The weather was way better this week then last week. Days are getting shorter and i'll noticed she's getting ready to bloom because she's streching a lot! i'll guess she will show the first blooming signs at the end of this week.

D67 removed ScrOG and repeated LST on left plant so lower buds will get more light. There is not enough space in tent to do the same with the right plant.

Left her to start regenerate and came back to better development than I thought side branches are now streaching out nicely and the one I topped worked nicely and is starting to grow at regular pace and the top node I FIMimed 2 baby nodes are popping out and nodes below very healthy and streaching outwards and one top node fell off but the 2 underneath are streaching strongly

More to come!... don't even ask how I keep this tent in the 70s in the garage when it is already getting to 96 degrees outside..... short answer... "oh, this works, well it did work, maybe if I do this, that seems to help, well shit, that didn't work, uh oh, its getting hot, I got it!... and done. - temps start to climb into the 90s - " oh shit, oh shit!, Its not working anymore, I guess 90 degrees inside the tent is better than being in the 100s.... think, think, think, 😲 I got it!... annnd done👌! Its working. The temp at the time of writing this is... 73 degrees (last night it is was in the upper 80s lower 90s). So yeah, my wife is upset at the time I've been spending on it..... if only she would have let me do this inside the house like I wanted to. Meh, whatareya gonna do? 😕 There is something living in my attic... I hear it now.😒....

Week 4 Bloom 31/08 - Mass defoliation day, #1 was suffering from the amount of leafs it had, #2 was not as bad, has filled its own structure out nicely and outgrown #1. Flushed and changed water. Upped the liquid potash. Added a tiny bit of CMX due to #2 showing a slight magnesium deficiency. Switched from PSI to cyco silica due to running out of PSI. Humidity and temperatures have been near perfect, 28-38% RH and 20-25 degrees celsius, extra exhaust ventilation helped a lot.

7/5- All getting 1-1 1/4 gallon of straight well water ph'd to 6.5. Day temps are in the mid to upper 70's F, nighttime temp's 60-62 F. CO2 dropped to 600ppm for final week of flower. Supplemental UV continues from 11a-3p daily and it really shows in the trichome production and terp profiles as they're all absolute FIRE! BD is just about ready, showing 5-10% amber. 7/7- Daily regiment continues including checking trichomes, BD is ready and going to put her in the dark tonight for 48hrs. 7/9- All three remaining ladies are looking fine as hell! All getting frosty and really stacking especially, to my surprise, the Grapefruit Sour Dream Ol' Lady. She has gone crazy, stacking multiple cola's, pouring on the tricomes and has a terpene profile that is gonna be a winner! Chopped and hung BD...she's smelly very 'hashy' probably the Afghani coming out. 7/11- trichomes on the 3 remaining ladies are 90% milky/5% clear/5% amber...gonna send them into 48 dark in the tent in two more days, then chop & hang them on 7/15. 7/15- PP & GSD finished their 48hrs in the dark. Chopped and hung! Black Domina is drying well and is probably gonna be ready to trim & jar in the next 3 days for sure. Drying room is on point- Air temp: 68degF RH: 60%

9/27/2018 Been a rainy damp week,cooler nights, no moulds as of yesterday and will update photos shortly if weather permits. Speak of the Devil, this am #2 has two spots of mould,cut ✂️ out,and trashed. All others no mould, #4 is covered with sand it keeps getting blown over!.#2 fading, #1 still Growing nice green very little fade just lower leaves lots of new pistils,#3 all hairs gone brown, and smells like Real old school Skunk!👍not much bud but still have couple weeks of flowering to fatten up and taste of Skunk getting me excited😁 10/02/2018 Week 7, day 5. Rainy days still very little mould just #3 so far. #1 looking fantastic.#2 pistils brownish,#3 pistils all brownish red dont see any New pistils but branches drooping from their weight #4 is still popping New flowers but lots brown all over, hope 2 weeks to finish! But cold is coming soon. #1 no signs of slowing down putting out lots of fresh flowers! Does not mind the cooler weather. Last bit of molasses to super charge microbes in the soil. Hope she comes in at 8-10 weeks👍 53-70 days flowering.

