Deliciously grow, without problems - super fine and satisfactory result. Unfortunately I forgot to weigh it wet, but I will update with the dry weight as soon as it is dry - but a good bet is that it has been about 200+ grams wet and there will probably be about 50 grams dry. I have added some videos from before and after, the top cola was cut - and some close up photos 😘 Update: 42 grams in total 😍 She taste so damn nice, super great !!

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 9/12- Week 5 of flower is upon the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she's looking like a champ! 9/14- My daily routine of watering, removing dead foliage and checking over the flowers continues. 9/16- The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are all stacking nicely and are really starting to get super frosty! 9/18- Storms came thru overnight and in the morning I found that the Papaya Sherbet had sustained some damage. Right where the divide was from being topped she split. I quickly mended the split with duct tape and crossed my fingers for luck. I also place a couple more support poles to help support her. With another week of flower behind her, the Papaya Sherbet is looking to be in great shape for the upcoming weeks where she'll be putting on weight! Transplanted to a 5 gallon pot half way through the week and heavily watered/fed for the next 2 days, then topped for the first time at the end of the week. I used to be so careful about topping plants but it doesn't really matter how heavy handed you are. Now it's about keeping the plants trained and the same height. 2 timelapses this week. Enjoy!

I received the clones from An out of province breeder. It reached me after three days of driving on the road with no light. Their future was not certain. I didn’t think I would need that many fans for the clones because they are so tiny, I figured they didn’t need that much maintenance. I was 100% wrong when I’m working with this many plants. I ended up getting mild mildew on top of the soil on the first week because there was barely any air circulation. At this point I didn’t have any Ventilation put up yet. And one fan on the floor. I ended up installing three fans in one room. No issues

Another week down, smooth… mostly. I wasn’t ready for how savage these autos would get. Not “plant problems” just pure speed. One Hyperion got out of hand and is now over 100cm, basically taking up half the tent. Sounds like a win… until you remember there are 3 other plants in here and height is limited. Every time I think she’s done stretching, she’s somehow closer to the light again. Like she’s trying to merge with the fixture. To manage it, I hung a small plastic “shade” right above the tallest top to bring intensity back into a sane range. It was reading around 90k lux at the tip, now it’s closer to 56k in that hot spot. Overall the girls are happy. The one that started flowering first is setting big expectations — the leaves around the buds are already frosting up with trichomes, and I’ve honestly never seen that much this early. Hope she keeps that energy and the others follow. The only “plot twist”: the one still lagging behind is the Ranz. While everyone else is walking into flower, Ranz is still stretching like “nah, I’m good, I’ll clock in later.” Since they all share the same drip system + one reservoir, it slightly annoys the control freak in me I can’t dial the feed perfectly when one plant is on a different chapter than the rest. Fingers crossed she finishes the stretch soon and joins the flower party. Good luck to all growers and see you next week!

From the start the sour zkittlez show me nothing really outside the fact that she's fine I didn't really see much at her seedling stage but down in flower is where this lady shines, she is just really a good strain. She smells amazing, the buds get a beautiful color in the last part of flowering, got no issues while growing unless you count I had to support her and to me that's fine because the final product I got from the sour zkittlez and how she was grown I would definitely recommend to friends and family and also do a few more rounds with her.

Blumats went out for some odd reason. Will fix it tomorrow on my day off. Will hand water and give them tea then reset em all. Wont get to see the dirt as a true water only now but owelp. The garlic storms are Some stretchy bi*tches lol. The one hit the light and the other ain't far off.

Day 49 and 50. With 28 to 42 days left(anticipating)went ahead and gave the girls some bloom nutrients. Decided to go with the pk13/14 from canna at 1 tsp per gallon. Each plant received 2 gallons and will repeat for the next two waterings. Decided against a top dressing as I amended the soil heavily at the start and would like to use up what’s in the soil already. To say the girls have grown up during summer camp is an understatement! Miss Harvey is an astonishing 44 inches tall and still growing. Ms. Fizz and the 91Grapes are both a very respectable 38 inches tall and still growing. Once these girls got their roots settled in it was off to the races and none of the are showing any interest in slowing down, I just think they will shift into flower overdrive! Or at least that’s my desire. update, bad news something chewed seven branches off my plants last night. pissed off. will include pictures later I love growing autoflowers. Their simple tenacity and vigor, their ability to flower at will and finish inside of three months is what keeps me coming back for more. Thank you Daz for some amazing plants.

