She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

I’ve spotted a few beneficial predators here and there; wolf spiders, jumping spiders, and ladybugs. 🐞 🌱 These guys are doing most of the work for me so minimal intervention is required on my part although I will manually remove pests when around. —————————————————————————— Other than that, I’m continuing to manage pH and EC, ensuring the fabric pots never dry back to avoid salt spikes. To ensure I keep the EC levels stable, I irrigate the plants with 1–1.5L of rainwater before I add my main nutrient mix. ☑️ The plants currently require fertigation every 2 days, but that will soon shift to daily management. I’m also maintaining my manual light dep schedule: bringing the plants into darkness after 12 hours and moving them back out in the mornings. ☀️ I’ll also perform one last prune of all the shaded bud sites. 👍

Hola a todos! Espero que anden bien!!.. Les comento que hice esta semana, la he regado con agua un riego y el último hoy, con nutrientes en sus dosis indicadas más arriba. La planta ha crecido mucho esta semana 37cm en 7 días, ha pegado el estirón, y también han mostrado sus preflores. Esta semana he tenido una humedad alta 70% y no la he podido bajar,pero con humedad y una temperatura que ha rozado los 28 grados por momentos, he notado que las plantas les gusta ese ambiente, por eso el crecimiento que ha pegado. Hoy (17/09 ) ,dia 35, de la Auto Divine Rapier he quitado las hojas más grandes que tapaban las ramas bajas, espero que en este momento no estrese la planta. Bueno, no los aburro más, nos vemos la próxima semana!. Buenos humos!! Las imágenes corresponden al periodo del 10/09 hasta el 17/09 (dia 35) inclusive.

This week we had an unexpected hail storm! The weather broke one of my colas-just snapped in 1/2. My husband found the broken stem and taped it back together and put wire ties around it. time will tell how my skunk plant will recover. It's a little sad:(

Day 43. All is good, heavy training session, trimmed sometimes almost half of the plant. It will be 16 girls with different needs and heights, watering, cycle time ... Huge pain, but as it is my LAST of ALL LAST grow, so I just want to get few ounces max from each and do it fast ! Girls last week spent on BioHeaven, Silica and CalMag spray, so leaf colour went a lot better, maybe at the end of week I will feed them heavily. Today and next watering - just 6.3 water. I took last NL away and now humidity and lightning are a lot better. Will drop lights down in few days, but not a lot ... 16 girls again in one room ;)))) I changed names of diaries, because I will try to finish them indoors ... @MarsHydro @Susie420 @eleen , the first light that you gave me is moving to other city and I won't document results under her from now on. She served well for my friend, did magic at mines and I honestly would recommend her to any single plant grower ! Great stuff, it was privilege to test her for almost two years. 28.04.2024 First harvest in this run! Tropicana Cookies No1 is a winner.) First Tropicana Cookies is harvested on 89 day from seed. Total 55 days off flowering. Fast flowering indeed as fast in vegetative stage. Cut this girl in branches and hang upside-down in smaller tent for drying Set RH @ 55% , temperatures not able to control so they will be something around 20-21 in drying tent Second Tropicana will be chopped within a couple off days In this cultivation, I used commercial LED lighting for the first time—the HLG Scorpion Diablo 650w, a beasts of light. It helped the plants beneath it develop exceptionally hard heads without heat-induced stress. The light spectrum is excellent, and the plants under it appear much healthier than those under my old light. They also finished faster, if that has any relevance. After numerous failures and difficulties with the timers I used for pumps and electromagnetic valves, which resulted in interrupted irrigation on several occasions, I believe I’ve resolved those issues. The TrolMaster programmable devices work perfectly in recycling mode. The ability to adjust times in seconds is precisely what I needed! The TCS1 Tent-X brain, equipped with an excellent sensor for temperature, humidity, and light detection, is remarkably accurate with rapid value measurement response—faster than the AC Infinity 69PRO controller. My favorite piece of equipment is the AMP3 sensor with pH and EC probes. It performs exceptionally well—precise and accurate. Integrating it into the system is as easy as a breeze. All equipment and sensors can be added fast to the entire system. Additionally, the humidity control I use with the Corroventa K3HP air dehumidifier works like a charm! I am extremely satisfied with TrolMaster equipment and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a precise and reliable system for their grow tent, especially those using hydro or aeroponic cultivation methods. 01.05.2024 Checking TC in drying tent, perfect conditions, i will like more to have cooler temps but ... Six days already drying, think a 4-5 more and trimming. Tomorrow or day after is harvest off second TC and probably one Purple Lemonade... 12.05.2024 First Tropicana Cookies is ready for trimming and curing. Hard and dance buds. Try some small bud, very strong stuff! From first early girl i got 128g net weight Second Tropicana Cookies is on trimming session within couple of days.. 15.05.2024 Second Tropicana Cookies get trimmed. Amazing plant in term of bud density and aromas that it have. Hard and high odor buds. From second girl i got 131g net weight Total dry bud mass from two plants is 260g, Total power consumption for this two girls is around 180w. Total power used in whole tent is 720w at its maximum peak for 8 plants. Next week after leaving it in Grow Bags , first smoke review, can wait ! Overall growing Tropicana Cookies was easy grow with lot of fun. This girls are resilient to everything, from bad weather and less than perfect climate conditions. They except all. Growing two plants i can say that they grow very uniformly, finishing at same height and overall same density, size and shape. Almost like from a cutting. That is what i really like ! In future i gonna to grow this lady's at least one more time but with difference, i will grow them as only strain in same tent. Combining them with Purple Lemonade and Wedding Cheesecake was little bit challenging, i feel that either off three cultivars didn't show the best off them. Main deference was plant height and nutrient requirements. Highly recommended strain for everyone !

