Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. At the start of the week, there were no flowers and at the end tons of them. Feeding 2 times with 7l of nutrient solution at start and end of the week 1000 ppm cause when I fed few weeks before with 1200-1300 ppm tips showed burning. A very strange thing happened during the last feed when I measured 3000 ppm on runoff and ph was wine at 6.5-6. I am thinking it's probably due to Guerrilla tabs activating in huge amount. Will watch for burning and water with straight water in a few days to check runoff ppm again.

Mild flushes last week. Day 54/ Day 1 of Flowering. Fed and light defoliation.

This one's been a breeze... The wife's following the book word for word and the plant is doing what I was sowed to do... Just a little cal mag in the pH 6 water and she's living her best life. More and more pistils are popping and the bud sites are all stretching to even out the canopy. Good genetics and proper care... Can't wait to see what the effects of this lady are as the stem rub has a skunk and earthy smell that just gives you an old skool vibe. I expect her to really start to stack up this week and then begin swelling those calyxes through to the end!

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.
