📋 Grow Diaries: Week 2 of Flowering – The Northern Lights Auto Sisters The Northern Lights Autoflower sisters, Charlotte and Makayla, have confidently stepped into Week 2 of true flowering. The initial transition phase is settling, and both girls are busy stacking up distinct pre-flower clusters on the deck. Because these are autoflowers tracking on a fixed schedule, this week clearly illustrates how a complete divergence in training strategies can entirely alter the plant's architecture and budding profile. 🎀 A Study in Contrast: Natural vs. Pinned Down While sharing the exact same indica-dominant genetic backbone, the structural contrast between the two sisters is night and day right now: Charlotte (The Natural Tree): Training: Left completely alone to do her own thing, Charlotte has been allowed to grow naturally. Structure & Flowering:** She is exhibiting a textbook, upright Christmas tree shape with a strong apical dominance. Her primary central cola towers over the rest of the plant, heavily stacking clusters of white pistils along a single vertical pillar. Her side branches gracefully skirt the main trunk, catching excellent sun from her upright stance. Makayla (The Pinned-Down Canopy): Training: Placed under intensive low-stress training, Makayla has been meticulously pinned down closer to the soil. Structure & Flowering: By forcing her main stem down horizontally, her natural apical dominance was broken. As a result, her side branches have been thrown into the spotlight, rising up to create a much flatter, bushed-out tabletop canopy. She sits significantly lower to the pot than her sister but features multiple evenly distributed budding tops across her wider footprint. The Mid-Bloom Menu: Dialing in FOOP Organic Bloom To fuel this rapid flower production without stalling their internal clocks, the girls have been transitioned onto a premium organic bloom regimen: FOOP Bloom 1 & Bloom 2: This core base duo is delivering a highly bioavailable punch of organic phosphorus, potassium, and fish-based micronutrients to accelerate calyx stacking and strengthen stem development. FOOP Sweetener: Infused into the feed to load up the root zone with complex carbohydrates, driving up microbial activity in the soil and giving the sisters the raw fuel they need to crank up early resin and trichome synthesis. Irrigation Setup The green automated drip rings (1000003513.jpg) ensure this organic blend is evenly distributed across the entire surface of the fabric pots, feeding the root zones consistently without creating dry pockets. Pistil Development: White hairs are actively grouping up at every node site, most prominently on Charlotte's dominant main tower Foliage Check: The fan leaves on both plants remain an incredibly vibrant, healthy green (1000003325.jpg), showing that the FOOP nutrient uptake is smooth and perfectly balanced for this stage of life. Grower's Note: Watching a single strain express itself in two totally distinct structural shapes because of a simple twist in training is what makes grow diaries so rewarding. Charlotte is maximizing her main vertical column, while Makayla is converting her flat footprint into a broad field of tops. Next week, the bud swelling truly begins!

I think a beginner can grow this plant easy because of its resistance and the fact that doesn’t need much care.If you make it to the end you will get incredible result for the first time.

The culmination of reversing our Matterhorn cut off Mr. Crowley to Intergalactic Runtz, and the results were out of this world (I had to do it). These ladies were slow to start, but once they hit their stride, they put any worries we had to rest. Compact, short-framed, and robust. They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. If you're looking for your hype fix, here you go. Yield: Heavy to XL Flower Time: 63 days Feeding Schedule: Heavy

Casey's Rollex OG grew well. She finished in 7 weeks of flowering. Which was super fast. I fid run a little longer as it never looked ripe then, but started fox tailing as well. So it was a confusing finish the bud has a good citrus and earthy aroma. Really frosty. I have a feeling this will be a strong couch lock experience once done. Thanks again Spider Farmer, and DutchFem Seeds. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱🌱🌱 Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. 📊 Parameter der letzten Woche: 💡 Licht: 750 PPFD / DLI 32 (12/12, Stufe 5, 40 cm Abstand) 🌡️ Temperatur: 27 °C 💧 Luftfeuchtigkeit: 72 % 📈 VPD: 1,0 kPa 🌿 CO₂: Ø 700 ppm 💦 Bodenfeuchtigkeit: 50 mbar 🇬🇧 GrowDiaries – Weekly Update The Cherry Limeade has developed exceptionally well during her first week after switching to 12/12 🌱. She seems to have been waiting for exactly these conditions and has absolutely exploded in growth 🚀. She is already filling a large part of my 60 cm tent and is developing a really nice, even structure 💚. Once again, I was away on a four-day business trip this week. During my absence, the Blumat system kept the soil moisture stable at around 50 mbar 💧. The plant obviously likes these conditions very much, because despite me being away, she put on a lot of growth and mass 🌿. Next week I’ll be home much more often, so I’ll be able to tuck the shoots under the SCROG net every day 🕸️. At the moment, I have trained the plant down to around 32 cm in height. The stretch is progressing exactly as I hoped, and I suspect that it will really start taking off next week 📈. I’m extremely happy with the development so far. The plant looks completely healthy and I can’t see any signs of deficiencies whatsoever 💚. Her response to the switch to 12/12 has been excellent. As of today, I’ve removed the humidifier from the room and increased the VPD to 1.1 kPa 💨. At the same time, I’m now trying to gradually dial the Blumat system in to around 120 mbar. However, I deliberately didn’t change anything before last week’s trip—I didn’t want to mess with a perfectly functioning setup right before being away for four days 😅. Yesterday I also started an Almicanna Flower Compost Tea 🌸. After 24 hours of brewing, I added some molasses and am now letting it brew for another 24 hours 🫧. The Cherry Limeade will get her first serving of Flower Compost Tea for this phase tomorrow 🌱. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the start of flowering. Now it’s all about keeping up with the daily tucking, managing the stretch, and letting this plant make the most of her incredible growth potential 🚀. 📊 Parameters from last week: 💡 Light: 750 PPFD / DLI 32 (12/12, Level 5, 40 cm distance) 🌡️ Temperature: 27 °C 💧 Humidity: 72% 📈 VPD: 1.0 kPa 🌿 CO₂: Avg. 700 ppm 💦 Soil moisture: 50 mbar

