still seeing bud swelling and pistil growth. no visible fade yet.. vase cutting finally started to fade.... going to taper back to the boost only now going forward and ensure it doesnt dry out.. can see a bit more of its sativa traits in the bud structure now too which is interesting

Week 14 in the books and all is going well. She continues to put on weight and density and smells absolutely amazing. A kind of earthy fruity aroma that I know will press into the excellent tasting rosin dabs. I've given what may be her last feeding and will start checking trichs to gauge how much longer she has left. I've done some light defoliation this week to promote light penetration and am very surprised how even the lower nugs seems to be fattening up into something impressive. A good thing since I didnt really lollipop her. Seedsman genetics really are nothing to turn your nose up at. I'm thoroughly impressed and have no complaints with this how this run has gone. I also have to acknowledge the switch to organic as a huge step forward in dialing in my grow. I just couldnt seem to get nutrients right with mineral based but have had no issues with any of my girls since switching ti BioBizz. Top notch stuff, I must say. I'm hoping we are nearing the end of this run as I cant wait to get her curing and pressed into something I can dab on as we roll into summer still in lock-down mode. The ladies are doing great 😊 They have been in flower cycle for a full 7 days and are stretching nicely, while also showing all kinds of flower hairs 😍 I’ve been lowering some of the Nitrogen Based nutrients and upping the Phosphorus, Potassium and Micro Minerals. In a couple of weeks I’ll be switching from Cal/Mag to Mag/Sulphur with the Bug Bud from Advanced Nutrients. I’ve been bending and tucking, and did a little defoliation to increase airflow and get rid of some leaves blocking tops. It’s been very rainy this week, RH has been high, but the next few weeks are looking much nicer! Happy growing 🇨🇦❤️🌱

**Week 8 - Third Week of Flower** Things are getting wild in the Donutz tent! After the insane stretch last week, the plants have turned the space into a full-on jungle. The start of Week 8 called for drastic measures, and the results are setting the stage for explosive bud production. **Key Updates**: - **Aggressive Defoliation**: On Day 1 of the third flower week, the plants underwent a *brutal* defoliation. Every bud site that had started to develop its own leaves was stripped of its fan leaves, allowing light to flood the canopy. Even the smallest sites now have excellent exposure, giving them the best chance to mature into chunky nugs in the coming weeks. Despite the intensity of the trim, the plants are resilient and primed to bounce back strong. - **Boosted Nutrients**: To support the plants after the stress of defoliation, I added another 5-6g of Greenhouse Feeding Bloom per plant. This ensures the soil stays nutrient-rich and gives the plants the resources they need to recover and thrive. - **Watering**: Still rocking reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and efficient hydration without any surprises. **Observations**: - The canopy is significantly cleaner and more open, with light now reaching deeper into the lower sections. - The plants are handling the defoliation well, with no immediate signs of stress or shock. - Bud sites are already looking promising, with visible development and an even distribution across the canopy. **Looking Ahead**: The next few weeks will be all about letting the plants recover and watching the buds stack up. So, Nitrogen deficiency SEEMS to have slowed down or stopped (hopefully). I've upped the FloraMicro as well as the frequency of feedings, from once a week to 2-3 times. Next year I will plant in soil as I'm going to fly through nutes, and the Midget that's planted in my flower bed has received nothing but water and has shown ZERO deficiencies. The girls have now also began to show a Calcium deficiency as can be seen in the pics on new growth, as a result I've upped the amount of CaliMagic as well. Weird as I see many people feeding 1/2 the dose as recommended by GHE while i'm feeding the recommended and then some. I'm guessing it may be because the girls are big, not sure. Oh well I ordered a gallon of each of the nutes and a gallon of KoolBloom from WEGROWBUDS.ca Highly Recommended. As soon as my prize comes in from @HumboltSeeds I will be planting 4 girls indoors! And FYI I may break this diary up into the Blue Cookies and White Widow individually, we'll see.

Damm that was a lot of work. But they’re All transplanted into 5 gallon pots. Used a local soil amender called bio 365 bio blend for a good nutrient profile at the bottom of the pots. I used bio all(all purpose blend in the middle and a sprinkle of fox farm happy frog seed starter soil on top for mycorrhiza. They were started in 3 inch peat pots with fox farm seed starter blend. All organic grow here. Using roots organic terp tea as dry amendments and epsom Salt and oyster shells for cal mag. May use liquid kelp in veg to supplement in veg and fox farm big bloom concentrate in bloom to supplement bloom

Tester #32 her sister got the axe a few days ago. This one being #2 still growing strong. Fading away so beautiful few more days until she gets the axe as well. Really easy to grow no issues at all during the entire grow. The last photos are of the first one that got the axe ^_^ really frosty and smells so damn good. Nice finishing update on 5/24. #2 getting the axe tomorrow so excited smells so fucking good. #1 is leaving the dryer today to be final trimmed and jar for curing. Should have smoke report within the week or so ^_^.
