7/1/23 - Day 19 I do water changes weekly. The new weeks start off with a water change. Water changes always scare me, it's the mixing of nutes and balancing the PH. It sounds easy in theory but in practice you want to interfere with the PH asap. But I was able to let the LEAF box empty the water, I filled it up with RO water, LEAF then dosed all my nutes. After that i came in a PH balanced it. (PH balance is something LEAF will be able to do, but there was a bug in the software so instead of having LEAF dose the PH i decided to do it manually for now. The Roots are INSANE! I bet by time I'm done there will be 1+ gallons of water displaced by the roots. I almost started cutting her lower leaves at the base, but I decided to let them grow for a bit. If they grow out some more i will be able to scrogg them and then cut the leaves below after they are trained up a bit. The lights have kicked on and everything looks in order. The plant looks great too, she might be in a small amount of WTF because of all the PH changes but i think the drastic changes were kept to a minimum. She looks happy. As always ill update you tomorrow. 7/3/23 - Day 21- I trimmed some of the lower leaves on the bottom, I'm leaving her bushy still, I won't want to cut any more branches if I can, I need the branches from the bottom to reach the sides of the Scrogg net. In the next couple of days being apple to Scrogg and stretch her while Shes still moldable. 7/5/23 - Day 23 - I added some training lines to some of the branches. I need them to be as spread out as possible going into the Scrogg net. I'm a big fan of not trimming too much as she grows. I don't mind there being some foliage down below. I will cut as needed if it looks like the lower areas are sprouting too much of the little leaves, but for the most part, I let nature do its thing. She's drinking a ton of water now. I am getting my RO water dropped off by the five gal loads. I just got the membrane for my RO150 unit that I plan on having up and running within a couple of weeks so I can start making my own water. 7/6/23 - Day 24 - I added a picture of my RO water setup. It cannot be set up permanently, so this was a great solution. You can see how I was able to tie my branches down, next time I will drill a few holes on the side of the pot. This is a great solution for anyone looking to Scrogg and manage the vertical height. Also, you can see on the top branch there was some pulling, so much so that it started to pull the plant and it created a small lump. All good but just goes to show how pliable these plants are. I figured nothing could go wrong with 50% amber / 50% milky trichomes. Harvest day, Medical Mass: Huge buds and no traumas but got bud rot because of too high temps. The best I've ever smoked. Harvest day, Pineapplex Express: Got an early trauma when transplanting but handled it beautifully. Potent smoke. Pretty satisfied for a first grow, and I have a lot of changes for my 2nd grow!

12week Leaf started like mutating into like a claw and some leaf don't have the same amount but I think she doing good. Almost finishing week 12 buds are getting size now getting a little bit dense

Okay guys, now this has been an eventful week. unfortunately, I can now only visit my plants on the weekend as I am sutying in another city and the plants are at my parents house. That has translated to the little tiny brown leaf I found last week turning into 3 - 4 semi-rotten buds. So yes, catterpillars. Little pesky green catterpillars were the ones eating the leafs and the ones that have now caused some bud rot on my autoflowers. To wich I have decided to do an emergency early harvest as you can see in the pictures above. Trichomes were more or less 10 - 20 % cloudy depending on the bud and some buds also had quite a few amber so they cound't have been that far from harvest anyway. I cut off the buds with rot and the buds nearst to them. luckily it was only 1 or 2 big buds on 2 of the 3 autos I have. The remaining auto is the foxtailing one witch I have not yet harvested and am now debating if I should just do it to not risk getting rot over this week I am away or let her ripen more. The process was cutting off the bad parts, discarding and then cutting off the buds with the stem off the plant. I have never harvested before so I dont know if it is useally done this way but anyway. After the early harvest wich I am sure many would frown upon I did something even morecontroversial and washed the buds in water+backing soda, water+hidrogen peroxide, just water rince and hung them to dry with a fan in front of them for about 2.5hrs. Now I'm a newb so I dont know if this works, but I read and saw a few posts and videos of people doing and explaining this process, and also asked outdoor growers of reddit to see if this is actually a thing, and yes it seems a few if not many people wash their outdoor buds in some way or another. I washed hoping that if there are any caterpillars in the buds that would kill or at least debilitate them.. none floated off while i was washing though.. so now im scared there are still some in my buds and will rot while im drying :( i checked each bud individually trying not to break them up but didnt find any caterpiullar. i only found one while washing the leafs I had trimmed off the plant before harvesting the buds. Anyway, I have bought anti caterpillar and anti fungal spray for tthe photoperiod plants wich seem to be doing okay. A part from some white powdery stuff on the leafs, maybe powdery mildew? Anyone know what can be done for PM ? Anyway, as usual, thanks for your support and comments! sorry for the long post hehe Edit: Totally forgot to mention this.. I think the foxtailing auto has gone hermaphrodite and polinated the other plants (?) I found a little dark ball at the bottom of one of the buds I have harvested, I picked it off because I didnt knoe if it was rot.. A SEED CAME OUT! Yeah.. So now Im thinking my plants have been pollinated by the foxtailer? Does this make sense? xD

Der Stretch is ist im vollem Gange und den Lady geht es soweit gut ! 2 Der Damen haben ein etwas schlechteres Wachstum,sie wurden etwas mehr aufgebockt um nicht unter zu gehn.Teils wurde ein wenig etwas Untergestellt um das Höhenwachstum den größten Pflanzen anzupassen.Nachdem ich die Pflanzen überprüft habe musste ich leider feststellen das zwei Damen von oben bis unten voller Säcke waren.Diese wurden sofort entfernt ! Bei allen anderen passt alles soweit. 😉

Now we’re talking! The ladies have taken off after a 4 degree raise in temperature. I’ve topped all three of them at the 4th node and. They responded really well with a little shove back. I’ll give them a week and it’ll be time for some LST and a bump in nutes to maximum strength. Hoping to Bush them out and get them to about 30” before I flip the switch so that could be two weeks or a little more. Ps I’m liking these powder floraflex nutrients. Almost zero salt buildup.

Bisher läuft es glaube recht gut … Die kleinen wachsen brav … Habe mal 2 weitere Nutrients hinzugefügt und Versuche den VPD Wert irgendwie konstant zuhalten 🙈👍 Dank 4 Blumat Classic pro Topf reicht ab und zu bisschen sprühen aus dem Befeuchter… heute das erste mal die kleine Pflanze abgedeckt und ganz leicht von oben die trockene Erde mit den neuen Nutrients zusätzlich befeuchtet. Mal schauen was sie so bewirken …
