So.... another week has come and gone, all the while this medicine keeps growing... This week I continued with the LST as well as gentle trimming of fan leaves to allow light to the bud sites.. I probably be more aggressive than I am in this. Also attempting the "bend & hide" of the fan leaves. Really trying not to stress this sativa too much... Still getting that beautiful Ganja smell mixed with the flower and herbal smells from my companion plants.... it's very nice... Noticing trichomes starting to appear at the bud sites!!.. MA#1 has the most so far (which is expected) as she has always seemed a faster grower.. MA#2 has them but its still minor, but shes doing so well... MA#3 no trichomes yet but that's fine, shes still young.... no worries the babies are growing I still havent added any extra "nutes"!... As I am using FoxFarm Ocean Forest as well as "KIND Hot Soil" (look this up! Wow!). The soil is jammed packed with organic goodness! I cant say enough how great the plants grow in this and how simple it is.... Still watering as needed, using only RO H2O, alternating between "light" and "heavy" waterings.. The girls are starting to stack it on now and are very floral and fruity smelling. Still plenty of white pistils coming out making for a beautiful contrast to the very deep purple almost black flowers and a few of the fan leaves are starting to fade. Halfway down the home stretch and having high hopes for some baseball bats! I’m definitely putting the screws to them in the nutrient department at a touch over 2400 ppm with the addition of the beastie blooms -0-50-30 at 1/2 tablespoon per gallon along with the rest of the flora series. Seedsman Auto Lemon is the 4th round of seeds started in my perpetual garden of auto flowers. So far this plant is growing strong. I expect it to start stretching this week. I also decided to try topping this girl today and will probably bend her next week. Growing in organic composted 'super soil', no additional nutrients added yet. Also as you can see in the pictures there is a 26w CFL (100w equivalent) about 6 inches away - this also helps provide some side lighting to the older plants. The grow was very simple, a very tight bushy structure but ended up being a perfect circle, 8 beautiful tops. I did a combination of topping and my own version of mainlining. I would recommend using half dose of nutrients in veg, a very delicate plant when it comes to toxicity, until flower then it's just nitrogen toxicity to worry about. Recommend 10 weeks of flower, for around 80% cloudy trichomes. The bulk in the buds didn't really kick in till after week 8, but at right around week 4 that smell 🍋 will kick in and take over your nose anytime your around it. Very recommended top notch smoke 💨🔥🤑💯

Day 49 today and the start of an attempt at drought stressing her . The science says to withhold water until a noticable droop on their frame bit rhisnlady is a solid limbed , woody beast so that won't happen the same at all. To counter this I expect around 7 days is all I will push it too so right on point for a final weeks feeding before harvest and ripening. The effect hoped for a is a noticable difference in the thc and oils produced. It sounds similar in move as other methods like stem splitting , taking chunks out as though being threatened by wildlife ect.. but is more in keeping with seasonal changes and auxin changes. I did leave my last crop in the dark for over 7 days drying but didn't benefit too much from that. It is something I have wondered about since reading about it. I pulled the Red Hot Cookie and the Sweet Afghani Delicious as rhe tank took a turn for the worse so took the sensible option. S.a.d is drying but I quick dried the Rhc and had a few nice joints from her. not her full potential but certainly helped me sleep. lol Amnesia haze is mid way through her second pistil flush with plenty of fresh ones backing them up too . Her overall size and bud yield should be even better once they begin to discolour and push even more trichromes from this amazingly sweet and fruity girl. She was the 1st to show hunger issues before i used the megacrop addition so was taking all her stashed nutes . shebhas rewarded me with a very good sized plant that is a star to work with. He buds are rock solid to touch and leave a beautiful smell on my fingers when touched. The trichromes are slowly being hidden by the newer pistil growth but inexpectbsjebwill build on them too. I didnget a day of high humidity when my dehumidifier filled up and switched off. This managed to allow some bud rot onto 1 cola but I caught it early enough to not be an issue now. D71 - SEP 22: Looking and smelling great. Haven´t seen much growth since the last 5 days or so, but it fattend up really well and it´s really dense, insanely dense. Thricomes developing, soon to be harvested :) D72: Now it´s time to mature, I don´t see any significant growth, only thricomes developing. No watering, it still has a lot. Humidity is really high these last 2 days, being around 50 - 70% rH. D73: No watering yet. No signs of any more thrips, thankfully. Seems to have fattened a little. D74: Maturing well, thricomes getting mostly cloudy and amber. No watering, tomorrow probably. D75-D77: Been a little off of GD for these past days. The tent is looking good in general, no thrips anymore, temps and rH are good. Watered with nutrients on day 76. Thricomes are really close to harvest and I´m really impacient but I´m trying to wait for it to get more amber 😄

The plants have grown very fast this week, easily doubling in size. I moved them closer to the light to 90 cm from 110cm. Watering as needed and I am keeping the soil surface moist with light watering twice a day. I have fed the plants twice this week. First with a half dosage humic + fulvic acids, microbial inoculant and Seagro. The second feeding was half dose Seagrow and Biobizz BioGrow with some CalMag and Silicon. I am preparing a compost tea with some added kelp meal, insect frass and worm castings for the next feeding before I start LST.
