Well, I should have learned my lesson from my previous grow, but I didn't :D ... instead of training this plant with some LST when she was young to keep her low, I let her do her thing, and with my 4.5 foot high tent (not including the height taken away from my light and exhaust), she decided to take off in the stretch of flowering. Inches away from my light, I decided to supercrop her on day 11 of flowering. Unfortunately I had an accident and snapped the main stalk. I taped her up and she recovered overnight, but since she has a lot of stretching left to do, I will have to continue tying her down so she doesn't keep reaching for my light. Wish me luck! :D

Last week was pretty stable. The buds are steadily fattening up, just how we like it. They all got burned leave tips, I think it has to do with too little runoff, because I’m using GHE’s flora hydro schedule on exactly half strength. Its not getting worse over the last days so its probably not a big deal. Like I said last week, I have a dehumidifier now. I got it hooked up to one of the air holes on the bottom. My sonoff temperature and humidity sensor checks when it goes over 65% rh, and fires on the dehumidifier whenever needed to blow difrectly in the tent. I do wonder if I could save on electricity to get a stronger exhaust fan. Because the humidity outside the tent is low enough, so more air circulation could fix the humidity issue without actively dehumidifying I think. I’ve been eyeing on the Apogee SQ-102 PAR meter. Its not perfect for led light but it does give a pretty good idea about the amount of light hitting the plants. I’d like to get a better idea of the optimal distance between plants and light. Especially since i ran into loads of light burn issues in this grow and past grows.

The stretch is amazing! This plant is a real sky king! Buds are really stacking well on most of the branches. A major recovery from the massive defoliation from last week! Internodes are Sativa like. Branchy. BHB 1 is a monster! Around 19 viable bud sites. She's taaall. Lollipopped the lower quadrant for airflow and to redirect the growth where it is needed. BHB 2 is the shorter, slightly younger plant. Shorter and has about 1-12 bud sites. Five branches are taller than the rest (This is a similar trend in #1). The buds are looking healthy. I do get the occasional burnt leaf from my heater at night. Another week of stretching and another big defoliation and that problem should have sorted itself out. Just found out my res temp is at 62°F. I've started the circulation fan in my insulated box in sync with my exit fan. When it gets too warm, it'll start not only my exit fan, but also the box fan. Should raise the temp gradually back up to 65°. Where I like it. Still, no one has complained. Growth was/is still vigorous and healthy! Keeping the PPMs at around 800-900. Going to do a straight water flush for 24 hours, then start again at 500 PPMs or so. In soil I've always done periodic flushes throughout the cycle of the plant. Usually twice in veg. Once at around 6 weeks and another at transition. The third is at week four of flower and the last is the obligatory final flush. 24-48 hours after the flushes, there is a strong and vigorous spurt from the plant. three days later 'in soil' I go back to nutrients. DWC requires much less time to do the same thing, so 24 hours, it is! I've done two flushes so far and the experience in DWC is the same. Just faster. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already. Although the root rot is essentially gone, I continue to brew my microbe tea using Advanced Nutrients Tarantula. I add a litre every forty eight hours to each plants res. This is just prevention at this point. There is so much peat moss and soil left in the root ball when transplanted from their soil, it just seems prudent. Future grows will be done 'sterile. With no organic material or biosphere (microbes)... unless we run into problems again. With the res temps so low, I don't think it'll be an issue. Very good journey to me, she has responded very well to the lst training, providing me beautiful colas, enough for me to have nice clean organic nuggets to smoke. I would definitely would run this Ak420 by seedstockers again, the sweetest phenotype was the number #2 which you can take a look at here in my page!

