Can’t wait to grow more from Barney’s farm loved this genetic

Day 70- Switched to plain ph’d water mid-week, they have now had 2 waterings with plain water. Probably going to be 2 more in the upcoming week. Did a big defoliation mostly to help ease the final trim when it comes, but to also allow for a little more trichome development as she uses up the remaining nutrients. It’s been a much cooler week so I have been gradually increasing the light intensity to get a final push for some weight. Running at about 95% intensity at the moment with the tent hovering around 79-81 degrees freedom units. Checking trichomes daily with my 30x jewellers loupe, mostly cloudy now, some amber popping up, but mostly on the leaves. I’m watching my other strain as well, hoping the timing will be right for both to come down. I’m not in a rush, really want to maximize these buds, they are already very hard, and they will be decent producers.

En general me encanto cultivar esta genética, siempre fue la primer genética que quise cultivar desde que empecé en esto y no me decepciono en lo absoluto, de una sola semilla obtuve 106 gramos de flores de gran calidad 😃 increíble para ser mi primer cosecha con semillas de bancos, ya quiero ver que resulta en la próxima cosecha ya con más experiencia y mejor equipo 🤩

day 27 flowering: The Blue gelato has some beautiful forming buds on her that remind me of ice cream oddly enough. She smells nicely if sweetness. sticky to touch and healthy as hell. I am a little dissapointed with her node spacing and hope her bud sizes can make up for it. she would have been better in scrog than quadlined i think but lessons learned. Do love her look though.

Heute startet die 9. Woche,nicht wie hier vermerkt die 12. Woche. In paar Wochen starte ich dann mit Final Part von Terra Aquatica und Flash Clean um zu flushen. Anscheinend braucht die 11 Wochen Blütezeit laut FastBuds Website. Die Buds werden langsam fetter und die Pflanze ist super gesund. Ec Wert des Wassers steigt von anfänglich 1.5 immer auf 2.5 sobald der Wasserstand runtergeht. Muss nach 2,3 Tagen immer ein wenig Wasser dazugeben. Die Temperaturen sind für Indoor immer noch zu hoch,die Luftfeuchtigkeit ebenfalls. Werde das nächste Mal Indoor erst im Oktober starten, wollte aber mal sehen wie das im Sommer funktioniert.

Bueno resumiendo cookies gelato es una variedad híbrida muy fácil de cultivar pero ojo, cuidado con los últimos riegos si no queréis perder cosecha por moho. Lo demás de 10 pegada heavy sabor increíble, cogollos duros como rocas y bañados de una gran capa de polen. El ambiente del secado se mantuvo en 23 grados de media y la humedad estuvo por debajo de los 45% en todo momento. Poco más la verdad estuve encantado de poder cultivar una genética tan potente . Un saludazo que paséis un final de año increíble y por supuesto buenos humazooos💨💨💨.

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

---GENERAL COMMENT--- Girls are at day 4 technically, but i like to update Sunday always, so keep that in mind, is 1/2 a week now. From germination to soil emerging took 3-4 days, no issues at all. 100% germination rate from multiple breeders till now. I will try my best to do a stress free grow again, so will grow mainly naturally. ---RQS QUICK ONE--- She is tiny, tiny, tiny. The smallest seedling i ever have worked with. Hope she takes off soon! ---DAY 10 UPDATE--- over some days she got volume, just started to use RECHARGE, and wow, that thing works, 48H you could tell something is different, since watering with it the stem is thicker and is growing more vigorous, lets see how it will impact overall! ---DAY 14 UPDATE--- This is the last day of this week and this girl is showing some kind of wired markings since the beginning in the first sets of leaves, will do her anyways... She grew a lot, showing already the intension of shooting up more stems like her cousin. She will be on plain water and recharge till i stabilise and figure what is going on with her, at least for a week. This strains tend to be easy and do well with low nutes, light and etc, really basic, i like to pay to see so i never give up from a pheno, but is not fun to have issues... No worries though there is always a crop after the other 😎👍. Lets see what happens next.

After 48 hours of darkness, the time had come and the Purple Lemonade were ready for harvest. Since she reacted very well to the training and grew with enough space between the buds, I decided to dry upside down. Dry weight and smoke report follow after curing. Stay tuned...

Hey what’s up fellas ✌️ Week 2 of flowering, I have trim the legs by cutting all the small shoots in the bottom that won’t reach the canopy. And removing some few big fans leaves that are covering some lower shoots. I gave them a lil bit of nutrients during this week, last time was about 13 days ago. Just to support the stretch. Keeping an eye on the plants is the best way to know when to feed them. Lights are at max level now, all the ladies should have plenty enough space to grow without reaching the cooking zone. The Mars-Hydro led is just a bit lower and closer as it produces less heat. ✅New Growers Tips✅ ✅Trim your plants legs, don’t waste energy on the bottom popcorn buds. ✅Your plants are stretching, they need Nitrogen, stick to your Grow/Veg. nutrients ✅Always pop more seeds than expected to grow, look at the shitty plants in the middle between the 2 scrog in the video, those plants were germinated same day than the ones in the scrog... Keep the best phenotypes and put the shitty ones at the trash. 9/14 Week 9 and she is doing fine Little vid she is front rt Nuets not changing for now 9/16 Doing well but some white tips are saying we gotta reduce the salts so will be dropping CT nuets 10% and upping PK to 2.5 Extra space is really doing them well Defoliation again tonight the war on stemmed leaves has begun 9/17 Held a meeting of the minds and decided the best course of action is to flip the light schedule so I can feed them more appropriately, twice a day. Leaving nuets as they are as this will drop pot EC. Setting the alarm for the AM before lights out at 7:30 and changing the sched to 6AM-6PM summer is done no need for current schedule. 22.12 • Cal/mag deficit looks solved, plants look healthy 23.12 • last watering was 1L / Pot right after repoting on 20.12 , right now soil feels moist 25.12 • added a bio CO2 reactor (4x 1L bottles with 800ml water, some mashed tomato and 100g sugar, 10g moist yeast) 25.12 • rotated one of the lights to maximize illumination 26.12 • watered all plants with 1L 26.12 • CO2 ppm went up from +-400 to +-600 i hope for some more as i increased room temperature to 26°C, (yeast should react more due to increased temp.) 27.12 • sunburn as the lights were under 30cm distance 27.12 • CO2 wasn't working when i arrived this evening, perhaps i used too much yeast, perhaps it was too cold, perhapy i need bigger bottles...either way: i removed 3/4 from the bottles and refilled water/sugar/tomato
