I started the spring with the experimental "Black Mamba 42," and here are my impressions. The plant spent 108 days indoors. Roots appeared on day two, and the seedlings shed their seed shells on day four. The plant stretches significantly in height; I managed to fit it into a 130 cm tall grow box by topping it and training the branches outward with plastic clips. At day 108, the buds were still a bit small; they could have easily gone another 2–4 weeks. The scent was moderately intense—nothing overpowering. Visually, the buds turned out to have medium density. The maximum wet weight for the two plants combined was 300g; I expect to harvest a solid 50g dry. We’ll know the exact figure in seven days—I don't like weighing wet material with the stems attached. As for issues: one plant suffered from acidification around day 15 (due to a faulty meter), which severely stunted its growth. Towards the end, the grow box was hit by spider mites. I also left it on an auto-watering system (using a 15L jug) for a week, and it dried out a bit. I had another plant from an international seed bank in the same group for comparison, and it handled the identical conditions perfectly. This strain isn't the easiest to grow and is a bit finicky. It requires a 2-meter-tall indoor grow space; in a one-meter space, without bending or training, the tops will get burned by the light around day 30–40 from seed. Bottom line: I didn't love the strain, though I’ll give it another shot later with the remaining seed. I plan to try seeds from two other banks. I recommend this strain to anyone with a 2-meter grow box who enjoys long grow cycles and cultivating massive Sativa monsters—and to anyone wanting to support our local breeders. Damn has the buds started to fatten up. The Kmintz plants are really starting to get some beautiful bud production going on. Thw Tarantula Genetics Platinum OG Punch Breath is starting to get some gorgeous color in the buds and lots of frosting on the buds. End of week 5 and the plants are starting to look top notch. Plant size Kmintz #1 - 37" Kmintz #2 - 32" Platinum OG Punch Breath - 42" Apple Punch-? - 37" Well that's all so far. Happy growing everyone!!!

Super easygoing strain, and fun to grow. Looks like a nice yield but I'll have to update with weight after it's dry. This sweetie was grown in 6 gallons, from seed, under non adjustable lighting from seedling through harvest. Base nutes and cal mag. Ocean Forest/perlite in the bottom 3/4, Happy Frog/perlite on the top 1/4. Trained with a combo of scrog/lst techniques. The lights are two 50 dollar "1000 watt equivalent" Amazon LEDs, they say their max input is 280 volts though so I have no idea what grams to watts will be when the dry weight comes in. Shortest plant with lowest yield so far, but everything is coated , smells amazing, and incredibly sticky. Gorgeous colors, will definitely be growing again soon. Made butter and cookies with the trim. Also, the fastest I have grown. Seed to harvest was exactly 60 days.

Twelfth Week / 25.07.24 - 31.07.24 Week 12 progressed smoothly, with the exception of continued nutrient deficiencies in the Cookies Gelatos. 🌿 These signs indicate that the plants are nearing maturity. I’m now regularly checking the trichomes to determine the optimal harvest time. 🔍✨ Despite the deficiencies, all plants appear healthy overall, with bud structures continuing to swell. The Cookies Gelato is developing more pistils than Apollo F1, but Apollo’s buds are denser and have a strong aroma. 🌼🚀 Exciting times as we approach the final stretch!

I stressed this lady out early accidentally , she bounced back as best as I permitted room for . She bared with me all the way until the end throughout this entire learning cycle . I’m deeply appreciative for the ease of grow & level of bounce back she had . It was the most impressive grow but it didn’t require rocket science to grow this either

Day 35 - few pics and vids..... everything going along nicely 👍 This is a pretty big update, so i'll add to it over the next few days, as i finish building it all.... i'm building these 2 x SS haze, the full tent, just finishing up the setup..... trimming them, changing solutions to 12/12 and flower..... changed the exhaust fan and filter setup to the better outside the tent method.... and installed 12v CPU computer fan, lol ("alta9" fits in 4in ducting perfectly), drops wattage on extractor fan.... 10w tops... got a few kg of active carbon and making/replacing the carbon filter .... i'll add afew vids of the new setup in afew days... Day 36 - few pics/vid of new tent setup...... "alta 9" fan :) post tomorrow after i finish trimmin and settin up night mode etc...... and into tomorrow we go, lol ... Day 37.... slowly getting there..... little bit more to go... this should make things abit more interesting..... right tank (short babie) has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 150 ml -dutch master one gold FLOWER.... 6.4 PH - 1400 PPM left tank has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 50 ml of elements a and 50ml of b and 10 ml of nitro and 20ml of Crystalic (molasses/pot) .... 6.5 PH - 1200 PPM more pics / vids of the finished tent setup.... roots, transfer, etc... Day 37 is alot of vids of the clean and change to flower..... edit - day after build noticed left tank (nutrifield) not enough bubbles..... pulled out the 4 air pump and swapped to the 2 x original oxipumps... much better, also to fix the problem with ph goin high, and bubbles not stirin the mix, was to add another 10ml of crystallic and another 5ml of nitro... then pumped both tanks with ph down and set em to 5.8-6.2 - both plants have fully recovered from the big trim, and bounced back within 12-24hrs, post pics/vid in abit..... Day 39 - made a freaky video... was curious about what the plants would see looking up at the lights... the lights and buzzing of air compressors and bubbling tank water, and dazzling lights turned out pretty cool in vid editor, was in selfie mode.... and final vid of the bounceback from trim :) 👍😎

