Aug 30: it’s still hot (too hot at peak for photosynthesis) so lots of water, watering outside of growbag, etc to cool things off a bit. Sep 1: almost ready. Found a dried leaf and a spot of bud rot which was immediately removed. Main tops are almost ready and I’ll start harvesting this one later this week. Sep 2: buds are looking pretty ready (at least the tops) and the pistils changed colour last night. Heatwave is now past and now we’re into a couple days of smoke from fires in the NWT. Sucks, but at least this is the first serious smoke here this year. Sep 4: decided to do a chemical flush this year. Great buds last year but didn’t burn well because of excess P in late flowering. Considered another flush product but looking at the MSDS sheets that stuff had ‘editic acid’ which is an obscure but acceptable name for EDTA. That is a very strong chelating agent which will remove salts effectively but I’d rather avoid it. In contrast, Final Flush from Grotek has potassium sorbate (generally recognized as safe food additive) and good old citric acid which is a chelating agent but not as strong as EDTA. Similar products but citric acid is more gentle and the plant still gets some potassium. Sep 5: don’t take flash pics of photoperiod plants unless you follow up with a far red light.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

Beginning of week.. They are happy and healthy.. Feeding every other watering this week with half a dose of CALiMAGic and half a dose of FloraMicro.... Adding in some Floralicious Plus along with the MYCO+.. Not on the nutes list here so I'm just adding it in here.. Mid week... They are lookin good.. Been watering daily.. Gonna try to see if I can get away with every other day.. They got a good, late watering today so they should be good for 48 hours in between waterings.. This medium has ALOT of Springtails.. Those fuckers are really getting annoying.. They dont seem to hurt the plants (as far as I can tell).. But when you're seeing literally probably 100,000 every day in the runoff.. I'm a little nervous of any issues to arise. But so far the plants are looking great.. Growing.. Happy.. Healthy.. 😁 End of week.. Whoops.. Didnt get a chance to take any pics.. After all research of why plants are going at different rates the only conclusion Conclusion I’ve come to is to do with the fan being too close to the top left Plant and the Seeds to come from different plants but same strain. Will need to go back to royal queen seeds to ask the question??? Leaf burn from wind burn can slow growth of plants

Bubba Kush Mintz is starting her journey. She sprouted in one. She has stretched a little too much looking for light. I did increase the light to compensate. Beside that everything is going well. I think my solution mix is too strong. I will know more as she makes contact with it. Beautiful strain, the exact smell as the original serious seeds, super strong amnesia smell, very powerful and stinky, the nuggets are super sticky and it's just a pleasure to see her on her 7th week of flower, let's see how she ends up!! Stay tuned for more of this lady guys!, ❤️💚💛✌️

2 more weeks for the autos at most, day F11 for the rest of the room. Excellent results thus far, some of the daughters are outgrowing the 7 week older mothers. Day 1- 08/04/22 14:30pm Germination Time!!!!! Here we have 21 wonderful seeds from the amazing fastbuds!!!! Placed in a glass of water for 18-20hours!!! So excited!!!! - Day 2-09/04/22 seeds have been placed on a wet paper towel!!!!! - Day 3-10/04/22 getting the pots filled with soil ready for planting tonight or tomorrow!!!!! - Day 4-11/04/22 most of the seeds had popped last night so I planted most of them and the rest I planted this morning!!! 1 seed out of the 21 didn’t pop so germinating another to make it back up to 21!!!! So there all in the tent except 1!!!! - Day 5-12/04/22 one has come through so far and should be planting the last seed tonight!!!! A few more should pop out by tomorrow!!!! - Day 6-13/04/22 14 out of the 21 have come out so far!!!! - Day 7-14/04/22. 19 of the 21 have come through!! I think one isn’t going to come through so I’m germinating another seed to replace it and if the other one doesn’t come through tomorrow I’ll germinating another one to replace that Aswell!!!.

It’s been a long day potting these girls into there new home. All is looking well. Little bit of heat stress but ime sure they will cope 🤞
