👍 update:11/26 wtf never seen a pheno have this much tight nodes and develop side branches to colas. It a monster taking over the whole tent.

The Candyland girls from @Herbies_USA_Express are looking good. Tried recording some video of them this week for upload here. I think they came out alright with my manual DIY lazy susan.... LOL They had another good week and are now over 12 inches. I did top them between the 8th and 9th node yesterday. Going to give them another week maybe two, then do some training and flip them to flower. They are looking a little droopy right now since they are in dry back. But they are starting to drink heavier and seem to been handling the increase in nutrients. Currently running - 600 PPFD at the canopy with light - 1.1 kPa VPD with room temps staying between 72-76 F - Nutrients are up to 900 ppm and PH 6.0

Flowering time! What a week.. The two girls are getting huge! Realise when seeing this tent of two (!) plants, that you are watching autoflowers! The genetics on these are crazy. With the added training each developt 3 or even 4 fully main stems. The amount of bud sites is just crazy and I'm expecting a big yield. The only nutrientes I used are the boosters from RQS. I just reguarly add these with waters and thats it! Nothing less nothing more. You already see them getting frosty. Really excited and amazed! Anyone can sport which of the two is the Bubble Kush and which is the blue cheese? Greetings everyone!

Week 9 of Amnesia Haze

Great strain, would recommend. Nice smoke/vapor, friends love it, stupefying and euphoric, no heavy couch lock like heavy indicas. Taste great in The Mighty vaporizer, citrus with a hint of pine.

End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Still chugging along even though I've neglected them a little. A fun little side experiment, I learned a lot. At least I'll have flower from 6 more girls, not a complete waste.

Defoliated some leaves to let light in, chopped one down early as I run out of bud 🙄 it's good for less than 4 weeks flowering. Have them rice water starch again this week in with there food. A layer of frost is slowly forming 😎 hopefully they will fatten up nice and frost up really good to 🤞

First week of flower in the bigger tent and on the Autopot xl smart pot system. Trying a new product on this run which is rock resinator which starts on Monday. Will leave these now to grow through out each week till day 20.

Space finally opened up, so the Haze plants are officially in their long-term homes: 3-gallon pots with a coco and perlite mix. Haze 2 looked great initially but hit a brief patch of transplant shock. Thankfully, she has fully bounced back. Interestingly, she threw out double branches from the first node, but her growth returned to normal branching by the third. Haze 1, on the other hand, is much bushier and is already showing female pre-flowers. I’ve taken clones and flipped the tent to flower. The plants are currently sitting at 16 inches from the substrate line in a 2x4x6 tent. Given the legendary Haze stretch, I fully expect to have to relocate them before flower is over. Environmentally, I’m running a 4” exhaust but have a 6” on standby in case temps spike. Right now, with the lights only pushing 55% to hit around 800 PAR, heat is completely manageable. I also set up a timelapse with my Wyze cam, which I’ll share in the next update if it works out.

As you can see from the third picture on day 29 she is looking a little ugly and unkept. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or something I need to take action on. Advice would be great. So day 30 rolling around. Decided I had to try LST again. She felt more receptive to being bent over today as well. I mainly had to attempt it for space reasons. With the current covid panic all the markets where I buy my buckets from are closed and I can't procure a new one to increase my height for probably a couple of weeks at this rate so LST was my only option. She seems to have taken well to it and I will upload a finished picture of her shortly. Day 32, watered and fed her. 500ml of water plus .3ml each of fox farm trio. Hoping to see her perk up a bit. Concerned about the large brown spot on one of her leaves which made me think she was having a deficiency? Probably a bit early to worry about buds fattening up also but I am worried they are looking a bit airy at the moment on the non main cola sites. I'm not sure if my LST was effective at tricking her into trying to have more than one top cola? Day 33. No noticeable gains today, at least to my eyes. I can spot a little nute burn perhaps but hopefully nothing too serious. Looks like a cola that isn't the original top is starting to fill out just as much, if not more, than the original top though. Hoping they all catch up at a similar pace to each other and reduce the pop corn nug potential! Day 35. She has shown a few more bud sites since last post. I am worried that she is going to produce a fair bit of larf/popcorn bud and wanted to know how to get rid of that? I am not confident to remove any growth without knowing for sure it has a beneficial impact on the overall health of the plant and the final results. Any advise is appreciated. She also seemed a bit thirsty to me. The leaves were feeling a bit thin and dry so I gave her 1L of water with .7ml each of fox farm trio. Hopefully she responds well. I will check her in an hour or so to see if the leaves are starting to point back up - fingers crossed.

3 weeks into flowering and she has stretched nicely to a strong and rigid structure. Shes starting stack budsites and producing more pistils to start her bulking next week To prepare her for mid flowering, I have defoliated her and increased her bloom feed to give her full flower power - so excited!! The heatwave where I live has affected my the overall temperature in the lung room and the tent, but with automations, I was able to stabilize the right VPD range with the humidifier. Next, Bio Heaven and speed controller for the exhaust fan :)

I believe I couldve done better with this strain. I shouldve fed veg nutes earlier and payed attention to ph but i didnt have my ph pen until later in the grow. All in all though shes super frosty. Responds better to training rather than not. Takes about 4/5 weeks to veg and she couldve done 9/10 weeks of flower but i chopped at 8. Started trimming and drying on 4/3 and didnt finish until 4/7. But some of the early chop will be dry in the next couple days