Im Zelt läuft das Klima weiterhin ruhig und stabil und die VPD-Werte bewegen sich konstant im grünen Bereich. Insgesamt also sehr ähnliche Bedingungen wie in der letzten Woche. 🌱 Pflanzenstatus Die Ziellinie kommt langsam in Sicht, auch wenn noch ein kleines Stück Strecke vor uns liegt. Die beiden Pflanzen zeigen inzwischen deutlich unterschiedliche Reifestadien. Die Triangle Sherbet Kush wirkt schon ziemlich weit: kaum noch neue weiße Härchen, stark angeschwollene Buds und insgesamt deutlich mehr Harzproduktion. Die White Gushers 33 arbeitet dagegen weiter an neuen Blüten. Besonders an den Tops sind noch frische Pistillen zu sehen und die Buds legen weiter an Masse zu. Interessant ist auch die Entwicklung innerhalb der Pflanze: Die drei höchsten und kräftigsten Triebe foxtailen leicht, während einige der tieferen Seitentriebe bereits weiter wirken und teilweise deutlich weniger weiße Härchen zeigen. 🌼 Blütenentwicklung / Reife Bei der Triangle Sherbet Kush zeigen sich inzwischen klare Reifezeichen. Unter dem Mikroskop sind bereits die ersten bernsteinfarbenen Trichome zu erkennen 🔬. Außerdem stehen einige Blätter bereits kanuartig nach oben, und die Pflanze beginnt sichtbar, Nährstoffe und Farbe aus den Blättern in die Blüten zu ziehen. Die White Gushers 33 verfärbt sich ebenfalls zunehmend, wirkt aber insgesamt noch etwas später im Reifeprozess. Hier sind die Trichome überwiegend milchig, teilweise noch nicht ganz trüb. 👃 Aroma Beim Öffnen des Zeltes entwickelt sich inzwischen eine schöne würzig-fruchtige Gesamtmelange. Die Triangle Sherbet Kush bringt zunächst klar die würzige Kush-Komponente mit. Wenn man die Buds leicht berührt, kommt aber deutlich die bananige Note 🍌 aus der Sherbet-Abstammung durch – also ebenfalls fruchtig, aber eher cremig-bananig als süß. Die White Gushers 33 geht aromatisch eher in eine gasigere Richtung ⛽, mit etwas Funk und Frucht darunter. Also keine Candy-Süße, sondern eher ein Mix aus Gas, leichter Frucht und einem kleinen funky Twist. 📊 Fazit Aktuell zeigt sich immer deutlicher, wie unterschiedlich sich die beiden Genetiken in der Endphase entwickeln. Die Triangle Sherbet Kush wirkt klar weiter und reifer, während die White Gushers 33 oben noch weiter Blüten nachschiebt, in den tieferen Bereichen aber teilweise schon erstaunlich weit ist. 🔭 Ausblick Rein vom Eindruck her könnte die Triangle Sherbet Kush bald fallen, während die White Gushers 33 vermutlich noch etwas mehr Zeit gebrauchen kann. Da eine Teilernte hier nicht ganz unkompliziert wäre, bekommen beide vorerst noch etwas Zeit. Mich würde aber interessieren, wie ihr das handhaben würdet: Würdet ihr in so einer Situation schon separat die Kush ernten oder beide Pflanzen noch zusammen stehen lassen? Und wie macht ihr das generell in der letzten Phase vor der Ernte – gebt ihr euren Pflanzen noch eine Trockenphase 🌵 oder Dunkelphase 🌑, oder lasst ihr alles einfach normal weiterlaufen? Auch spannend: Zu welcher Tageszeit erntet ihr am liebsten? ⏰ Bis nächste Woche – bleibt sauber und gesund! 🌿 🌸 Flower Day 59 / 📅 Day 119 Overall 🌡️ Climate Outside you can clearly feel that spring has arrived. Inside the tent the climate remains calm and stable and the VPD values stay consistently in the optimal range. Overall the conditions are very similar to last week. 🌱 Plant Status The finish line is slowly coming into view, even though there is still a little bit of track left. The two plants now clearly show different stages of maturity. The Triangle Sherbet Kush already looks quite far along: almost no new white pistils, heavily swollen buds and overall a lot more resin production. The White Gushers 33 on the other hand is still working on producing new flowers. Especially on the tops fresh pistils are still appearing and the buds continue to gain mass. An interesting observation inside the plant structure: The three tallest and strongest tops are slightly foxtailing, while some of the lower side branches actually seem further along and already show far fewer white pistils. 🌼 Flower Development / Ripeness The Triangle Sherbet Kush already shows clear signs of maturity. Under the microscope the first amber trichomes can already be spotted 🔬. Some leaves are also starting to canoe upwards, and the plant visibly begins to pull nutrients and color from the leaves into the buds. The White Gushers 33 is also starting to fade, but overall it still seems slightly behind in the ripening process. Here the trichomes are mostly milky, with a few still not fully cloudy yet. 👃 Aroma When opening the tent a nice spicy–fruity blend fills the air. The Triangle Sherbet Kush first presents a spicy kush profile, but when the buds are lightly touched a distinct banana note 🍌 from the Sherbet lineage becomes noticeable — fruity as well, but more creamy banana-like than sweet. The White Gushers 33 goes into a different direction aromatically. It leans more toward a gassy profile ⛽, with some funk and fruit underneath. So not candy sweet, but more a mix of gas, light fruit and a slight funky twist. 📊 Summary At this point it becomes increasingly clear how differently the two genetics behave in the final phase. The Triangle Sherbet Kush clearly appears more mature already, while the White Gushers 33 is still pushing new flowers on the tops, even though some lower parts already look surprisingly advanced. 🔭 Outlook From the current impression the Triangle Sherbet Kush might be ready quite soon, while the White Gushers 33 could probably use a bit more time. Since doing a partial harvest here would not be the easiest option, both plants will likely stay a little longer for now. I’d be curious how you guys would handle this situation: Would you already harvest the Kush separately, or leave both plants a bit longer and harvest them together? Also interested to hear how you approach the final phase before harvest. Do you give your plants a dry period 🌵 or a dark period 🌑, or do you simply let everything run normally until harvest? Estuve un tiempo sin actualizar el diario porque me contagie de COVID, ahora un poco mejor vuelvo a actualizar. Flower58, las plantas están listas para la cosecha, en uno o 2 días empezaré a cortar y colgar para su secado. Drying, secando con parámetros de humedad de 60% a 16°c por aproximadamente 2 semanas, están a 2 o 4 días de estar listas para pasarlas a frascos y ver cuánta cantidad final se logró.

