03/06/2024- Yoooo update gang!!! So hey guys got alot going on in my life rinnow,sorry for delays on updating, started at a new office for work and with trainings and scheduling it's been brazy to say the least lol...Anyways, she is really growing now with the roots really exploding now and so forth with foliage and what not, most interesting thing is that she is handling the system surprisingly well considering I went against alot of people advice of starting her from seed so soon in the system but MEH w.e lol I'm gunna mother her and take cuttings in about 2 or 3 weeks depending on size. Again guys always nice having a solid community and help from growers and Industry heads alike thank you all!!! LFG!

So we’ve come to a slow down on the stretch and they’ve started to work n creating flowers, I defoliated about 10-15% of the fan leaves and removed stems that had less vigor or was too under the canopy and wouldn’t of created any good flowers as these plants are a whopping near 50” so proud to be a loyal Martian! The lights are so powerful and provide the plants with the power of the sun ☀️

Grow Diary: Durban Poison (Week 7 – Early Veg The Overview It has been a busy 7 days for the Durban Poison. As we move deeper into the veg stage, this Sativa heritage is really starting to show its personality. Daily Breakdown Day | Observations & Actions | Day 29 | DP1's first top, i noticed a significant vertical jump. Tucked the tallest fan leaves to ensure light reaches the lower bud sites. Day 30 Feeding Day. Stayed with a light veg nutrient profile. Day 31 | Light LST training. Used some sheethed solid wire to help hold out and dowm. Day 32 | The "stretch" continues. Adjusted the LED panel up. Day 33 | The plant is looking exceptionally healthy with a vibrant, lime-green hue. Day 34 | Plain pH-balanced water (6.3 pH}) to prevent salt buildup from the previous nutrient feed. | Day 35 | Checking runoff. pH levels are stable. The canopy is level and the stacking of the nodes looks tight and promising. Key Metrics Temperature: 24°C (Day) / 19°C (Night) Humidity (RH): 45% – 50% Light Cycle: 18/6 Height Gain: 30 mm this week Grower’s Notes The Durban is definitely a thirsty girl right now. 9/27 - start day 43 - So, the other day, I tried running the thing sealed at 1100-1500 ppm and temps got to 95 with RH at 75% and the walls were straight sweating nuts....dripping...puddles.... that tiny dehumidifier wasn't doing jack. Since, I have managed to tap into the central ac with some makeshift ducting, which now supplies my spot with a nice cool, dry breeze every so often. With this, I have managed to maintain a temp of 88-91 with a RH of 37-50% at 750-950 ppm. I can keep the 750-950 ppm with a flow rate of about 1 cfh, which only goes off roughly 10 minutes every hour. probably will try it and run the temps a little high. ya, can't seem to stay consistent. i swear, it'll stay at that ppm after it all leaks out and the surrounding room is sitting at the same ppm maybe, lol … should probably drop temps and the co2, but hey, might as well gas em out while its there …. hey, maybe they'll return the favor and gas me out after harvest😁 that little square light looks like it should be lighting a lizards cage or some shit …. I swear the thing probably only pulls 30 watts, if im lucky. It didn't come with a book or directions or any type of specifications.... said 3000 watts,....id give it 30. If that's the case, im banking on the other 2 lights to cover that little red spot. Oh, and those little side lighting things suck. the stupid remote/timer thing is ….. garbage timer thing 9/28 - 44 - I tossed a HID in there for a bit for the hell of it....I really wasn't digging the "reptile light", but its still in there. I went ahead and tossed a window ac unit in my "window". it was again TOO warm with the HID cooltube and all. Was hangin around 94-97 degrees!!!! ac there, now I need to make some makeshift ductingand vent the ac exhaust outside

Dia 77: las plantas se ven normales pero ahora si se nota muchísimo mas olor al abrir la carpa pero no se nota crecimiento en las flores la planta como que ha para do el crecimiento de las flores y los pistilos empiezan a tomar un color amarillo que aunque suene normal me preocupa ya que el tamaño de las flores es muy pequeña aun. Dia 80: aun las mayoría de las plantas no se ven con un crecimiento significativo de sus flores, solo una de ellas el desarrollo de las flores a ido en aumente tanto que una de las ramas se empiezan a doblar por el peso (Tropicanna poison).

