🍁 Cultivation Review: Afghan Bullet (Day 84) Genetics: Afghan Bullet Flowering/Harvest Time: Day 84 Main Goal: Extraction (Bubble Hash) Total Wet Weight: 130g 🔍 Plant Structure and Resin Production Growing Afghan Bullet for the first time, I was highly impressed by its structure. The plant shows exceptional uniformity across all buds, meaning there is a complete absence of apical dominance. The secondary branches fully kept up with the main cola, developing a beautifully even canopy. Another major highlight is the resin production: the plant is literally coated in trichomes, with excellent resin coverage extending even to the small-to-medium fan leaves, a clear sign of its high genetic potential for extractions. 🔬 Harvest Timing: Target Bubble Hash Harvest took place on Day 84, perfectly hitting the peak of milky trichomes. While the actual ease with which the heads separate from the stalks will only be seen during the washing process, harvesting at this stage is the number one objective for Bubble Hash. Milky trichomes offer the ideal texture and perfect maturity for smooth processing and optimal separation in ice water. ✂️ Harvest Management and Processing At harvest, I did a rough trim (the ideal approach for fresh frozen, preventing unnecessary damage to the resin glands) yielding a total wet weight of 130 grams. The biomass has been divided as follows: 75g (Select Buds) ❄️ ➔ Freezer (Fresh Frozen): Tossed straight into the sub-zero to lock in live terpenes and maintain trichome integrity for the upcoming wash. 30g (Buds) 💨 ➔ Drying: Set aside for a traditional dry. Since it’s my first time running this strain, I’m very curious to test the dried flower to evaluate its overall aroma, flavor profile, and smoke quality. 25g 🗑️ ➔ Waste Material: Large fan leaves and non-resinous material. 📝 Final Thoughts (First Run) This strain is shaping up to be a fantastic choice for extraction enthusiasts. The uniform bud development makes canopy management a breeze, and the heavy resin coverage on the mid-sized leaves points toward a great yield in the bags. Looking forward to the wash and the final smoke test!

She is doing great. This is the week 10 of flowering already! I can't believe that I've been taking care of her for about 4 months already! Her trichomes are getting milkier by the day. I am waiting for there to be some amber and many milky trichomes to harvest her, that's all... Same care and same nutes as always. -------> Update day 109. I decided to harvest her today. I see some trichomes going amber already in many of the buds, and the rest are mostly cloudy. I could leave her growing those buds for a week or maybe more... However, the blueberry indica that I harvested before planting this girl had a very strong body high, so I am looking to get a very head high from this girl. Actually, I've sampled this girl twice already, once three weeks ago, and another two weeks ago, and both were a decent high, very much how I remember it from this strain. Actually, the effect of the last sample reminded me much of the high I got the first time I smoked Amnesia Haze! So, a week after that I suspect the high will be on point, for what I want from it. ------> The end? I decided to try to reveg this girl just as an experiment... Actually, I am even going to try to make one of her clones produce pollen to create my own feminized seeds from this absolutely delicious genetics :)

Yo, I aim to impress with this grow! I’ll be giving it my all. The nutes I’ll be using will be organic Gaia green 4-4-4, they’re guano 0-9-0, and can’t forget the bloom 2-8-4. This girl will be a beast. These seeds were given to me from @Premium_Cultivars for the competition they are running here on GrowDiaries! I wish everyone the best of luck and may the best growers win! (We are all winners, we already be growing some of this fire 🔥) Started off with 48hrs in glass of water then went to 24+ hrs in paper towel it popped and has a tail so put it in some soil!

Well, this strain is surely flowering for a long time, it's still stretching. I wonder if it will stop stretching and start fattening the buds this week... Anyhow, one of the reasons why I don't defoliate much is because the plant does that by itself. When the lower leaves receive almost no light (because all the light is blocked by the thick growing canopy) they start to send their nutrients to the top. When they are donez they just fall off on their own. You see, leaves are like solar panels AND nutrient reserves! Just make sure this process is slow and the leaves that receive light are still very healthy and green. If many leaves are falling or if they fall really fast you gotta make sure is not a deficiency or nutrient lockout! ... Again just water your plant with bloom formula (and a bit of calmag) to an EC that allows you to maintain the plant heathly and the runoff not to high (in my case 1mS/cm). Remember to alternate nutrients and pHd tap water. That's pretty much all left to do from here to harvest. Obviously if you see something wrong try to correct it. Day 66 update. I dropped something on my plant. It bended one branch very badly and severed some leaves and a bud :( Well, accidents happen. Luckily cannabis is a very very resilient plant, one might be surprised at how much this plants can take. Anyhow, taped everything together loosely, pulled the most bent branches upwards with a thread and I will wait for it to heal... If everything goes well, this branches should be even stronger than the others. Let's hope that's my fate! Update day 69. Although I have been feeding with 1.0 mS/cm once, then pHd water then feed again, the run off from today measured 3.0 mS/cm ! It's climbing still. I flushed again, until the runoff was at 1.5 mS/cm. I think I understand what happened, my theory is that the plant needs a lot more water now, but not as many more nutrients. So it takes the 2.5 daily liters of water, but it might only eat the nutrients in 1lt of water, so the rest stays on the roots and accumulates, raising the EC of the soil. So far, by checking EC on the soil once every week or two I have avoided nutrient toxicity and lockout. I think there are two options, either lowering the concentration of nutrients I feed it (so 2.5 lts a day will contain less dissolved nutrients), or spacing out the feedings with more intermediate waterings of plain water. I think I am going to go with the former, next week I will try feeding an EC of 0.8 mS/cm on 3L then tap water and so on from next week on. I prefer to underfeed than to overfeed, which is what I recommend for other boobs, it's better to have some yield than to risk killing the plant. We will get better with time...

