Week 5

This Week she's continuing to really strech out and form some pretty nice Buds. I started to Use the "Green Buzz Organic Bloom Liquid" and untill now i'm Happy with it. I am Incredibly Happy with the Strain "Applestrudel" from 420 Fastbuds it's growing Beautiful and starts forming and Packing up pretty decent. Everything seems to be going alright, one of my plants has extremely shiny leaves almost like oily, and some odd shaped leafs but I’m very curious to see how things go when I switch to flowering considering these are all random bag seeds! Have been trying to look for signs of sex but still can’t see anything yet!

So week 10!we have a 9 day heat wave on our hands so things are getting tricky i guess.lets see what happens! Its hot over here with temps of 34 degrees Celsius!After a nearly sunless month we have a heatwave that will last for 6 more days.Checking for water 2 times a Day. Cheers!

Ok, lets think about this logically - why are the leaves turning brown? it looks like a Calcium/Phosphorus issue, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS , is it a deficiency??? Unlikely in Hydro as the solution is more effective as there are no contaminants, so this leads me to believe its a lockout, what can cause this ? 2 things = A) Too Much Nutrient Potassium or B) ph is too low - SO to rectify this, i have added more water to the reservoir and raised the ph to 6.3 As i am using more water in the reservoir its entirely possible that when the water goes down,even though the EC stays the same the proportional concentrations of each nutrient can change - for example EC pen says 2.0 when i first fill with 20 litres, the plant drinks 4 litres of water and consumes lots of bloom A+B so when i put my pen in two days later the 16 litres of solution still reads 2.0 but there is a higher proportion of PK. Of course it could always be option C) these plants eat phosphorus for breakfast and need more ..😜 I have checked roots they all ok Wednesday- changed solution , made it slightly weaker EC 1.7 ph 6.2-3 Thursday I had a little chat on Instagram with mammoth , i think they might need less than usual Saturday - noticed some yellowing on the little plant , it’s a confusing as th3 other plants are all using the same nutrients and they are loving life , it might be the buckets , I am much preferring the size of the 35 litre ones , and the root structure is perfect , because the 45 litre boxes are more rectangular than square the roots are sort of sideways . Still waiting for some purple on the tall one 🤔 ITS VERY IMPORTANT IN DWC - Do not automatically think you need to add nutrients , in DWC it’s so much more efficient that less is more , 99% of the time it’s overdone it , normally the tips go brown first , but it’s some circumstance s The concentration can increase without you knowing , FIRST change solution with a little bit less , I usually go to 1.6-1.7 EC TOTAL and 6.3 ph that is a universal solution that provides enough without overdoing it . Struggling to get good pictures for my diary at the min when the lights on my pictures are all blurred from the light and i dont like to go in there when its lights out time for them, i had to move the 3 mimosa and 3 tropicana from 1 tent to another and i think the light change stunted the growth for 5/6 although the 5 that got stunted have now bounced back nicely there just way behind in size to the 1 mimosa that took to the change of conditions fine, had a slight nutrient defeciency i developed inbetween weeks 2-3 and they looked worse for wear had me worried to be honest but everything looks nice and healthy now and all growing strong, PS the other 4 decent sized plants are liberty haze i need to edit the diary and add the strain in its also barneys farm, will try to get better pics and videos over the next couple of weeks as i approach switching to flower

I let her go another week. The trichome photo was on Wednesday and I was just starting to amber. I’ll harvest her today 22/2/2020 and then do a harvest report in a couple weeks after she’s cured up some.

But is actually week4 flowering, also brewing tea give my plants a little love. 05/09/2018 The boy's have been shaken twice a day last two days,dispersing copious amounts of pollen i mean clouds! It's forming layers in my tent, wish I could capture on video but its not picking it up😕 hoping it relates to strong offspring. 05/12/2018 Fourth week of flowering males are in overdrive! Making clouds of pollen I am gonna harvest some for later use (it can last 6months or more of stored correctly. I try and get video. Wish me luck👍🙏 05/14/2018 Harvesting pollen from the the boys. Video not greatest but you get the idea., Picture of #1 pollen and flower,will keep harvesting for a couple days, then cut off flowers and back to veg tent for more test. 06/18/2018 Coming up on sixth weeks after pollination, found two seeds popping out of the buds LAST week and I r germinated today!

Esta semana el drenaje del suelo me dio valores muy altos la EC en 3700 y el ph 8.3 , en los riegos anteriores el ph de riego eran de 6.3 y la EC de 1500 por eso el próximo riego volveré a hacerlo solo con agua, para ver si se normaliza. La planta igualmente viene creciendo en optimas condiciones a nivel visual, con los cogollos desarrollándose de manera saludable. Espero que siga asi.

End off week 10 start off week 11 gave them a feed today think this will be the last feed of nutrients maybe a week to two left what’s everyone’s thoughts start flushing now or give another feed of nutrients then flush the next feed thanks for viewing happy growing :)

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Day 43 flowering today. She is still looking rough from the calmag issue but is doing ok in general. Her buds are still forming nicely but lack of anything takes its toll . she smells sweet/skunky at the moment but her nugs are solid now. so sad i fucked up on her with the cal mag miss. She looks close to being done now so will be watching her trichs. come on girl bulk up.

Plain RO water

Girls are growing up nice! Went from the solos into the 1 gal pots. OG3 is looking a little droopy, maybe shocked from the transfer. Other two look to be on the money so far. Glad to be back with the photos, being able to control the timing to flower is a great feeling. When my flower tent is freed up in a week or so, I will be moving them over to their final home.