Whew, I am a few days late in posting but I have been MIA. Glad to be back to my plants and gardening. My faithful follower @hindugod even reached out to me to see why I was late in posting my pictures. A Disney Vacation was good for me but not so much for my plants. I also left my husband and two livestock in charge of feeding and protecting my plants from the elements of nature. Miss Mango Kush continues to grow tall. According to Zamnesia Seeds, she could reach a height of 38 inches outdoor. Our weather has been kinda crazy and hellish- as in HOT- and her leaves are getting burned on the edges even though I have a pool umbrella protecting her from the direct sun. Miss Mango Kush is NOT a bushy plant but rather a tall, lean plant. If you look at her pictures, you can see a lot of buds forming. It has been quite hot this past week, but hopefully we will get a break in the weather. Please continue to enjoy my diary and let's chat it up friends.

TUESDAY 9/3: I almost want to delete this diary..not even worth my time I'm afraid. She seems to be stuck. Hasn't really recovered from her root problems despite being transplanted into a looser mix with a couple extra gallons of soil. She doesn't look any worse, but she also doesn't look any better, and the calendar tells me that there isn't much time left for things to change....😟 WEDNESDAY: I was out at the property for awhile today, hosed off the horsies and cleaned their hooves really well. I was there long enough that I was able to move the plants into direct sunshine for an extra couple hours. I fed her with a half-gallon of water including bembe, terpinator, tiger bloom, beastie bloomz, armor si, and big bloom. THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY: I was sick as a dog . 2-day stomach virus, followed by an acute pancreatitis attack... 😷 MONDAY: I gave her about a half-gallon of aquarium water with some bembe, beastie bloomz, and tiger bloom.

Week 2 – Still tiny Not much going on yet – she's still really small. Growth is good and she looks healthy so far. Just starting to show her second set of true leaves. No signs of stretching or stress, just taking her time. Hopefully she picks up momentum in the next few days. Sometimes the slow starters end up surprising you later on

Week of 9/12 The plants responded well to the Down to Earth dry nutrients I top dressed with the week before, but I wanted them to get some more sugar so I switched back to my previous nute regimen with molasses. Problem Child is finally getting in the swing of flowering. A lot more pistils making their way out so hopefully this train will keep rolling so we can get her finished before Thanksgiving😅 Good Girl has a very strong Pine scent, so should be good for reducing inflammation, pain relief and relaxation. Otherwise I think everything is covered in the video. Clearly I was not able to update after I took the photos and video, my migraine decided to kick it up a notch with the kaleidoscope aura so I had to go hide in the dark.

She’s amazing! Idk what day she went to chop. My momma took care of everyone while we were on vacation. So she chopped for us. She survived spider mite treatments. She survived getting brutalized with the hose and the herb is still so beautifully dense and gassy. I’m so proud of her. Really beautiful 🌱 sloth tax because they are my spirit animal ❤️❤️

DAY 2: Watering with 2.5L. Nutrients as in description. I have noticed small symptoms of underwatering and also little stress of heat. Therefore I just reduces light intensity from 100% to about 85% and moved the lamp a about 5cm higher. DAY 4: Recovered fully from heat stress and underwatering. Already noticed some small hairs so flowering just began! DAY 5: Watering with 2.5L of water. The pot was already bit light. After flip to 12/12 I have instantly noticed she needs watering 1 day faster then before. I also removed some yellowed leaves and hidden small branches which would not see the light either.

Pollination is well underway. The ladies are prego and the seeds are developing very rapidly! A few of the first flowers to get hit have there flower bracts already torn open. Exposing the growing seeds(still very green and immature). They are coating there flowers with protective trichomes like crazy! Sucess. All three ladies I have in there are heavily seeded! Now I'm watching them work their magic. Producing me some new killer crosses to phenohunt. The male flowers have been dried and stored. I'm slowly sifting the pollen into a vile. Whenever I get a chance to play with pollen lmfao. I've only made a dent in my freezer bag supply. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
