Hello growers! The plants are in their second week of flowering. They are stretching nicely and we have started to form buds. We can expect a lot of fragrant photos in the coming weeks :) I rate their overall condition very positively and we will see how the next weeks, weeks of lush flowering, will look like. So far, Jack Herer and I are getting along well :) - Zdravím groweři! Rostliny mají za sebou druhý týden kvetení. Pěkně se natahují do výšky a začala nám tvorba palic. Můžeme v dalších týdnech očekávat přísun voňavých fotografiií :) Jejich celkový stav hodnotím velmi pozitivně a uvidíme jak budou vypadat další týdny, týdny bujného kvetení. Começando a limpeza.

Almost there. Took a look at her close up and most trichomes are cloudy. Added Overdrive this week to start that finishing process. Each branch has a really nice sized cola on top. Powdery mildew is practically dead in its tracks thankfully, meaning its not spreading. A bit pops up here and there, a quick but precisely guided spray with Safers Brand 3-1 and we are good. You can see it in the overshot on some leaves. This was before treatment. As far as the nitrogen toxicity, ive cut out the ph perfect line for her, minus 1ml of micro...i may even cut that. Notice how dark and thick the leaves are. I have a feeling that if I cut all nutrients now she would finish fine. Tell me what you think!

Last day of the fifth week, and these plants are getting an LST treatment on the main stem, under the split. The Ph is looking better, but there are some leaves that are malformed. Probably got too dry?

I'm glad we caught this when we did. Hello I hope everybody is doing alright, this last week has been good ive been busy, Sorry for a few days late! I had to build some.shade out here for the ladies. Using a 50% shade cloth. Si lets talk about my beautiful Medusa F1 from Royal Queen Seeds. This little lady is growing like a champ, and I've been giving her lots of love and care. One of the techniques I've been using with my Medusa F1 is leaf bending as a form of training. It's been amazing to see how much she's responded to this technique. I gently bend and manipulate the stems and leaves to encourage horizontal growth and create an even canopy. This helps to promote more even light distribution and allows for better nutrient uptake. My Medusa F1 seems to be loving it, as she's growing strong and healthy with lots of new growth popping up all over the place. Week7 done. Harvest will be soon in a day or two. 1st two plants will come down and after a few days the other two will also come down. The Buds are rock hard. Trichomes and the aroma is just sweet and pungent. All buds purpled up nicely. Cheers yall.

D42 - Today is the first day in the sixth week of veg for #2 and the fifth for #1. It has been six days since the first topping for the first girl, so I went ahead and topped her for the second time. I kept a couple of clones from her this time since she is so vigorous. I also had planned to do the third and final topping on the second girl but knew that I had to buy some more soil staples first. However, this morning a red warning showed up in my Corona warn app. It's the first warning I have ever gotten, but I'm triple vaccinated, of course, and I was wearing my N95 mask for this five-minute exposure, but I want to act responsibly and quarantine for a few days, just in case. So I improvised with BBQ skewers and some electrical tape. The skewers won't hold that well, but the branches are still small, so it shouldn't be a problem until I can venture out again. The cover crop was getting a bit unruly again, so I cut it back again. Finally, I gave both girls around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.3 and added a couple of qtips with peppermint oil to deter pests. D43 - I gave each girl about two liters of compost tea that I started brewing yesterday. A bit soon, possibly since I watered them only yesterday, but I needed to feed the girls in the other tent, so these girls got some as well. D45 - Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhh! Thrips have found their way into the tent. Lately, I've noticed some discoloration on the older leaves but haven't thought much about it. Today though, it was much more pronounced. I took out my loupe and microscope, and sure enough, I could see thrips larvae. Ugh. I ordered some predatory mites immediately to help with the problem, but they won't get here until a few days, and I want to start fighting the infestation as soon as possible. So, I went out shopping and picked up some pure alcohol, chili flakes, and a spray bottle. After soaking the flakes for a couple of hours, I strained the mixture and prepared a 1:10 solution with distilled water in the spray bottle. I removed all older leaves that were affected most and then sprayed all the remaining leaves, taking care to get them soaked on both sides. This chili tincture is nasty stuff, though, and I was coughing like mad, and the snot was flowing like a spring-river. Next time I'll wear a mask! I also sprayed the clones outside the tent and the Chocodope girl in my other tent, just in case. The Colorado Cookies girl is in flower, though, so I couldn't spray her. She has no sign of infestation, but I'll treat her as well with the mites when they get here. D47 - I resprayed the girls yesterday with the chili tincture to ensure I got to all the little critters, and today, the predatory mites arrived. I hung one sachet on each plant, and I hope that's the end of the little buggers. D48 - The end of another week of veg. The second girl thrives after her third topping, and I will do the third and final topping on the first girl in a couple of days. Once that is done, I can install the scrog net. As for the thrips, I can still see larvae, but they are far and few in between. Hopefully, the predatory mites will soon make short work of them. I haven't even flipped yet, but there are already flowers in the tent!!! Alfalfa flowers that is :D

This week everything was pretty normal. I increased the light intensity a little without necessarily lowering the LED. The plants have adapted very well and have a very good structure. I'm very happy with how everything has gone. They need watering more constantly, but I keep an eye on the weight of the mesh under the growing bed so that it doesn't dry out too much. With the care I've given them, the three plants have shown that they have a very high production capacity. Let's see how I do, haha 😅😅

Hello:) The plants are progressing nicely. The wasabi is almost ready but the sangrias need at least one more week. Let‘s hope the wasabi won‘t be too much overripe by then:) Sadly the red/purple buds don‘t seem to spread more to the top buds, I suspect that the temperature difference between day and night is not enough, let‘s see if they get more color this week. I plan to harvest between the 18.11-22.11 if the sangrias are ready, the wasabi will have to hang in there:) Also, I‘ve started making the video, looks ok ,I have to get a more stable shot next time:)
