Weather has been much better this week. Put in some nematodes to try and regulate on some fungus gnats. No feeding yet this week. Topped the Deep Purple this week, and took a little to much off the top lol 😂 but should be quite all right. Gonna start some LST this next week. Super fun and grow on 🤙🏻

🌿 Week 4 — Bushy & Thriving! 🌿 #PermanentMarker #ZamnesiaSeeds The girls really filled out this week — super bushy and thick growth all around! I topped them once and gave them a good defoliation to open things up, as they were getting quite dense. I bumped the feed up slightly to 600 ppm @ pH 6.0, still running the Aptus Clean Program with R.O. Water Conditioner, Regulator, and All-in-One Liquid. 💧 Raised the Future of Grow Black Series 600 a bit to encourage some stretch before the flip. I’ll be adding an under canopy light (UCL) as soon as it arrives, and later this week I’ll set up a trellis/net for support. The plan is to flip them after week 5. So far, they’re looking really nice and healthy — one pheno is even showing a bit of color on the tops already. Excited to see how they develop from here! 🚀

Wednesday, January 27 Fed plants yesterday(26JAN) 3/4ga each plant. 2tsp/ga ratio of Bud Candy pH’d @6.3’s. Have a compost tea brewing that I will feed them tomorrow. Compost tea is comprised of 1 Cup of worm castings and a 1/4 Cup of bone meal powder. Bone meal powder is a great source of calcium and phosphorus to help in the flowering stage. I also added 1.5tsp of Great White Myco root powder to 3ga of compost tea. This morning I noticed little white hairs growing out of pistils all over the plants! Finally, signs of early flowering since switching to a 12/12 light schedule this past Saturday. Plants have shown a sizable amount of stretch in the past couple weeks so I’ve projected at about 6-8 weeks from now for a harvest? I’ll keep y’all posted on the days ahead and as always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱 Thursday January 28 Fed plants about 3/4 ga each of compost tea @6.3pH. Hopefully will respond well to their first tea. I’m going to continue to do more research on compost brews to dial in the process. Stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

On Sour diesel bud sites are looking way too small for their age. I think its because under watering and over defoliation.

Blue Shark is still trucking alone nicely. No sign of bugs or nute issues. I had a friend who had issues with a couple of her Girl Scout Cookies that she's doing. She definitely had some lockout from heavy rain that we've been getting. That's why I'm glad I put down lime, but also got away from using mineral salts, because I think that was definitely an issue last year. Very happy with the reults so far of going au naturale!

Week 1 of veg. In the books and we have a stable of very healthy and incredibly vigorous plants on the grow here. Even the runty one (there’s always one) has shown some signs of strong growth and we may not end up culling her from the mix at all. Over the last couple days, growth has exploded with no signs of slowing down - even after their transplant to the bigger pots👍. They’re doing everything they’re supposed to and showing that F1 vigour at every step. So far, so good and we really couldn’t ask for a better start to this run. We incorporated a very mild solution of our primary nute this week - Druid Berkana. This stuff is a one part system designed for the whole cycle and its proven to be one of the best all-around nute brands we’ve tried to date. Some light foliar spraying with liquid karma continues to mid week and then they’re all on their own👌. Expecting big things from this run and if we get lucky with continued robust growth - might be able to take clones after the third week of veg and flip🤞🤞🤞. Til next week - keep it green and keep it growing👍👊. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Stay tuned - with a little luck, this cross is gonna be straight 🔥😎👌.

Day 56 : Well 8 full weeks si ce I flipped the lights and this lady looks so ripe now . Her pistils are mostly orange now throughout the plant. I did get a little second burst of pistils befor e the rest browned off and it swelled them very nicely . Her smell is a fruity sweet but there is also another undertone there I just cant grab at. Will hopefully come out in cure a bit more to nail it. She is nice and sticky now too and has some nice clumps of buds to that are solid to squeeze . I plan to loupe her soon to check her trichromes for cloudiness. She has t skipped a beat the whole grow and will be getting another run out soon. Hopefully next update will be harvesting pics !!!. Be safe growmies UPDATE DAY 61:She is done and out . Yay. I had planned and expected an 11 week flowering due to the genetic mix but she had other ideas. She has been a pleasure to try out and grow and will certainly be popping more of the Fruity Gorillas in the near future. She smells very "fresh fruit stall" at the moment and I am looking forward to how she cures up. I will update as soon as she is harvested from the dried stems. I am hoping for a 1p day slower dry but temps here are crazy at the moment and I cant find a cooler space to dry than my grow room yet. Some new pics of her taken out and trimmed. Thanks for coming along for the journey. Results and smoke report soon !

21 st day of 12/12. Defoliation. Try smaller containers or longer veg. Plants should be able to drink at least its pots water holding capacity once a day. Will try 5 liters of medium. Somę of them drinking more than 2 liters a day. Much better to overage and remove branches than not enough root mass.

Hello This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. The plants are starting to put on some weight now... and the resin is flowing. I like it when the resin is visible on the edges of the top fan leaves too. Those plant always have more resin.... Still got a month to go. I like to flower for 10 weeks. Smelling strong in here now.... Sweet Candy Floral Cookies... Yeah Smells Good!!! 😃 OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

7/20 Went over this morning to plants soaking wet and heavy rain. Went back around 4pm and plants actually look really good. The rain has stopped for a bit and the girls looked great. Apart from some septoria leaves I needed to defoliate on the first plant I treated. I also noticed a few others on other plants so it's spreading albeit slowly. I treated the three in the middle with their second dose of Plant Doctor at 3tsp/1gal. One gallon administered to each plant via root drench. I think I may treat the other plant showing signs with a diy Dr. Zymes using citric acid as the active ingredient. That way I Gould start treatment right away without having to rely fully on plant doctor. Plus it would kill any pests. Ive seen damage but the birds do a number on them. I dont want to spray my plants with a bunch of chemicals if I don't have too. I shouldve replaced the pallets and cleaned the cage better. I think I did a good job sanitizing as I have no wpm. Just this septoria I probably got when the lady mowing the lawn cut all tjis fucking grass and blew it in my pen, throwing bird seed and I'm sure tons of disease into my grow bags. I literally had to harvest a bunch if fucking sunflowers. It looked like my plants had been mulched. Just with small disease carrying shrubs. At some point some of this stuff has to be on purpose. You CAN'T be that stupid. A couple kushes in the back look hungry. I think I may need to up my feed. I've written to much. I'll keep this updated. Thanks if you made it this far. 7/21 I guess it rained last night. Oh well. It was blue skies for hours before dark. It must've rained late/early morning. I'm sure the app of plant doctor will be fine. Like I said I'm considering using citric acid as a foliar spray to help with the septoria and clean up any pests. I don't have enough pests to warrant spraying. I just don't want to put all my eggs in the plant doctor basket. Today is overcast and windy. The wind has really assisted in spreading this virus. I remove anything I see infected immediately and since these plants are reveges they have plenty of leaves. Plants are really stretching. I know I talk about the septoria a lot but realistically if someone looked through my garden they'd have a hard time spotting it. I don't want to exaggerate the problem but I don't like dealing with ANY fungus or molds.

8. Woche Ich habe zu früh Lollipopping gemacht, dass hat die Ladys bisschen gestresst. Aber jetzt dürfen sie erstmal normal wachsen, ich werde sie die Tage nochmal bisschen Defolieren 😊
