29.06.2026 Hi Growmies, welcome back to week 4 of my grow blog! Weather and Conditions Today marks the end of week 4, and the weather has been absolutely crazy. Daytime temperatures reached up to 38°C, while nighttime temperatures stayed around 26°C. This awesome weather has kicked the girls into overdrive. We haven't had a single drop of rain, and the ladies have been baking inside the greenhouse all week long — even with the doors wide open. Growth As I mentioned last week, it looks like the pre-flower stretch has already started for Papaya Cookies and Apricot. Tangie is a few days behind but has also started showing her first white pistils. At the moment, I have to adjust the LST daily because every branch seems determined to grow straight upwards. Next week will probably be the last week of active training. After that, I'll let the girls do their thing because I don't want to stress them too much during the flowering transition. Pests Still zero pests. I absolutely love it. šŸ˜Ž Nutes Starting next week, I'll begin feeding the girls with TriPart nutrients from T.A. By then, most of the available nutrients from the Bat Mix should be depleted, so it will be interesting to see how they respond to their first proper feeding schedule. Final Thoughts Papaya Cookies is definitely the champion so far and has taken an early lead. That said, I already know from a previous grow that Tangie has a habit of surprising me later in the season, so I'm not counting anyone out just yet. That's it for this week. Catch ya next week, guys! Smoking_Joe_Frazier

She stretched a good bit this week will be much better for airflow. The plant structure if one expected from its lineage, stocky and hardy. No smells of pinene just yet but I would expect at some point. Thanks again Beans! Stay safe, šŸ»

Day 28 I’ve been training the girls branches this week and they are filling out nicely.Watered with recharge and ph 6.5 they still are not drinking heavy but watering when pots are dry.I increased the light intensity to 50 percent power and they are taking it well.Ive noticed signs of flower development so i will top dress with 50/50 Gaia green power bloom/gaia green 4,4,4 and water with recharge.

Amazing Colours! As you can see the colours on this plant at the end of its run are absolutely amazing. The buds didnt out as dense as I had hoped but I think thats just this pheno and we are busy hunting a denser pheno atm. what a great strain to grow though. no problems during the cycle of the plant and the colours make it so rewarding to grow! I would definitely recommend this strain to people who like fruity and colourful plants. Barneys never disappoints really;)

Welcome back guys, This time bigger and different! For this time I'm going back to the basics and i will be using 240 Amnesia Haze clones! I start with the old 3 liter pots and they will be repotted into 7 liters, there was no space to have them in 11 liters in the upcomming weeks. The grow Medium is special lightmix soil from the growshop( it has like ph 5.8-6 with ec 1-1,2 in it). Beneeth the soil i putted Expanded Clay so the water will go out more easily. I have got 12 x 600 watt HID lamps in there, but for now I am just using a few. I'm very busy at the moment so my growroom isn't finished yet. This is only half of it. I had to start because those clones, which i have orderd, where deliverd lol. So there was no time left. The lamps are high at the moment because the clones need time to root. If you have your lamps to low when just planted your clones, your clones will dry out and die. They need to settle first for a few days. Day 7: All went well. I do have a ''bad'' corner. Thoose plants are strugling to develope. Nothing mayor, it is normal with this many plants that some clones doesn't root and grow properly. Next week i will decide which one I keep and which I throw away because I don't like to make two schedules, feeding buckets and more, just for a few weaker plants lol. The lamps are at 60-70cm from the canatopy. Some preff it higher and only at that range when flowering. But I want to have it like this because I want strong stems, more bushy plants instead of weak stems and long ugly anoying plants that produce fluffy buds. These sativas love to stretch and grow big, I personally don't like that, so I try to force strong stem and bush growth. Also increasing a bit in Aptus Regulator might force it as well. I did sprayed them with Canna Cure as well, to prefend against all kinds of stuff and give them a little feeding via the leafs. Currently still to busy in real life. Hopefully I finish my full grow room in the upcomming days, spread the plants and maybe even repot them into bigger ones. The rooting and growing proces goes well. They must go a bit larger untill I force them into flowering. See you guys next week.

This strain took really well to LST and didn’t seem fazed by the training at all. She did become a really heavy drinker about two weeks or so into flower and she definitely seemed to want more nutes than usual. I believe I’ve got two more seeds so will be running this one again if the smoke is worth it.

Pre98 Bubba , oh how I’ve missed you for so many years! These ones came out absolutely gorgeous! Loving the the purple phenos šŸ˜ ! These ladies liked to stretch quite a bit so you’re gonna want to use some LST on em but I also recommend topping at least 6 times to get a better bang on your yield ! Expect nice tight purple buds with a tremendous amount of frost covering, some of the frostiest Bubba I’ve ever had! Over all I give it 10 stars an would definitely over an over run this strain!

God Dang these ladies are beginning to pack a punch. In the past week the chemdawg has strected. No smell yet on chemdawg. As for the others, the flower are terping up. The struggling one has begun showing some nice purple flowers and smells like bubblegum. Another one smells sour like a green or unriped mango and the next one just smells sweet like candy. Flowers are swelling and begun to put on weight. During the past week I topped up reservoirs with nutrient solution but today i changed out reservoir with fresh nutrient solution. No training was done This week.

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ā€˜Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

March 4: start flowering The plant looks wet because i have to put her under the sink for 12h darkness lol the humidity rises in the closet but thats ok for the first 2 weeks of flower as this will boost the root growth. The flower room is at 55% humidity and 22celcius. Im waiting for spring temperatures so i can turn off that dehumidifier. Final 2 pictures are day 5 Thanks for stoppin by

Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music video's 5th March 2020 Flowering Begins ....................................... My little creation is officially Flowering folks!! After stretching upwards about 30cm all tips are developing little Budlets. I started to see minor signs of Nitrogen deficiency from a coupleof bottom leaves that suddenly began to yellow. This is fairly normal as the plant would have needed as much (nitrogen) as it could get doing all that stretching. I needed to feed half strength grow nutes ( professors nutrients) @1ml/L three times during the last 7 days. Now that the stretch seems to have slowed right down I will start to add some Dr Greenthumbs Bud n Bloom mix ( aprox qtr of a cup). I'll also keep using LST to allow as much light to penetrate as possible. šŸ‘ **** Now for the Weekly Australian Music Videos *** Last week I posted Links to songs from the Artist Paul Kelly , they were Sleep Australia Sleep and Dumb Things. I hope you listened to them but that's your preference whether you choose to or not. Anyhoo This weeks Artist is a real Blast from the Past!! The bands called Daddy Cool and Ive selected a couple of their quite catchy tunes that were recorded way back in the 1970's Firstly is a Classic here in australia this is.... Eagle Rock https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQfAZVsz6KM And the other song is Come back again https://youtu.be/oIG9osPPILM I am sure these will have you bopping along to their cool and laid back Musical style. Hope you Enjoy and please leave a like if you do & I'll be back next week with another grow update and Aussie music Video šŸ’ŖšŸ‘ŒšŸ‘

So far these girls are beginning their push towards early stages of flowering! Each node is slowly developing pistils, new growth & reaching for the light! They've widened quite a bit seeing as both plants are slowly making their way outside the edge of their 6.6 gallon autopots. I'm noticing the increase in water consumption with no signs of new deficiencies at the 1.7EC 5.8ph. I will be increasing the the EC to 2.0 after flowering begins to progress.