How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. The same set of variables apply to expected outcomes regarding cannabinoid levels and terpene profiles. Q.What is the lineage? A. (Bigbud x Skunk#1) x (Big Sur Holy Weed x Banana Kush). I'm pretty sure that Freakshow contains some Trainwreck and some Maui Wowie based on some research I did on the origins of the Pineapple Express. The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. On many occasions in the last few years, it has been observed that when pest and mildew issues were affecting other plants adjacent to in the vicinity of Freakshow plants, for unknown reasons the freaks remained entirely unaffected. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Cropped on Sunday evening as scheduled, a few days before complete ripening. I'm not worried about that as this shit plant has the hardest and frostiest buds I've ever seen. The complete pre-harvest defoliation made me understand a few things, stem rot. What I believed was a lack of nutrients instead was some rot at the base of the stem which I did not recognize because this plant was too leafy. This is probably the reason for the buds rot spots, considering that the weather was still dry until now. The loss is few grams so far. The plant has a fantastic skunky and fruity smell and is very easy to manicure.The buds are so resinous that seems to have slime in my hands. See you soon for the report of the harvest. I've decided to do a wet trim and manicure to check out for eventual hidden rot spots, this has required 3 days of work and a lot of spliffs and simply I forgot to weight wet plant. Estimated wet weight is 1,5/2 kilos.

So far, everything is developing well. The Bruce Banner has been lollipopped, perhaps a little too much, but let's wait and see. I trained the S.A.D. #4 with plant clips, as three shoots became too dominant. This worked very well so far and the other shoots caught up well. I also noticed that the Bruce Banner was getting slightly yellow leaves. I don't know the exact reason, but it may have been due to the low CalMag dosage in the previous weeks. I also noticed an infestation of fungus gnats, nothing serious, but today I watered with nematodes and this problem should have disappeared.

The swell is underway! Some are leaning over from the weight. I took a tester and few days ago, just smoked it, and I'm impressed! I can't wait to get this cured and ready and taste her again! Thanks for looking!
