Hey hey hey, welcome back, just updating this purpcouskush ! So it's awesome to see some purps coming in on the flowers, but it's really hard to get good pics of this plant so i hope you can tell. I'm actually really happy with this grow and how these gens are coming along, but I will say that this plant is HIGHLY apex dominant. So much so it's to the point where there's not (yet?) much action happening on the secondary colas , it's mostly on the main cola which is shaded by a thick canopy of fan leaves making hard to see what's going on under there. Seems like the main cola has plenty of flower nodes though and the spacing is such it's still stretching and filling out. Really interesting process seeing the color come through the base of the flowers but not really "bleeding" onto the leaves at all, staying on the buds and giving an adorable pink hue. Disclaimer: This plant is very beautiful but if you want to see a spectacular all black one go to the previous week, I took a lot of photos and separated the crops. Our second Black Diamond has given us a color between dark and purple, very beautiful also this one with shades that go from yellow to bright violet and a wonderful trichome park here too. Excellent taste between sweet and a strong smell of Arabica coffee, truly fantastic, my favorite smell in cannabis, if I smell coffee I go crazy. ** Remember that for all the varieties we have at least two plants, one left to grow straight and one worked with the techniques. Today we talk about the plant worked in topping x16 buds, as already said a beautiful straight plant is published in the last week. Technique used // In this case we let the plant grow up to the 3rd internode and then we did the first topping. Below are 3 more toppings repeated without doing anything else until we get to 16 buds. Finally we cleaned the tops that seemed not to rise too high and not to see the light. Better with the techniques or normal? This time we have two phenotypes a little different I prefer the other plant for sure color but this one has a coffee taste perhaps that is irresistible, good production on both. 8/19/23 - Day 67 - Things are still looking good. We just had a water change. A couple more weeks! 8/21/23 - OK, ok ok, we have a lot of work coming up. Right now is like the calm before the storm. The storm I'm talking about is harvest, trimming, drying, and curing. This is the kind of labor that you LOVE to HATE. Especially with how many buds ill be pulling from this LEAF box. Let's talk about progress real fast. She is getting bulkier every day. Overnight she drank about 300+ ppm of nutes. She likes the nutes a lot. I'm taking this as a reason for all the little snowy crystals and the enlargement of the buds. Flushing: For about a week before harvest I will empty the water+Nutes and refill only with Water. We want the plant to suck up and replace all the nutes in the buds with water. This is called flushing. Trimming plans and Tools: When it's time to trim the plant, I've got a plan in mind. I'm going to trim the buds while they're still wet, and I'll leave them attached to the stems. To simplify the drying process, I will split the LEAF into two parts – the top and the bottom. Since space is a bit tight in the LEAF with this grow, I will keep just the buds on the branches. This will help the air circulate the buds better. I've even found this cool trimming tray on Amazon that I'm planning to use. I've realized that having the right tools for trimming is essential. Just like I'd put on gloves to work on a car, I will use nitrile gloves to keep things clean while trimming. And I'll use proper trimming scissors instead of regular ones. These scissors are designed for this job and should make the process much smoother. I'm thinking of using simple tension rods, like those small shower curtain rods, to hang the branches. This way, I can create two levels inside the drying box. The lower part can rest on a SCROG net to ensure good airflow and even drying for all the branches. The LEAF box will handle the drying parameters. The environment inside the LEAF box will focus only on keeping the humidity at 60% and moving the air around getting the buds to a non-mildew amount of humidity. Amazon - Tension rods 16-28” Curing Plans and Tools After the buds are dry (60% humidity), the next step is curing. This means I'll be storing the buds in sealed glass jars. I've got mason jars and hygrometers to monitor humidity levels. Once the jars are filled with buds, I'll seal them and put them in an cool, dark spot. I plan to open the jars briefly every day to let in some fresh air. (15min). I'll know the curing is done when the humidity inside the jars stays around 62% during these "burps." She went from about 900 at the beginning of the week to about 330. Now she's back up to 500ppms. We change the water in one more day. 8/24/23 - Day 72 - It's official: I have moved the smell slider up! Holy shit, does it smell potent. I put my arm in there through the Weed forest, and when my arms came out, I was attacked by the Skunk BOSS. I had to shower and change my outfit to eliminate the smell. Week 5 28-35days was all smooth. Room is starting to smell alot more now

