Week 4 My girl reaches her final size. This was the plant that suffered the most with unbalanced soil. I took the opportunity to put the scrog that will be more to support the buds weight. Despite the initial deformity of the leaves, the plant has a very healthy aspect and a very balanced coloring, so I believe that this adventure will not influence the flavor of the flowers. All right another week.... Ok my Gorilla girls are growing beautiful right on schedule did some LST as you can see to try and keep the canopy as even as possible and get the lower branches up even with the rest ..I also tied down the main branch to keep it even with the rest as it grows... I will be going into flowing probably Monday ..by then they will be pushed out and just the right size...... Not much else to say everything is dialed in perfect .. Until next week.... Very excited for my first grow ever. My soil is the Biobizz-Light Mix in a 11L pot .I got so impatient that i even dug it out at some point to see the progress...i hope it won't have any consequences. The first days, i only sprayed the soil with some water to keep the soil moist. At Day 4 of germination i watered it for the first time with 250ml tap water at 6,5ph. I will run my light for 18 hours now at a distance of 60cm with full power. That will lead to round abot 215 ppfd and 12k lux for the final days of germination. At day 6 after germination two darker spots appeared on the first 2 leafs. I hope it’s just because of some water drops on the leafs. Watered every 3 days with 350-500ml of 6,5ph tap water. 23.05.24: For my definition the vegetative stage starts today. I will turn the light up to 500 pphd Very excited what will happen next!

The beginning of flowering was worrying us, we had yellowing and weakness of the leaves, but after a defoliation the plant seems to have re-balanced and seems to be going great again.

Week 11 was harvest

Depuis la fin de la semaine 10, j’avais commencé mon rinçage après avoir observé les trichomes à l’aide de différents appareils, microscope de poche vendu dans les Growshops, microscope à fixer sur son smartphone ou encore les lentilles macro de type Apexel lens 2 en 1.... Les lentilles macro m’ont permis de voir de manières assez aisées que ceux-ci étaient pour la plus pars laiteux, j’avais donc pensé que c’était le moment pour moi, d’entreprendre ma période de rinçage. J’avais lu sur différents sites qu’il fallait effectuer 2 semaines de rinçages afin d’éliminé tous trace de nutriments et d’avoir un weed savoureuse. Je pensais donc que le timing était bon et que mes 2 semaines supplémentaires me donneraient les 15 à 20% de trichomes ambrés mais j’arrive à la fin de la première semaine de rinçage et très peu d’ambré. J’ai donc ce weekend redonné un peu d’engrais, car les feuilles sont en pleines sénescences et la maturation des trichomes demande encore un peu de temps. Un peu perdu, pour être honnête, le contrôle de ce jour montre un stress plutôt bénéfique pour les filles qui vont être à nouveaux rincées. Afin de m’aider au mieux, j’ai commandé l’appareil Higrade analyseur de cannabis que je recevrais lundi, je vous donnerais donc plus de détails par la suite mais cet appareil est sensé nous donné de précieuses données quand coupé, taux de THC, carence, maladie bref un gadget qui promet de belle prouesse à voir donc. Cependant après plusieurs recherches, j’ai appris que l’on commençait son rinçage seulement quand les trichomes devenaient ambrés et après 10 jours de rinçages et après on coupe....

The lil babies all got there first feeding of nutrients a they seem to be loving it , nice an healthy lil babies! 1/4 tsp of rapid start, 1/4 tsp Floramicro, 2tsp CaliMagic, 1/4 tsp Floragro , 1/4tsp floraNova bloom all PHd at 6.5 ! Mimozz and Coco Fresh have been cut and are now in a drying tent at 18°C and 55% humidity. Kings Kush and Blue Dream still need about a week to finish ripening.

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.