At the start of week 8 all 3 girls are showing preflowers! They have started stretching a good amount. I will apply nutrients on day 5 just before I leave for vacation. I added 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to my reservoir. On day 3 of week 8 I added another 5 gal bucket reservoir for my Blumats, which will work through a siphon to essentially raise my reservoir volume to 10 gal for my upcoming vacation. I defoliated the centers of each plant to improve light penetration and airflow. On day 4 of week 8 I took clones from each Pheno. On day 5 of week 8 I applied weekly nutrients. I also filled up and adjusted the PH of my 2- 5 gal reservoirs in preparation for vacation tomorrow (I adjusted the PH to 5.5 in hopes that it will naturally drift up over the week I'm gone to no higher than 6.5). I wont have much updates until the 15th of April 😳🙏 (I will post pics from my security camera while I'm away)

The clone turned out great. Awesome smell, heavy frosty buds. Smells just like the mother plant she originated from. I did capture the light green pigment mutation, and she grew great overall. This clone did Awesome. Week2: The plants looks very nice. x 3 are ROYAL Cookies And the two babies are Afghan regular and Diesel fem. The middle Cookies plant is bigger= 2 days older then other ones. You can see the difference. From tomorrow I will start to train the plants. I will LST two small plants. The bigger one will be topped also. The genetic is very good. There are a lot of colas and they are located close. I hope to have time to develop about 8 colas for each plant. Less than three months are left until the end of the RQS cup. So from January 1, I plan to start flowering. The plants eat and drink good. i see small iron deficiency( the leaves are a little bit yellow.) i will Flush the plant with pure 6.0pH water and microelements only. Flushing should remove nutrient salt build-up

Another week went by so fast! Her buds are developing nicely, becoming more colorful and much thicker. After each defoliation we are discovering more and more buds that were growing beneath the leaves. The numerous trichomes turn into milky, little bubbleheads. I really adore the look of her buds this close; the colors, as well as the overall look is just stunning! Topdressed her with worm castings (Plagron.-Mega Worm) for supplementary nutrients. Additionally watering with pure water to balance out the nutrient level within the plant. Also added some SF nematodes (Steinernema feltiae) to resolve our issue with fungus gnats.

**Encontrarás la traducción a español al final de la descripción** From/Desde: 05/04/19 || To/Hasta: 11/04/19 From day/Desde día: 43 || To day/Hasta día: 49 You can find the Money Maker Diary here: ** Podéis encontrar el diario de las Money Maker aquí:** https://growdiaries.com/diaries/25667-gorillamakingmoney-gorilla-vs-money-m -----IMAGES & VIDEOS----- Video 1: Complete week 7 in 2 minutes (Original frame rate modified), i used something composed by me playing with Logic Audio, please don't blame me 👉😳👊 Video 2: Complete growing stage plus some flowering days in 2 minutes Photo 3: Additives used at day 5, all but Iguana Video 13: Overview video of the Gorillas and the Moneys Photo 14: Nutrients & additives used on day 9, again all but Iguana -----WEEK SUMMARY----- Finally I decided to Switch to 12/12 the first day of this week, and at the end of the week i will leave the SCROG mall fixed. As you can see it's not a tru SCROG as the man-lining plant is taller than the others and there's also height differences among it's colas. In the other hand i'm very happy on how the plants are distributing themselves after i removed the training structures. I removed those structures to prevent more stress to the plants, as they have recieved a hard training and i want to give them a breath and also grow as they like. You can see how many vegetation they have, it almost cover the 85-90% of the tent, in the middle of flowering week 3 i will perform a massive defoliation. This week i can see how the Gorilla with the main-lining is developing more defined and taller colas than the other plants, let's see how they evolve in some weeks. Also this week i will apply the last foliar irrigation, just to help them a bit. -----WATERING CALENDAR----- 05/04/19 - 1.250 ml with all week nutrients -(Foliars, Bloom Stimulator & Bloom Nutrition) @ 1.1 E.C.

*Jan20th added video *-Jan18th added more photos. -* Had some fun with these. Learned ALOT , honestly just glad they survived lol. Had their first full meal of bloom nutrients. Keeping things simple for the time being. Tight so just been using the base nutrients with the power si for a few weeks .. but that's about it. Kinda thinking about running the TPS ultra again, really liked how the Skywalker turned out using it so , we shall see that'd be the biggest change id make besides once I can upgrade lighting. But their starting the second week of flower and going pretty well no signs that have me worried or anything. See how these look in about 3 weeks should be fun. Always appreciate anyone's time taken to check these out ! Hope ur gardens are doing well !!
