Unusual late year warm weather has put a hurting on my grow. I intentionally did RDWC in winter to utilize cool temps for my res and not need a chiller, after having random 78 degree days, I’ve ordered a chiller. The temps are a death sentence in hydro, I was adding ice to the res to battle it, won’t happen again after this chiller is put in. Definitely hurt the Apex plant, which has been a pain the entire grow.. it all started when Apex was a seedling, with its tap root growing up instead of down. She looks sad, If she dies or falls too far behind, I’ll train the other three around to fill in the space. No visible signs of root rot but I’m suspicious after those temps, have treated with Orca, SLF-100, and Hydroguard. Worst case scenario, I’ll dump the system and sanitize as best I can.

On the #2 really strange on one node, just one leaf, no stem, and I've seen that after, that's why I've keeped one stem from under. The plants recovered well from topping, 💦 I give water each 2 or 3 days 300 ml/plant Water + Rhyzo Water + Cannazym + Rhyzo Water + Terra vega + Rhyzo PH@6 Lamp @100% If stem are enough big, maybe topping again next week and defoliation. The LST really opened up the girls and helped them to increase volume. During the week PE finally got some more training, it feels like she opened up nicely. It is not very comfortable to grow 2 plants in a 60*60cm tent.

Hello fellow buddlovers! It is my great pleasure to announce the start of week 3! All our competitors are looking healthy and strong! Today we begin to nourioush our little Padawans into becoming true committed servants of JAH. They had have a taste of God forbidden fruits of nutrition from Gold Label such as root boost and soil a/soil b and some supplements for desert from humbolt county's own Ultra snow & Cal mag. To inspire the growth and the quality of the beauty sleep we replaced old CO2 bag with a new one. Glads me to see that our soldiers are doing really good. They have growth from 17cm(day 15) to 20cm(day 17) in just 2 days since i fed them. Really looking forward to see the full veggie bloom out. Yours own Glada Minnen! Don't be shy to ask anyting :).

Week 2 flowering and tropicana cookies very easy to grow and she loves feeding o feed her with high dose and seem she love it all time I feed her every 2days and I wanna feed less water and do it every day when light goes on

This week i start turn on dehumidifier to bring humidity 65% to 50-60%

Day 84-91 (Day 3F-10F) (Day 6F) I’m giving a final foliar spray of Velokelp tonight before I start to see buds develop. Forgot to water today as I didn’t have any RO and bbb#1 was slumped and droopy. I decided to just water everything with tap water. I’ve been doing quite a bit of research on using city tap water with organics and it shouldn’t disturb the microbiology very much at all. And it will actually help smokability and ash color because of the extra CaCO3 in it. The higher 7.8 pH will also lockout heavy metals like aluminum as well. (Day 7F) Plants look just fine and the pH fluctuation didn’t make any difference at all. I’m going to discontinue the use of RO water for the rest of my run and all subsequent runs. (Day 8F) I’m defoliating small amounts of leaves and sucker branches but this thing is out of control. Every 12-18 hours I see noticeable growth. I want to do a heavy strip around day 21. Starting to see budlets and pistil clumps form! These plants don’t seem like huge stretchers but I’m still anticipating quite a jump in the next few weeks. (Day 10F) Everything is looking just perfect. I’m surprised how fast these 10 gallon pots are drying out now. They go from soaked to light and airy within a few days. Hopefully I can make it the next 2 weeks without seeing any N or Mg deficiencies.

Welcome back to another week, finally decided to flip to flower as these girls do grow pretty quickly in DWC. Aiming for some nice quality buds bit also a decent yield of at least 1 gram per watt of light. Nutrient solution has not been changing to complete flower schedule yet but I will be sure to switch it over in a few days. The crucial part now is keeping the EC and pH in a good range to avoid any deficiencies or Nutrient lock out. Let's see what the stretch brings the first few weeks. Stay tuned, and I'll be back for the by the end of the week to report some video feedback. End of the week has ending with a heavy defoliation session. Plants were getting bushy and covering potential tops so that needed to be addressed. For now, it will be selective defoliation once they have recovered, which should be in 2/3 days. This was a week. The drama at the beginning was one of the fans falling down onto my gorilla cookies. It snapped a branch off really bad but the girl hung onto it by threads. I duct taped her up and somehow took. 😎😢 I defoliated and did a little lst on a couple of the girls. Nothing major. Also increased the light to 80% now. I think I'll stay there until late flower when I switch to 12/12. I also added blocks to a couple of the girls to make the canopy level. That put the light at 15" as recommended by Medic Grow. Purple Lemonade is slowly making a comeback. I will say, even though the buds are small and the plant has struggled, the smell is already there. Which excites me. Day 29 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Starting a new week with some exciting plans! 🌿 We've got about one more week before we transition the plants to the flowering phase. Just to recap last week's updates for those following along: We’ve named all the plants in both grows. This makes it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants. A SCROG net helps train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We’ve placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress and prepare for the flowering phase!" Day 33 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Exciting news for our second grow: we’ve added a new member to the grow tent – a praying mantis! 🦗 Her species is Timor shield mantis, and she still needs a name. Any tips or fun facts about keeping a mantis in the grow tent are also welcome!" Day 34 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Big update today: we’ve switched the timer to a 12/12 light cycle to initiate the flowering phase! 🌸 Our second batch of plants, just like the first, has developed well and we believe they’re ready to start blooming. This change should encourage them to shift their energy towards producing buds. For those following along, here’s a quick recap: We've implemented a SCROG net to manage the canopy and ensure even light distribution. We've introduced a Timor shield mantis for natural pest control. The plants have responded well to all adjustments and are looking healthy.