Candyman Day 22, Week 3 of veg! Will probably push 3 more weeks of veg until I flip 😬 The first plant (first pictures) seems a lot smaller then the other two 🤔 I've upped the lights to 50% intensity now. Second plant I've topped a set of lower branches aswell hopefully can start using my lst clips to train all three very soon. Last one seems a bit unhappy to me but still growing nicely. First couple branches only pushed out 3 finger leaves probably nothing just not noticed that before 🤷‍♂️🏼🤣 Update: I've just applied some LSTing so see how they look over next couple of days

OK, im doing an update now becouse my breakup cake is going tranny!!(hermie) I already have noiticed she was not growing as strong .. but u can blame that on anything , especially when growing outdoor.. but this morning i saw that she was g(r)oing 'bananas'!😢 I have put her aside from the rest (in the back of garden) but think gonna have to terminate her asap!..(and i will, right after this post👍) The weed she will give will be filled with seeds and those seeds will be hermies too, so wothless.. and if i dont throw her away quick she can infect the rest. So goodbye breakup cake..😢 who wants to eat a cake when they are breaking up anyway..😒 (just hiding my pain with lame humour 😳) happy growing for all ✊

9/20 Adjusted lights to 40% at 24 inches. It looks like I have a whorled phyllotaxy with the Sticky Mango. 3 branches per node. Should be cool to see how she develops. 9/22 Watered at 900 mS/cm 9/23 Dropped ir light on plants. Broke a fan leaf off the Moonberry Pie Auto. Removed other leaf to maintain light distribution and symmetry. Otherwise plants look great. 9/24 Added IR lighting. 10 before and after lights on and off. Hung at about 48 inches. 9/25 Topped Pink Apple Soda and Yuzu Sour above 4th node. Watered at 1.080 mS/cm pH 6.1. Watered to minimal runoff. Reduced RH to 62% 9/28 Increased lighting to 50%. Topped the Sticky Mango Auto. Was going to get to tall. The whorled phyllotaxy aspect of the plant is interesting. It is definitely growing faster than the others . It even has pistils already and a VERY dominant side branch. The plant I dropped the IR light on (Moonberry Pie Auto) definitely got stunted even though only 2 fan leaves had to be removed. The other topped plants (Yuzu Sour Auto and Pink Apple Soda Auto) look great. Starting to get bushy. Tucked the large fan leaves. Turtle Taffy Auto has been rather disappointing. If it doesn't show me something soon I may not waist the nutrients and get another Tastebudz Genetics seed going. PLANT HEIGHTS : Sticky Mango Auto 12" Turtle Taffy Auto 8.5" Moonberry Pie Auto 5" Pink Apple Soda Auto 7.5" Yuzu Sour 6.5"

Some are great, and then we have the midget crew. Sour livers is going to be BIG ( not into full flower ) Auto Blues has some massive leaves ( not into full flower ) Sour Crinkle is flowering nicely 24" tall Sour Stomper looks like it has been stomped and flowering Toof Decay well its just sad. F*** im bummed ( F*** it) Santa ana winds came back so its 78° and 0% humidity. See the pre flowers in the last 2 pics. That's #8 Sour livers. She is the one to watch. She is impressive. ( don't worry she is all female ) But she must be one tough female. That all folks, thanks for coming and have a good night. Sour Stomper and Toof Decay have been trashed. Killed both they just weren't going to come around. Pollinated sour livers on 2 / 2 / 18 on week 6, the structure was way to hard to pass up. She was pollinated outside of the greenhouse. I'm sure the pollen will spread. So the male is a photo ( Cherry pie × Bubble gum ) i will put photos of the males in update.

Final product is been absolutely amazing on these clones - the jungle came out about average but the clones definitely exceeded expectations there absolute fire in comparison but still just as good hopefully I can just improve a few issues we had on this run and dial right in 100% will be so much better, next few run is going to be special I’ve got a few things lined up. From tester packs to breeders packs I can hunt from. So lots to choose from but what to keep to run will be interesting

All's currently going well in the tent. Plants are looking very happy, even with the loadshedding ( government turns power off for 2-8hs a day). Let hope they turn the lights back on soon.. If gave the plants the last top dressing of bio-bloom 1ml per Liter of soil. It's starting to get a bit bushy in the tent. I'm pretty much removing any foliage that's is not getting decent light. As it just going to produce poor quality bud at the end. Overall I'm very stoked with the week. It's just maintenance from now on. I must say the bio grow makes life easy👌
