🇺🇸 Grow Journal – Week 13 Week thirteen. The plant seems in good shape overall, even though it’s starting to show some light discoloration on a few leaves. I don’t really know what’s causing it. Maybe it’s because the plant is growing and needs more nutrients now. Or maybe there’s some kind of nutrient blockage starting to appear. The substrate has been running for thirteen weeks, so it could be getting a bit loaded. I’m thinking a flush might help — just to give the root system a reset before moving forward. This week I also worked on defoliation and topping. We’re now at sixteen apexes, and I think that’s enough. It’s probably the last topping, because if I wait much longer, the plant is going to get too big and it’ll be harder to manage once she stretches. Aside from that, everything looks fine. However, I did notice a big drop in pH in the reservoir, which is strange. I added Athena Balance, just like always, but the pH keeps going down. I don’t really understand why it’s dropping so much. Other than that, everything’s okay — nothing special to report. The plant looks stable, and we’re getting close to the flowering stage.

End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. not like nutrient ... I have repot again ... 50% of soil root removed .. and applied light soil biobizz .... Now She Is in another tent and stop the flower ... Now vegetative for 2-3 week ... Is very sensible to nutrient ... The critical kush is more strong .... I have do the the same nutrient ... Or the critical die in 1-2 day, or the new Is very sensible to feeding nutrient

DAY 28 of flowering🌸🌼 Frosting up ❄️❄️

So. Couple things happend and i choped them a bit earlier than colours would say or i would want, but ; I touched one bud , squeezed it ;))) and after 3 days it was budrot, so i panicked ( so much , that even forgot to take pictures) and turned off lights for 3 days . Second thing my last photo will show - i decided to reveg best plants and didnt want to flush out them totaly ... First two smalest plant produced : Leafy no bottom trim - 66 grams, but they where mostly airy Two round defoliated weakest one - 60 g of lovely small nugs . Tasted both same, maybe leafie one had more smell at begining... Both on cure still... Now always leaf strip before flower, around week 3 and 6 of flower and bottom strip. Hated that time while i was playing with trim on those 1/5 of popcorn bud sometimes ;))) P.s. while choping forgot to take photos one of the niciest girls ;)

All the plants are building buds. This herercane has big pistils just like the jack herer parent. Hoping the sugar cane brings some elevated frost to it. Gave them a little beastie bloomz. I cut them off the maxigro today since the leaf tips are burning. Other than that everything is going smooth.

My house is full of sweet chocolate and fruit aroma:) her flowers are full of shiny trichomes :) the girl only bloomed for 57 days, but she is already ready, maybe her flowering sped up in my grow box, high temperature 33°, because of that under my arm my light was set to 85%. From the first days, the girl showed fast and healthy growth:) I made a timelapse video, but unfortunately due to problems with the SD memory card, it takes 3-4 days at the end of the video, besides, my tent is too small for that :D I also made bubble hash from sugar leaves myself :) I tried Zamnesia seeds for the first time - I hope that someday this seed bank will offer me its products to try again :) thank you all. you were together :) good luck with the growing.

Day 63 flowering: Well here we have it Growmies. 63 days of Marsian sunshine and plenty of enriching feeds and we have reached the crux point. The Strawberry Cola finished beautifully and was taken out 4 days ago. She has been in the dark along with the Monster mash who went in yesterday. Both girls had begun to show amber trichromes with the scope so we're ripe for pulling . More on those with ther harvest reports . Herz Og looks so edible right now . she still has clear trichromes around and no real signs of amber ones to concern me.yet. A few more days should see her finish perfectly I hope. She isnt a huge plant but the quality on close up is amazing. I am now only using water until she finished to leech through the Dragon force to avoid any after taste in rhe buds. We are getting to the best bit now but also the hardest part . The waiting to dry and not rushing it is always the most difficult part for me.lol Enjoy the pics and I will catch you on the harvest reports. The dark period had her sweating more oils for sure too so she needs to benleft alone to dry them into her buds now as she dries. shebfinishwd perfectly. Flower day 29 So 4 weeks done in flower the cherry Poppers are doing fantastic could lollipop them a bit more tbh but they’ve got yesterday the last topdess feeding till harvest just pure water The HerzOG plants are 2 completly different phenos the one to the left seems to be more sativa dominant & the one to the Right more like a indica- hybrid At least 5-6 weeks to go from now till harvest
