Hey! Welcome to week four for Misty, a mystery auto from FastBuds. I update daily so go check last week which is now complete. :) Day 22: I have reconfigured the tent - see video for new config. Misty has more light now. Fertigated 2l. Day 23: I have heavily pruned the companion plants and performed some LST and defoliation (where big fan leaves block nodes, or are in the way). Pretty radical looking changes, brutal perhaps. I did it to Nesia last week and she responded very well. So let's see how Misty handles it. I have been doing increasingly tough LST since Day 7 in preparation for this brutality so she should bounce back. Day 24: See? :) Day 25: Misty had breakdrought at 0900. Fertigated approx 4l. Day 26: Trying to wait a week before further training. Day 27: Did a little gentle LST and took off 2 leaves. Didn't manage to wait a week only 4 days. Day 28: Fertigated 5l.

Ein bisschen viel Stickstoff ist derzeit in der Pflanze, aber das scheint sie nicht im Geringsten zu stören sie wächst weiter wie verrückt. 🌿💚 Diese Woche ist einiges passiert: 🔹 2x entlaubt 🔹 Viel LST – gebogen, begradigt 🔹 Nur mit Wasser gegossen, ganz nach dem BioTabs-Schema Der Dünger macht seinen Job sehr gut – ich hoffe, das bleibt so! 🙏🌞 💡 Nächste Woche werde ich voraussichtlich das Licht auf 12/12 umstellen und die Pflanze in die Blüte schicken. Unfortunately, the plant didn't handle my absence very well. It got way too hot inside the greenhouse, and my neighbor was a bit too generous with the nutrients while not allowing enough runoff (drain). I flushed the plant today—the initial runoff was at a critical 2200 PPM, but I managed to flush it down to a stable 800 PPM. I really hope she recovers quickly now. I have to leave for another two-week work trip this coming Monday, so I'm hoping she bounces back by then so I can leave with peace of mind🙈😀

Only a few days till I start staggered harvest. Whatever buds look ready I will cut off her. Short video this week, sorry guys, technical problems 😑

Day 1- 22/10/21 at 13:00pm I have started germination by putting 20 Afghan kush auto seeds into a glass of water for 24 hours the I will place them on a plate with wet kitchen paper till they are ready to pot!!!!! Day 2- 23/10/21 seeds have been transferred onto a plate with at kitchen paper!!! Day 4-25/10/21 most the seeds have popped. Most of them I am putting in pots now and the slower ones tomorrow!!! Day 5- 26/10/21 all the seeds have now been potted and placed into the tent!!!! Day 6-27/10/21 first sign of plants coming through about 6 out of the 20 have popped out!!!! Day 7-28/10/21 almost every seed is out and now we move onto the Vegative stage check out out the video!!

With this late heat wave I’ve upped the daily water volume to about 9 L a day over three waterings. Still adding potassium silicate once a day and always adjusting pH with vinegar and then a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent. Smell of peppermint also repels pests, supposedly.

Auto Opium is growing good. I selective defoliated her and did some lst. She is looking really healthy. She is due for a solution change soon. I was kinda holding out till she started showing flowering signs. Everything has been going good, and nothing more to report. Just patiently waiting. Sorry For The Delay but I was kinda busy ......Anywho on 3/19 I Changed The light Schedule form 18/6 to 12/12 To Begin My Pre-Flower Stage I Also Bent The Last Few Uneven Tops To Have A Table Top like Canopy (LST) Also Cut Off all Little Branches (Lollipopping) To Prevent Getting Any Little Pop Corn NUGs. Then ON 3/20 I Increased My Light Intensity From 25% to 50% And began giving These Girls There Flower Nutrients Listed Above . AN Updated Video Of the Week POSTED ABOVE Video Taken About 3 Days After Making These Changes And yes The are All Showing to Be Females

He who stops is lost, as an old saying goes I don't know exactly what the origins are, so here's a new Zamnesia season. We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Green Crack F1 Hybrid Auto were born really quickly. About 24 hours in water and the two seeds had hatched, another 24 hours in soil, and off they were born on 01/12/2024 on the identity card we have this date. Beginning of week 13 was harvest time! Checking the trichomes on their main buds led to the decision to harvest them. Almost all of them had already milky looking heads and some of them even turned amber. Their incredibly sour smell was barely tolerable as well. Made the decision to harvest them all at once, so the grow room can be turned into a drying room for them. Since this is considered an experiment after all, we wanted to try out wet trimming as well to compare it to the dry trim we're used to. So considering #3 had the least amount of effort due to the low amount of head buds overall, we choose that one to be wet trimmed. It surely was a very sticky and still time-consuming activity, but we're pretty happy with the result. Can't wait to see and taste them when they're finally ready, dried properly and cured a bit! This is plant #1. In comparison to the others she had the least amount of amber trichomes, with most of them being milky though. She could've enjoyed another week of flower for sure, but for the sake of the others being ready, harvesting them all at once was the only reasonable decision. Plant #1 is one of the dry trim ones. Just made sure to remove the biggest leaves that could prevent a good airflow between the buds when they're hung up.
