Week 3 started off well. Gave my plants nutrients for the first time. Lowered the water dose compared to last week and noticed more growth so sticking to less is more until the flower stage. The temperature has been consistent. This week also allowed me to top my plants. And I have seen the new stems coming out the plant. I’ve added a co2 bag hoping to see some difference. I did add a second fan in to just keep the leaves wafting but it reduced the temp so I took it out

Because I have iridium and copper in the water, the ph meter fluctuates due to breaking bonds between the hydrogen and oxygen. The fluctuation range I see is between 6.4 and 6.9 so I’m reporting 6.6. So far, I don’t see any negative effects of the iridium & copper on the plant. The soil base is Happy Frog, Coast of Maine, Mushroom Compost and Super Soil. I’m giving only ph water to her for this grow. I defoliated 8 large fan leaves to open up the center. ok one more week, the ripper haze genetics plants have quintupled their size in the change to 12h, I had to tie them up since they don't stop growing, I can't wait for them to finish stretching and start to fatten the flowers. normal problems of having many different genetics in the same grow tent. otherwise everything is going well. that's all, regards.

Since she's the one closest to the outside wall I decided to place some weight on it so it wouldn't grow that much taller and started to grow the lower branches

Week 2 Flowering Pilot #1 continues its transition into the flowering cycle with remarkable vigor, entering week two of bloom with a clear and sustained stretch response. All right here we are guys Midway through week 3 of flower and she should have more production but due to the extreme training and the amount of Bud sites there's a lot of energy being distributed between so many areas that I don't think I'm going to be left with many huge buds but as I mentioned before many thumb size which is fine by me as long as the nugs are tight and smoke as good as I can hope for.. strawberry cough has been one of those elusive strains for me for one I never thought I'd ever even be able to grow cannabis let alone grow the strain that I've been wanting to grow since I was 14 and I'm 38 now going on 39... Long story short this has been a long time coming and so now I'm only a month and a half or so away from it becoming a reality is really awesome... Ladies and gentlemen we are on day 82 and this girl is no more, through the loophole I can't find one clear trichome I understand the white hairs but I also understand the trichomes is what we go by.. also wanted to get her down because I was worried of possible root issues and did not want to ruin such a beautiful little plant.. Divine seeds has some great genetics this thing was topped and in such a small cup handled the training well and rewarded me with what I'm assuming is going to be between 28 and 35 grams so I'm thinking over a gram per ounce of dirt that's not too shabby.. I hope everyone in the contest is doing well and I hope everyone else is doing just as good.. we are all in this together, to be able to grow our own medicine at our own discretion and know what we're smoking is worth its weight in gold.. again big shout out to Divine Seeds for putting together this competition I thought I would do something a little different to stand out by doing a mini pot grow I don't know if it'll get me a trophy or not but it was sure fun growing it and was very beneficial to me in my personal development as a grower.. until next time folks and a month or so I will have the smoke report.. Now I know during the cure I will probably lose around 1/8 of my total weight but still I will be definitely over 40 grams my guess will be at least 42 to 43 .. now for 28 Oz of soil I could not be happier.. between the genetics being great and the plants loving my feeding remedy all has been well.. I want to thank Divine seeds for throwing such an awesome contest and giving us enough time to do it right and also for providing the seeds but not just that they really hooked it up.. If you’ve followed along you’ll know how well this plant grew. It handled a lot of stress from supercropping, LST, and defoliation. The plant wanted to produce and wasn’t letting me get in the way of that. 7 days dry in my new dry and curing room. First 4 days 70*f and 55% humidity increased to 60 by the final day. I ended up with just over 6 ounces dry weight, well trimmed, and properly weighed. My seedsman Gelat.OG grown at the same time was an 8oz plant and the only one that beat the lemon pie on dry weight. The smell and colors of the lemon pie had me going crazy from early flower til the end. It was an absolute pleasure to grow. This is the second Lemon pie I’ve finished, a friend was running out of room so I finished his plant. He also got close to 6ozs but the smoke was much different and the colors were as well. You will run into very different phenos with fastbuds strains and it makes it difficult to repeat grows, just don’t be upset if my smoke report above isn’t consistent on every plant if you decide to grow it. Both were very enjoyable though… FastBuds has a place in my heart forever and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to grow cannabis at any skill level. They’re just good people over there. Personally I will be taking a new journey with Mephisto next to try and expand my knowledge of other growers, after hearing so many great things it’s time I give them a try.