A little longer than a week update here. Lots to talk about since the last time. I increased nutrients because they are full on flowering now (505 ppm total). I had to remove lower foliage and thin them out to get air flow through. Water intake has definitely increased. Overall they look great, the short one is bushing out nicely, the other has stretched way more.

25.07.21 Tag 51 der vegi hab alle Ladys neu runter gebunden und Lady nr.4 getoppt und ausgehackt werde die Stangen die ich für die Tomaten Halterung gebastelt habe entfernen sobald die Pflanzen aussen herum gewachsen sind und den Ring dann am Topf fixieren zur Spreizung der Äste,ich glaube das die Pflanze sonst die Stäbe einfach hoch drücken wird........... 27.07.21 Tag 53 hab heut morgen mich darum gekümmert das die Riesen Töpfe etwas erhöht stehen damit die Luft unterm Topf zirkulieren kann und die Töpfe nach dem Giessen nicht Klatsch nass stehen sondern noch nach Tropfen können, habe dafür mein altes Gestänge wo ich sonnst mein netzt drauf Spanne zum scroggen verwendet is ja knapp 90x90 gross mit festem Hühnerdraht aufgespannt Steine seitlich an den Ecken drunter und Holz in der Mitte zur Stabilisierung damit der Zaun nicht so stark biegt und die Töpfe somit nicht allzu stark schief stehen hat ganz gut geklappt wie ich finde. Zu den steckies 2 davon sind im Garten in einem 20 l Stofftopf gemeinsam ich weiss jetzt denken viele oh man das geht schief wir werden sehen ich experimentier so gerne. Der 3te Steckling steht beim Kumpel auf dem Balkon hab ich ihm geschenkt hatte kein Platz mehr dafür Bilder von den draussen stehenden Pflanzen werde ich gelegentlich hier mit einfügen will deswegen jetzt kein extra Bericht auf machen,bis die Tage ich komm wieder keine Frage ......... 28.07.21 Tag 4 Outdoor die Ladys haben sich in 4 Tagen verdoppelt und das obwohl sie sich den Topf teilen Mal sehen was die nächsten Tage so bringen für die 2 steckies