Aug 3: still going strong starting the third week of flowering. I’m putting her in the garage at 9 pm, doing the 730 nm far red light to put plant into dark mode 2 h faster, and then out of garage at 7 am. So 10+ 2 h is 12 h dark and 14 h daylight or a 26 h day. The far red light definitely works as a bloom booster and helps the plants finish faster when the sun is stronger. Did morning foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate. Aug 4: always some defoliation to be done and I took out all the small stuff that was growing into the centre. If I had a longer season I could have left some of these small branches but I want the energy directed toward the prime bud sites. Also removing leaves makes it more stable in the wind. Yet another growing trade-off. Aug 5: she looks great coming out of the dark garage this morning. Lots of colas with lots of buds 👍👍 Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. This far north we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. By adding UV lights, this will make Edmonton in September seem like California in July. Along with genetics, UV light is the main factor controlling trichome and THC production. Adding UV light for a couple of hours per day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm) should help a lot this far north. At the other end of the light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoor (FGI) 730 nm far red light. This is the third season using the far red light as a bloom booster and it definitely works. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes to put the plant into dark mode two hours faster, and is like getting a 26 h day. Bud ripen earlier and therefore under stronger sun. Both of these lights are low power LED used for a few hours (UV) or just a few seconds (far red). Gotta love science and technology when it allows us to figure this kind of out.

It has started the fattening :) Started feeding some sugars with Top Candy, and feedind schedule now is : Feeding every irrigation, Top Bloom 3 ml/l until now, and alternating Top Candy each two irrigations.. but i will modify the dose regarding the plant aspect so im going to update this week too, this is the first day of it, so it is a fattening week lets see what she can do, at the moment it is really stinky, and started to smell sweet too :) Really insane feeding, im feeding 3ml/2ml every irrigation at the moment because the plant wants so, so im expecting a nice weight increment. Suffered aphids uprising, attacked a lot of plants including my tomatoes, they always around here.... They were attacking the shady side of the leaves so had to use some Neurdoff, an Insecticide and Acaricide suitable for organic growning, it kill the aphids instantly with contact... Mix it but instead of apply it on the buds, dipped my fingers and clean carefully ALL of the leaves to keep the infestation away, and it worked, at the moment (whent took last photos) no diseases or insects ^^

First day of week 6, I will be adding content as the week progresses, have a look at week 5 as that is now complete. Status: Candy Kush #1 d36 - Looking awesome, some pistils showing. Was too bushy so did some LST and slight defoliation today with supercrop on 1 branch. Candy Kush #2 d36 - Looks like nitrogen deficiency is sorted, now I have excess? :D see the clawing tips? Gonna stick with the current feed, hopefully she'll overcome otherwise I'll flush her once if things get worse. Bubble Kush d32 - Amazing, nothing to report, some tucking done Fastberry d32 - Looking as weird as ever, some tucking done Sugar Mama d36 - growing and getting really bushy, shame about the mess I did with the roots/stem but she is doing ok now. ---- Fed 2nd day of weeks 6 (day 37), 3ml biogrow 2ml calmag. pH was at 6.5 Ec was at 1.5. New leaves are really yellow in candy Kush 2, iron deficiency? Not sure what is happening, will be monitoring. ---- Day 38, Removed the yellow leaves and a little defoliation on all the plants ---- Day 39, Raised the shorter plants so they get some more lights. All of them have finished 35 days (5 weeks from seedling today) and are looking great. Feed the same, although they still look very bright, brighter than I am used to. ---- Day 41, Feeding time, started giving them bloom at 5ml/l and the other normal dosages as in diary. ---- Day 42, End of week 6 The girls are all looking great, there is is so much hair on the buds, haven't seen so much with outdoor grows. Exciting :D Sugar mama is way too bushy and not getting taller. The new blades are too thin, maybe I'm overfeeding her (only biogrow+calmag)? defoliated her, lots of fan leaves removes, she is asking for some training, I've ordered plant tie and will do some LST when delivered. End of the 3rd week of transition and plants are still lazy as hell getting to flower. There’s minor pistoling but no cotton balls at all. They’re slow all around. We ended up culling down to a 50/50 split of males and females and now it’s just a question of whether or not the females actually flower. We’ll see I guess… still wait’n….

13th - Checked the power usage data from the AC unit and the Smart logs: around the time heat stress on #1 occurred the AC barely turned on. New zigbee sensor is working well it seems! CO2 tank is almost completely empty. I lost a fair bit from a few incidents I suppose, maybe a lot more than I thought!?.. ..want to look into stopping CO2 when AC is running with smart power switch and app. 14th - CO2 tank depleted. Setup smart plug on CO2 regulator, works fairly well. Occasionally stays on for a bit more than it should, but then self corrects. I can take that as an improvement.. 15th 16th - Replenished water tank - TDS 650 , gave both a good soak, runoff was 1200 initially and eventually down to 800. 17th - Concerned about density - have clipped several sappy buds growing into already thick areas - hoping to improve ventilation within the canopy. Last week of smart proteins she got it once maybe twice by now, had a tough week not gonna lie the travails of the grower what are you gonna do 😅 drinking a bit, no nutrients yet, she might get a pk boost who the tf knows 😎 dropped her lights to 10/14 to induce resin production now these absolutely reak lol can't quite put my finger on it , sometimes it's really sweet citrus sometimes it's dankier 🚀
