Day 58 : Watered with 3L with CAL MAG only, CO2 stopped for all ladies. Burn is stable now but she doesn't have a lot of energy in her leaves to give to the buds. So i think she will flower but with small buds. Edit (Day 62) : Again the same watering as the previous, just water with cal/mag.

* ************** Week 7 - May 23 to 29, 2020 - Days 43 to 49 from germination **************** * This week she started to take more shape and came out of her ball form and standing up now. Side branches are still growing strong and reaching for the top of the canopy. Increased light intensity also as she is getting bigger and bushy with leaves now. She has increased her feed amounts this week and eating more now. She is happiest when her pot is dry and her leaves are up and praying. Heavy leaf strip and removed some lower nodes mid week. Letting her focus on growing the top nodes by removing lower points. Opened up the middle nice now and she is looking like a cannabis plant😀 Keep an eye on nitrogen though as she is green. She was getting choked out on the lower growth so removing some and letting the light in, the rest of the of sites should help her fatten up. Little more detail....... May 23/20, Day 43 - 3L feed - VeloKelp & Rezin & L.Wt & Sensyzime @ 1.5ml = 150ppm and 6.1pH - she is setting her buds but her leaves still look dark. - keeping ppm lower at 150. - main top reaching up more today. - Flower light switch turned on and raised the lights to increase intensity now. May 24/20 - Day 44 - Dry out day - Only two girls in the tent today so she should react well. - (GSC plants not flipping and moved to veg tent so made room in flower tent.) May 25/20 - Day 45 - fed twice today - 7:30am feed: 2L Sensyzime, Piranha, Rhino Skin, Rezin @ 1.5ml/L = 335ppm and 5.9 pH. - 8:30pm feed: Vitathrive & Velokelp @ 1.5ml/L = 350ppm and 5.8pH - heavy leaf strip today. May 26/20 - Day 46 - dry out day. - keep an eye on the girl because the last time the girl dried out she reacted well - noticed the inner growth is slightly brown around the edges. Buds/pistols are not very tall. Light should help with this. - still only two girls in the tent. May 27/20 - Day 47 - 3L feed: Mass&Terp @ 3ml/L, Rezin&LWt&Vita @ 1.5ml/L, CalMag&Rhino&Piran&D.F. @ 1ml/L = 1250ppm & 6.0pH - added more water to reduce ppm to 1080.........1250 a little high right now. - she was ready to be fed.....eating a little more now. - Her hairs are getting longer and reaching out more now......light helps😀 May 28/20 - Day 48 - 2L feed: Mass @ 4ml/L, Vita & Sensyzime @ 2ml/L, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml/L = 1350ppm - little high so added water reduce ppm 1100 - She is taller and today and really looking nice. - She definitely likes it when her pot dries out. May 29/20 - Day 49 - dry out day - letting her be....she is happy😀 That wraps up another week. So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain the previous night and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the low 70's with cloudy skies. Day 2 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the low 80's. Day 3 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1.5 gallons from the hose. Day 4 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. Day 5 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. Day 6 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about 2 gallons from the water hose today. I added dirt to these pots now that the plants can handle the excess rain. Day 7 it was mostly sunny with temperatures reaching 82°. I watered about 2 gallons per pot from the water hose. This week was a success. One of the plants doubled in height to 20" the other two were 17 and 18 " . I started adding soil with premixed nutrients. It seems the worst of the rain is over and these girls can handle the moisture. I added stakes on day 7 and will get these tied down to open up the centers.

.5tsp of Recharge added to self watering pots. Roughly.5tsp/1.5 gal I put her in with her clones for the last 13 days. Working on the time lapse from seed to now.

83 days from seed, soil was hot from day 1 & I ended up stunting the plants this run... Low yield at 7g but still enough I will atleast be able to test after the cure to see if I want to run again! Smells like Grapes with a Gassy undertone! Grown in Black Swallow living soil with Cronks PUUR Organics line! Day 31 and she’s looking gorgeous and smelling danker everyday. Loving the number of tops she has going on, and her size is incredible. Definitely one I will remember. Drinking about 3 gallons per day with res changes twice a week. Was defoliated once to help with light penetration.

Another week of flower down. The babies have really been stretching. Hopefully the stretch is slowing and they’ll start stacking soon, because they have been CLIMBING toward that light. Hahaha Happy growing, everyone!

Finally it's harvest time! I really can't wait for this strain to finish drying...it smells so delicious... Gave them only water with some clean fruits which is basicly humic acid for 10 days not because of some 'washing' just because i want to reuse some of the earth to keep some of the established beneficial bacteria and want it drained of most fertilizer Actually i don't believe in 'washing' ...i don't wash my garden tomatoes too...neither did i with my outdoor cannabis plants that grew in the ground and i found no evidence of any difference in harshness or taste Next week some update with final weight and of course a smoke report

The Red Hot Cookies are looking beautiful. Very nice looking buds with fantastic colors. Very promising in terms of bag appeal :) The pheno 1 shares many traits with the GSC. The effect is amazing despite of the quite boring terpene profile which is unidimensional (very sweet base notes along with creamy peach head notes that reminds me of the peach flavored campino hard candys). The high has the soothing and calming effect of the GSC while being more uplifting and energizing. The pheno 2 is more on the Tangie side for both the effects and the terp profile. The high is energetic but a little bit racy. The limonene content seems far higher than the myrcene, and it translates itself in both the taste and the effect. I will be looking for a Tangie-dom pheno that is richer in myrcene, in hope of getting more of the tangerine taste/aroma and the relaxing effect that we can find in the Tangie and Tangerine Dream strains. As for the Amherst Sour D, they all share the same woody and tropical aromas with subtle specific nuances (pepper, fuel, skunk/sulfur, lavender). The effects go from slightly sedating to highly energizing and euphoric. A great afterwork hard hitting sativa that tastes awesome, without being the terp bomb of the year. The Dinamed CBD plus is a very short, bushy and stalky plant. The Pheno 1 smells like straight pine/fir on sweet and fruity base notes. The structure is nice with lots of lateral branching and the buds are looking very good too. I could have got a way better yield be giving her an extra 10 days of veg. The pheno 2 is more one the fruity/fuely/tart side. Definitely not the best pheno. Very slow growth...
