Finally into the big tent. The plants are looking a bit unhappy but fingers crossed it’s temporary until they adjust to their new home. Also back to using my 550w x 2 LEDs. Hps can cause swings in temperature and the plants love these LEDs better. Will top these once they have recovered from transplanting. Still only using root juice as using allmix soil.

Lost the top two colas due to bud rot after 2 weeks of storms :( apart from that she is a fantastic strain to grow an absolute pleasure

Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

📆 Week 13, 4-10 January 2024 4 January - Turned light time back 2hrs to a schedule of 14/10, and lowered light power to 50%. This will facilitate ripening by mimicking an autumn environment. 7 January - Flushed system, filled with RO water and 10ml p/gal HG FloraKleen, PH 6.2. 10 January - Turned lights off. 📑 This was the final week of flowering. It will be followed now by 3 days in darkness, giving a total of 7 days in plain RO water. This provides the proper nutrient flush and a small cannibinoid/terpene boost just prior to harvest. Which will be 13 January. She will then be followed by a 7-14 day curing process, where she’ll hang for 5-7 days until the chlorophyll has dried in the leaves, then trimmed, weighed, put into mason quart jars and burped until a RH of 62% is reached/maintained. While in this state the flower will reach its peak potency/flavor in about 30-40 days, and can last for 6-12 months. An overall interesting grow. Especially if you like the color purple. She grew rather rapidly for about 6 weeks as expected from an autoflower, then slowed down and flowered simultaniously. Buds are on the smaller side but tight. There certainly was no problem in resin development as she is quite frosty, sticky and smelly. The trichomes have purple and clear stems with milky heads, about 5-10% amber and 10%(+) clear. All white pistils have turned orange or brown. Genetics are very stable with no signs of foxtailing or hermaphroditism. The only problem I’ve had was with nutrient sensitivity in flower phase - specifically week 8. It will depend on the end product quality as to whether I will grow this strain again or not. My final update will run a few days later than usual, but will include the Harvest and Smoq review information. ITs finally tine to cut the girl . After checking all around for trichomes I’ve decided it was about damn time. She took longer to flush , i keep her in the dark for a good week until i felt like she used up all of her locked down nutes . Just by doing my bud manicuring and trimming i got a good half gramm of resin that turned to delicious fingerhash . The buds show a bit of foxtailing but i really dont mind it , and it doesn’t affect the taste or quality’s of the end product. As you can see lst training gave results. This yield is definitely a good one with amazing results, the smell is really strong but i doesn’t smell like typical weed if i can say so . All around fastbuds genetics goes hand in hand with my set up, a real blast growing this strain

Die Pflanzen werden durstiger. An einer Pflanze sterben unten bereits die ersten Blätter ab. Ich vermute, dass ich zu wenig dünge. Die Blüten sind noch relativ klein aber die ersten Blütenstempel sind bereits orange. Die Pflanze hat laut RQS noch 3 Wochen Blüte also werde ich von 2 auf 3 mal düngen die Woche erhöhen und generell etwas mehr Wasser geben. Trotzdem denke ich, dass die Entwicklung ganz ok ist. Oder seht ihr das anders? Gebt mir gerne Input. =) ###English### The plants become thirstier. The first leaves are already dying at the bottom of one plant. I suspect that I am not fertilizing enough. The flowers are still relatively small but the first pistils are already orange. According to RQS, the plant still has 3 weeks of flowering so I will increase the fertilization from 2 to 3 times a week and generally give it a little more water. 🌱 Week 11 Update 🌱

At one point, the water in the reservoir became anaerobic, causing the plants stress, so I cleaned it out along with the tray and reapplied the BioBizz nutrients according to the chart. I also added an aquarium pump to help keep the water stirred. When using organic nutrients, I realized that the pipes can become clogged, so every four weeks, I flush and clean everything. Other than that, and some temperature heat waves that I struggled with, the plants were happy.
