context matters more than charts. ⸻ About the “Delay” — Sativa Expression She’s a Haze. So yes—compared to others in the room, she appears “slower.” But let’s be clear: This isn’t delay. This is genetic pacing. And honestly? For a Haze under 12/12 from seed… She’s actually ahead of where you’d expect her to be. That early flowering trigger shortened the stretch window and pushed her into production sooner. Without it? She wouldn’t be 1.8m. She’d be… a problem 😄 ⸻ What We’re Seeing Now – Frost production accelerating noticeably – Buds forming along the entire height – Structure holding surprisingly well for her size – Aroma intensifying into that sharp, hazy profile She’s not finished. Die Lady‘s sind jetzt 20 Tage alt und entwickeln sich weiter sehr gut! Sie wurden vor 4 Tagen in 0,6L Töpfe umgetopft und werden die nächsten 10-14 Tage in den neuen Schuhen bleiben. Lampe läuft auf 75%. Die Erde wurde mit 10g Bio Grow Pulver Dünger von Greenhouse Feeding angereichert. Zudem wurde heute gegossen und das Wasser mit Big Plant & Power Plant von Organics Nutrients versetzt. Schönen ersten Advent und bis zum nächsten Update 🏻

This week I’m introducing my plant stands. It is a carousel design. They are lightweight, independent and can be put on/removed during growth with little effort or at the time of setup. I’ve had this idea for years, tried to find anything similar to it on line without success. I designed and assembled it about 2 years ago. It’s very versatile, can be modified for various uses and sizes, allows you 360 degrees access to you plant by rotation, brings you the ability to grow in a sea of green environment. Netting can be any size you desire and rotates with the plant. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. Please take a look at my video this week that explains more. **The one on the plant now is actually designed for a 5 gallon bucket, I’ve simply modified it to work on this 2 gal bucket temporarily. This week she continues to outperform expectations and needed bracing because the weight of the flowers tipped her over. This was expected and remedied and all branches have now been spaced apart to allow bright lighting to penetrate deep into the plant. This is needed to mature out the lower buds. In another week I will cut back some more of the bigger leafs to allow even more light to get through. She continues to focus her energy on bud and trichome development (girth). The nutrient schedule has been updated as she is headed toward a late bloom cycle. Her smell is intensifying weekly. Maintain light power at 100% and PH at 6.24 I would highly recommend doing your own research on the blooming cycle. The change in nutrients is still controversial, but there is new and relevant studies that show of the main 3 NPK - K potassium was thought to boost flower production, the fact is this need on the plant remains relatively unchanged from vegetation through transition up to ripening. I continue to increase K in my schedule, but have started cutting back over this past year - up to 1/3 - without any noticeable difference. I have more that lends credibility to this theory I’ll explain next week. The case of bigger bud doesn’t mean anything special unless genetics and growth are in synergy. A quick note: I use General Hydroponics for nutrients and not this other one that is being listed, Terra Aquatica. I have no control over this update within Grow Diaries.