Its end of 7 week of flowering..from now on I wiil give them flawless finish 1 week to flash all nutritons from soil, and few days only water. Buds are amazing.for me Chiquita Banana smell most beutifull but we will see in the smoke report

Week 4 of flower, had to scrap the sour diesel plant, felt it was too far gone to be saved, im sure it could of been saved cause the stem was still very green and strong but just want to focus on my 2 healthy plants, the plant that was experiencing the light stress it seems to have stopped or haven’t gotten worse so im guessing it was the nutes so I cut back on them all together for both plants, the buds are really stacking on these girls and the smell is starting to kick up, some of the pistils are starting to turn orange and these girls are really starting to look like weed

Moved these girls in to the flower room so now they are under 600 watts of hps. towering above every other strain I've grown so far these girls loved vegging for 8 weeks. I did a light defoliation of lower most branches because light wasnt reaching through the canopy well & these girls shouldnt mind it at all. Really looking forward to seeing how these ladies fill up a room. 😉🌿

Hab mir leider etwas mehr ertrag erhofft, aber für die Bedienung die sie hatte hat recht Okay abgeworfen. Der Geruch und die Größe der Buds sind sehr gut.

A los 16 dias, pasados 7 de la última poda volví a quitar algunas pocas y así no hacer sombra sobre los botones, inicio de cogollo la herramienta más útil del cultivo en estos momentos , sin duda la regadera lanza xd. Dia 17 obté por el supercropping del apical de la nº5 visto que había estirado mucho, en general esa planta está creciendo mejor. La nº5 la que en un principio descartaba y luego decidí cambiarla por la nº2 . véase en las semanas 4 y 7

She gets really nice colors now- starting to eats what compensates in fan leaves. 🍁 Flowers not fattening as I expected. I wasn’t able to check and correct past two week due to absence. Plenty mistakes on the first coco grow but overall I’m really enjoying what I see.

11 weeks completed! The plants seem healthy and doing their thing. I will be harvesting this week. There is definitely some amber in the trichomes. I gave them a tiny feed mid week since they had seemed to be a little stalled out (first feed in 1.5 weeks). I watered them last night. I'll check the trichomes when I but them to bed in 2 days and see if that is when I'll leave them in the dark for 48 hours and then harvest. If they are still not ready then... I'll water again when I wake them up and then I'll check them 2-3 days after that! Either way, I cannot see this not happening in the next 4-5 days!! Looking forward to harvest!! Plans are already underway for my next grow. Probably going with Seedsman's Strawberry Auto Cheesecake.

We're halfway through flower, and the girls are trucking along without much help from me. This week's only exciting thing was making compost tea (worm castings, insect frass, kelp, rock dust, basalt, biochar, molasses, and LAB) for the girls (and to kickstart my new veggie soil.) The tent has more color changes, and considering that they are clones, it's fascinating to see the differences between each plant. DLI: 42 UV: 2,5 hours per day

The purple one has gotten so much fatter with its flowers but the other plant has a slow growth rate, not sure if it’s due to my fault but it seems to be doing okay. First problem I’ve noticed so far is a deficiency in Calcium. Started to see brown spots and decided to do a last top dress and made sure to add some gypsum.

Fattening week, putting more weight on the buds, first brown hairs appearing.. Had to add some support to that huge buds, because this was a windy week and i think it is better prevention than lament the loss later.... used steel string. Ok so finally decided to move the girls into the flower tent so switched to 12/12 also flowering under a 315watt cdm 3k bulb the new cdm light is doing wonders for the girls
