So this final week the buds on this Orange Hill Special are filling out. They are getting rock solid and the calyxes are doing their final swelling. Also, the trichomes have started forming and up close, they are forming a white sticky film over the whole bud. The buds feel heavy and compact, although their size could have been bigger but not complaining with this amount of bud. I have just been feeding some perma tea and clean water since this soil is probably very high in nutes by now. I had some brown leaf points so just adjusted and all was fine. Now we go into the final one or two weeks. I did some final defoliation to expose some underside buds, they are swelling too. Removed some sticky underside larf, kept it in a box to gradually dry for a preliminary taste test coming days. 03/12 - Day 68 Girls are putting out some really nice aromas! I’m assuming this is the last push for this strain, buds are really tight and super hard when squeezed on (B) & (C) All around the trichomes are still pretty clear and no amber yet.

Had a little flush issue this week. Needed to leech the soil of any buildup from my soil grow. Plants are responding well. Large amounts of trichomes everywhere. Just hitting with the micro nutes and a few more tricks before we wrap up this grow. Running out of height in my closet these baby's are still stretching to the lights. Enjoying the grow and watchingy lady's do there thing.

Another week is over, and on the 12th it's time to harvest ✂️, it wasn't one of my favorite crops, the plant's growth was very irregular, but I hope that after drying and curing it will be worth it. I'll update as soon as I have my first impressions 🌱✌️🍁💨

This week completes the first week of flower for unknown. Stretched a little bit and I assume there will be more so, I’m continuing to weave her through the net for middle and final stretch. This also starts a new 3 week nute feed (thanks to dr earth 👏👏) so honestly I’m just continuing to lower humidity and slow rolling it. The wwa however is coming along quite well I might say. The main issue if any at all has been low ph and I’ve been watering with higher ph to correct that but, she’s been stretching and doing her own thing. Really wish I would’ve waited to see her full potential under better lighting and time but, this is a first grow (also excuse 😏) and I’m honestly more excited to get the first grow under the belt, rather than maximum yield (though max would be nice 😎) hopefully next time… Thanks for stopping by this week ✌️.

after 10days in the 12/12 light cycle we lollipopped our plants a little bit. 3 days later we were shocked: the supa choopz was hermaphroditic...What an unfortunate thing considering the good genetics of zmoothiez. We sorted her out, luckily we still have a clone in reserve and he will now make use of the free space. The clone only had one week of veggie in the tent then it was sent into flowering, it has developed magnificently and is as big or bigger than the other ladies but unfortunately not quite as strong. We are still curious and hope for no further unpleasant surprises.

After three weeks in the solo cups I transplanted to 1 gallon pots and three days later I noticed yellowing on one of the plants so in 16oz of water I mixed in 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt and gave it to both plants in fear of magnesium deficiency but the other plant is thriving and growing strong. This is just a beautiful strain to grow. The leaves have a rich dark green appearance and the shape is a mix of fatter indica leaves and longer sativa leaves. It's tendency is a fairly manageable and predictable grow/stretch and it responds well to training and powerful lights. The leaves on one of them changed colour at the end of flush and went yellow with some purples and pinks but the buds themselves have almost a silver glow to them. The pistils come out in early flower in a very strong, spikey and symmetrical way that amplifies the cool glow given off by the trichomes. With the rich, dark, beautiful leaves, the whole appearance is really beautiful and otherworldly. One of the Wedding Cake plants self-pollenated and there are some seeds in the CBD Blue Shark, but they're few and far between. It's not a disaster like the Wedding Cake. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this strain. The plants were hardy, easy to work with and forgiving of mistakes and experiments. The flowers looked amazing through every stage of development, and the finished product smells great, tastes great, looks great, and makes you feel great. This is my favourite strain to grow so far.

01/27/2021 Flowering going well Flowering #2,#3,#6 #6 is a week ahead of#2,#3 will put others in on week 4 for a staggered harvesting 01/30/2022 watered with fungal tea and some aloe mixed in for amino acids and other goodness. Well see how she progresses in 4 days Also working on some banana peel tea to give a boost of potassium if I do next week it should be available for week 6-7. Ps. Fuzzy Mellon (bag seed male) I will pollinate one lucky branch on #6 as she is my favorite. But number 3(tall and lanky one) will get pollination of one branch as well. I can't wait to see how they recombine with fuzzy melon smell mixed with burnt rubber and model glue and pine. #2 no pollination (smaller one) #5 (bonsai) and #8 are males. So 3 female out of 8 seeds. Going to make some feminized seeds next time,so I'll have plenty of female's for a staggard harvest.

Zweite Woche im Oktober, das Wetter wird immer unbeständiger, die trychome sehen gut aus - Zeit für die Ernte. Ich habe erstmal einige Fächerblätter ohne Harzbesatz entfernt und den Rest zum trocknen aufgehängt. Aufgrund von Platzmangel teils in Umzugskartons und teils im Netz. Nach einer Weile habe ich die Blüten dann vom Stengel getrennt, Manikürt und ins Glas verfrachtet. Aufgrund der Menge war ich bei der Maniküre nicht all zu penibel und habe auch einiges zur späteren Weiberverarbeitung im Eisfach gelagert.

I defoliated most of the purple stemmed fan leaves on day 19 of flower. They are already filling in after just a few days. I'm still feeding at 1000ppm with 20% run off.

Im not a soil guy but im happy this plant got such huge rockhard buds i didnt expect result like this in just soil, i fed her maybe 4 times during flower only.

Day 22 25/07/24 Thursday Still no Feed/water since Tuesday. Been a humid and overcast two days so not as much evaporation as normal. All plants happy and healthy 💚 Video updates Day 23 26/07/24 Friday De-chlorinated watering pH 6 with 5ml calmag to 5L water. Watered each with 250ml and had small run off. I will continue to feed/water with small run offs to help prevent salt build ups. Video update. Day 26 29/07/24 Monday Nice feed today, using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. They each had 300ml with small run off. All looks incredibly happy and healthy! The Auto Kabul that was mutated and twisted has pulled herself through and is just a bit shorter than the others. Day 28 31/07/24 Wednesday End of week😁 De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚

I have a new light with a bloom setting hopefully that will make a nice flowering. Got a new fan for air circulation. The new light has cooling fans. Haven't noticed any burns so im happy with my order. If you look at the last few pictures my tent is home made and cheap very cheap. The lights not an expensive one but I think its fine for now.

So not nitrogen deficiency. It's light burn. Being that my lights at the highest it can be I am starting to let it have some rest at night. 20/4 now. Already the leaves are less brittle. Ph is balancing. Buds are fattening up nicely.