26.1.25: I have had a mistake 😕 i spilt some Fish Mix as I was experimenting with a syphon from some aquarium tubing I have. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the syphon out! Ugh 😣 However, it is fish emulsion and very thick consistency. Therefore, I was able to scrape it up with 2 of my business cards up off the counter. So added this extra into the next 2 ltr solution I mixed. All plants were watered with at least 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3. Containing the following nutrients;- ♡ 3ml Seachem Seaweed ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 3ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag ♡ .25g Ecothrive Biosys. ♡ 2.5g of Bicarbonate of Soda as PH UP. Unfortunately I have broken my PH pen too. Accidentally submerged it under water, then the readings went crazy. I'm leaving it to dry by standing it up but I'm most likely going to need a new one, which is extremely annoying 😑 I'm going start implementing the Scrog net probably some point next week if I let the plants that are in flower to just grow up now, as I do believe that I stunted Watermelon 🍉 by using too strenuous LST. Hopefully the plants still are able to grow upwards at this stage during flower for all the Purple Punch P1, P2 and P3. We will soon see! 28.1.25: My PH pen has packed up 😣 I've got to wait to get another. It's super annoying 😑 so I'm just judging by memory how to regulate it. Unfortunately, that's my only choice! I'm also out of the dechlorinator 😕 things are not going very well this week so far 😅 I guess we will have to make do, until I can get replenished. 29.1.25: I removed all the plants, hoovered, and disinfected the tent. There were several accidents when watering, causing some debris and splashes. I decided to just go ahead and get a few other things done. It's crazy how quickly things can become neglected! 😣 So I defoliated moderately on all plants except Gorilla Cookies seedling. I have absolutely dropped the ball on my lighting situation! My light was much further away than I thought! I turned it up to 100% and dropped it down to just under 2 feet away. After I reset the tent, I set up my scrog net. I removed 80% of all LST pegs. I am planning on letting the scrog net take over the training from here. I really want to minimise the risk of mould, so I decided to start using my dehumidifier. It has raised up to 73% RH this week, so it's necessary. Hopefully, I will be able to get my dechlorinator and PH pen soon! That's kind of essential to me. It's been a little bit of a stressful day in the garden, to be honest 😅 30.1.25: So I am expecting the arrival of my new PH pen today, as well as my new bottle of Ecothrive neutralise. It is supposed to measure the TDS and EC in addition to the standard TEMP and PH, which I had previously. Obviously, time will tell if it's any good or not. I realise, much too late now, that my lighting is very insufficient for this many plants. I need double the watts at least, and coverage is very poor. I remembered I had an old LED floor lamp, which was in a corner being unused. I decided to take the stand off, and Zip tied the pole onto the tent pole at the back left corner. I have no idea what the wattage is, and it's quite pathetic 😅 but I mean, I might as well use it, being as I definitely cannot afford more lights! 😣 Next grow, I will probably only grow 2 plants, max 4, and just use larger 7-10 Gallon pots. Being as I ran out of dechlorinator, I only watered some plants properly because I only had enough to make 6 litres. When my pen arrives, I will get everything properly watered. 31.1.25: The leaves of several plants are showing signs of iron deficiency. This is likely due to my PH pen packing up earlier. I now have a new pen. Due to this, I decided to use my Seachem Prime, which I use for my aquariums. As I wanted to get them watered properly, and my Ecothrive Neutralise hasn't arrived yet. I watered each plant with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0. I added .25g Ecothrive Biosys to the water. May give them a breather on the nutes and just use the Cal-Mag and Biosys. Being as I've just topped dressed with rich fertilisers, I'm sure that will be OK for the next several waterings. Snipped another couple leaves which were annoying me 😅 I realised this is one of the pots I put my clay pebbles the bottom of. So I've probably not been watering enough, as she's right at the back, and assuming all was good because the pot was heavy. I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.2 with:- ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids. ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid Going to keep an eye out to see when they need more in next couple of days. They're all looking very well, except the slight colour fade on Bubble Kush

Start of the thrid week today. I was behind on my dairy the first two weeks so there may some date differences in weeks 1+2 Gorrila zkittlez - doing great so far getting nice and bushy. Doing LST on the three off the every 3rd day and that's about it. Psychosis - she has still been growing and new stems appear evey few days. Two of the leaves had yellowing in them for 2 week so I've put in down to the lack of cal/mag in the system. Today I was going to replace the nutrient water but instead I decided to leave it and and cal/mag to the res. The reason for not changing water is down to the volume I am using. I have a 225L tank, 6 20L pots with a 20L brain unit. So I'm roughly using 300/310L if I'm at full capacity (365-15%) due to me obv not using the full capacity of the red or bucket for many reasons. I only need 50/100 litres at this stage per week so instead of changing it every 7/10 days. I have filled the system with more than enough supply as to not need to change it so frequently. Ps. The nuits/ec/ph have been holding steady for weeks now hence another reason for keep the water res from week 1 I will be changing the nuit strength and water at some point soon of course... Maybe give it another 7 day depending on how the plants are doing 🤙👍

Day 36: I bend the branches even more, cut off the top leaf that covered 2 buds, one of them is very small, I hope to give it at least a little chance to grow. This is a victim of a broken branch.

What’s up, Growmies! Even though I find LST plants a bit odd-looking, the training has gone solidly so far. One plant is already ahead and has entered the flowering stage, while the other two are a few days behind. I’ve decided to stop LST on the plant that’s furthest along, and I’ll continue training the other two to help spread them out and even the canopy. Aside from that, plant health is looking good.