The smell on this one is next-level for real! I got 2–3 different phenos, but they all carry that same loud scent I’d describe it as sweet and fruity I honestly can’t wait to smoke it, and judging by the insane layer of trichomes she’s rocking, I already know she’s gonna hit hard.😝😝

Little clean up in the tent things got out of control. By removing lowers and inners that would possibly not produce much will definitely let those tops stack up nicely. These buds will without any doubts be rock solid, I can tell by how sturdy those stems already are. I transplanted this week was a nightmare root mass caught everywhere in the 3 Gal, now into 5’s. 👍✌️

Ok, so I forgot to take any pics on week two and holiday time week 3 came up real fast. so we are going to skip over any of the week two details. just watered em and they grew. This week we did a nice little transplant into their final 2gal pots. Fortified with a bunch of amendments and Acti-Sol, everything is listed in the video. Any question just let me know. I don't age my medium at all and I think I should start doing this to avoid some other things, I just find it hard to do it in winter time indoors as soil can be stinky with amendments and I like it to stay in the tent under the carbon filter. Medium I used is 40% coir, 30% perlite, 20% compost, 10% vermiculite and 10% worm castings. Then the amendments are added into that at the rate of 30-60ml per 1Gal of medium. This batch has Gaia 4-4-4, Gaia Insect Frass, Giaia Diatomaceous Earth, Gaia Rock Dust, Acti-Sol Seaweed Meal, Acti-Sol Shrimp/Crab Meal, Acti-Sol 4-3-2, Acti-Sol 4-6-8 and Bokashi. Nice little mix, water it in with a bit of magnesium and microbes dissolved into the water. The bokashi should help break everything down and make a bit of a acidic environment for all the meals and rock dust to become available. Roots looked good, not a dense as some runs but still nice. I feel the soil might be a bit hot so will expect some burnage on them hopefully its nothing to crazy. Will ph down with a mix of citric, malic and ascorbic acids. They are in a rate of something like 50-60%/40-30%/5-10%, its written down in my of my notes just can't find the pad ATM. Also more videos vs anything this week. I like em more but processing them is annoying AF. Side note, my lights timer was on 12/12 not 16/8 so it explains why they went into bloom, switch it back and will top the plants next week one they start to reverse their ways and get comfortable in the new pots. Also got ride of the chive seed start as it was looking sad, plus I got a bunch of European chive varieties in the mail yesterday and want to try them out. see if they really have any different taste and what ones I like better. Esa familia, otra cosecha más, no tan contento esta vez la variedad en si está buena pero su cultivo es algo complicado y no está estabilizada la genética, los días de floración son más de 55 días como dice el banco,más de 3 meses de floración con estos ejemplares... Pero mereció la pena esperar el colocón es bastante fuerte, para mi que , sativa dominante a mi parecer, 24% de thc , cruzada entre cookies x OG Kush , muy productora en general. Así esto es todo , pronto más trabajos, buenos humos familia.

week intel: its time for second pruning they grew up too fast and need second pruning as below : first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions: 1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top , 2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves , 3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove. everything is perfect! stresses : pruning big fan leaves and lower branches + a little E.C stress around 1.7 once a week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) about 884 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Feeding Booster + Karbo Boost around 325 ppm - 0.6 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them with low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 213 ppm - 0.4 e.c to let them recover the stresses to get ready for another stress next week. guide of the week : no more stresses from now on till the end and from next week i'll reduce the amount of nitrogen and calcium to below half to the end.

Transplanted this week, 2 weeks from sprouts. Soaked cubes 30 min in 5.5ph water with some nutrients ~550ppm Added floraflex caps right away to avoid algae build up on cubes

Starting running into problem with gnats during flowering but I've adjust the fans and temperature increased to calm the precipitation in the tent. The 3 seeds I germ'd & planted in 1pot that mistake cost me 2 well rooted ladies leaving me 2:6 (2Ws 4Ls) of successful STILL growing plants. All in all I'm getting good with this. Tweeking and creating self methods learning frm this community have turn'd me good looking & promising yields.

The End. Summary: Extraordinary Performance, Very loud and incredible smell. Loves EC around 1 during early veg. Doesnt like EC above 1.4 during late flower. When i grow it again, ill probably stick with 4 to 8 budsites instead of having like 30. 😅 I'll be back for Dry Weight & Smoke Report. 🍃✌️