Day 64: Started flushing the girls today. Got All milky and starting to go amber. Day 65: Still flushing. The girls smell amazing. I have one in the bunch that is SUPER airy and I am just not sure what is going on with her. It's the girl that I accidently broke off the main cola a while back. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. Day 66: No new updates. Cut one of the colas off for a taste test and trial run on drying as this is my first go. Figure if I can dry this super dense beauty with no issue, I will be able to dry the rest. Have it hung up in the spare bathroom. Stays roughly 71° in our house and I'd say roughly 40%ish humidity. Day 67: Girls are smelling really nice! I keep looking at trich's and looks like no change. They are all cloudy and only a few amber from what I see. Still new to it so no tellin! Day 68: No updates. Day 69: Girls still looking good. My bud is still drying and looking super hideous. I feel it is drying slow enough but sure doesn't look or feel dense as it did when cut. Will know in several days to come when fully dry. Day 70: Girls smell dank and look the same! No new updates at this time.

Day 37 11/30/2021- Welcome to week four of flower. I see lots of trichomes everywhere and the smell is starting to pick up as well. Day 39 12/02/2021- Water day for them. Also camera needed update but made it work. IOS/ANDRIOD PAR METER APP. Day 40 12/03/2021- Lots of trichomes everywhere. Buds are also forming up nicely. Day 42 12/05/2021- Just water this girl today. Today also is the last day of the week, we should be have ways done hopefully harvest by the end of the month. Will do last top feed on Wednesday.

End of Week 3 into Week 4 and She's Growing BEAUTIFULLY without an Issue to Note. Huge Fan Leaves with Short Internode Spacing. I'm continually Tucking Leaves as an Alternative to Defoliation n it seems to be Working Nicely. Lower Node Growth Shooting toward the Top of the Plant. Her First Pistils have appeared so this Week She'll be getting "Transition" Feeding at 1/2 Dosage with Full CalMag Plus and a Light Dose of Liquid KoolBloom.

I can't believe other than my diary there are only 2 others of this strain. These girls are trucking along. Heavy feeders and vigorous growth. Started cutting back on grow nutrients and mixing bloom nutrients to get ready for the switch this upcoming week. So far grow has been smooth sailing. Hopefully the next 8-10 weeks go just as smoothly

So beautiful looks its going vey well apart of thats its too hot the heat from the lights if there is no air circulation it gets very humid and i have to leave the tent open

7cm of vertical growth this week. Things slowing down a little. This kush is very bushy. It's a huge plant, and if I'm honest the 10 litre pot is way too small 😲 On she goes through flowering! 😍