First off I just want to say for some reason it’s not letting me change the right temperatures on my diaries ! Each time when I put it in they stay at 50. My day air stays 75 degrees an , night degrees is 70 ! Today is day 58 for all these ladies! This week has been really great ! Girls really progressed a lot , especially for one the Forbiddin Runtz, looks like is gonna finish up in a week or 2 ! Other then that they are coming along well! 🌱 8×8 Adventure | Folder 09 Candy Rain – Plant A | Week 4 The Little Survivor Every grow tells a different story, and sometimes the most memorable stories begin with unexpected setbacks. Welcome back to the 8×8 Adventure, a project dedicated to exploring multiple genetics grown 12/12 From Seed inside the same flowering environment. The goal is simple: document every phenotype individually, compare their development under identical conditions, and learn something new from every plant along the way. Folder 09 follows our Candy Rain. Unfortunately, she is the only survivor from this batch. The other seeds didn’t make it, and that’s entirely on us. Growing is a journey of constant learning, and sometimes the greatest lessons come from the mistakes we make. Rather than seeing it as a failure, we’ve chosen to give this little lady all of our attention and let her show us exactly what she’s capable of. Every plant deserves the opportunity to tell its own story. ⸻ 🌿 The 8×8 Adventure This entire project is being grown inside our dedicated 8×8 flowering tent, where every cultivar begins life immediately under a 12 hours ON / 12 hours OFF light schedule. There is no long vegetative period. Instead, every plant develops naturally from seed while already living under flowering conditions, creating unique structures, shorter internodal spacing and allowing us to compare how different genetics react to exactly the same environment. Although every plant shares the same room, nutrients and lighting, each phenotype expresses itself differently. That’s exactly why each folder documents a single plant from start to finish. Candy Rain is proving that point perfectly. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Despite summer temperatures continuing to challenge the room, the environment has remained remarkably stable. Week 4 Conditions • Light Schedule: 12/12 • Day Temperature: 33°C • Night Temperature: 25°C • Relative Humidity: 63% • pH: 6.1 • EC: 1.35 mS/cm • CO₂: 639 ppm • Pot Size: 15 L Even with daytime temperatures reaching 33°C, the plants continue responding well thanks to stable humidity, strong air circulation and careful environmental management. Consistency is often far more important than chasing perfect numbers. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Programme Candy Rain receives the same balanced Plagron feeding programme as the rest of the room. Current solution per litre: • Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L • Power Roots — 1 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L The solution is adjusted to pH 6.1, maintaining nutrient availability while supporting healthy root development throughout this early stage. Because this plant is hand-watered, every irrigation becomes another opportunity to inspect the substrate, monitor water consumption and observe her development closely. ⸻ 🌱 Development From the very beginning it became clear that this Candy Rain is developing differently from many of the other plants in the room. She remains significantly smaller, with a naturally compact structure and shorter internodal spacing. While several of her neighbours have already begun stretching into flower, this phenotype seems to prefer building slowly, producing tight growth and a sturdy main stem before committing to vertical expansion. Sometimes 12/12 From Seed reveals exactly these kinds of differences. Certain cultivars explode almost immediately, while others seem to take their time adapting before accelerating later in flower. At this point there is nothing suggesting poor health. Quite the opposite. Her new growth is vibrant, symmetrical and full of life. Every node develops cleanly, her stem continues to strengthen and the fresh growth emerging from the centre has a beautiful healthy colour. She’s simply telling her own story at her own pace. ⸻ 🍃 A Small Setback One detail worth mentioning this week is the damage visible on a few of the older fan leaves. After careful observation, the injury doesn’t resemble a nutritional problem. The new growth remains completely unaffected and the damaged areas are isolated to only a handful of older leaves. The most likely explanation is mechanical wind damage. With strong airflow inside the flowering room, larger fan leaves can occasionally fold onto themselves or vibrate continuously in the same position. Over time this creates dry, burnt-looking patches that may resemble nutrient issues but are actually simple physical damage. Because the affected leaves aren’t getting worse and the new growth remains perfect, no corrective feeding changes were necessary. Sometimes the best decision is simply to observe instead of reacting. ⸻ 🍃 Gentle Training Training remains intentionally minimal. Rather than removing healthy foliage, we continue relying on leaf tucking to expose developing shoots to the available light. By carefully moving larger fan leaves beneath the canopy, lower branches receive more light without reducing the plant’s photosynthetic capacity. This gentle approach allows the plant to continue building energy while maintaining as much healthy foliage as possible during these early stages. Patience often produces better results than unnecessary intervention. ⸻ 🌱 Looking Forward Although Candy Rain currently appears to be one of the smallest plants inside the 8×8 tent, that certainly doesn’t mean she’ll stay that way. Some phenotypes invest heavily in root development before accelerating above the soil. Others naturally remain compact throughout their entire life while producing exceptionally dense flowers. That’s exactly why projects like this are so enjoyable. Every phenotype becomes its own little experiment. Whatever path this Candy Rain decides to follow, she’ll receive exactly the same care, patience and attention as every other plant in the room. Because every seed deserves the opportunity to reach its full potential. ⸻ 💚 Final Thoughts Growing has a funny way of keeping us humble. Sometimes everything goes according to plan. Sometimes we lose seeds. Sometimes one little survivor becomes the most interesting plant in the room. That’s exactly why we document every stage honestly—the successes, the mistakes and everything in between. Okay so I’ve been slacking a bit on the grow-diaries, only because I’ve had a lot going on and also because I don’t feel obligated to do so because this isn’t a sponsored grow.
