The first thing I did was to defoliate and to install a new trellis net. 09/24: Some training and defoliation today. They are all growing very differently. I heard somewhere that there is only a 1 and 4 chance of these being the level of purple that you see in the pictures on the website. Im really hoping that one of these are and that the fact that all 4 of these are so different is some small indicator of my chance being high. They are growing pretty well. They have access to all of the nutrients and water that they want. My favorite plant is PL2. She has been easy to train and i am loving her compact and consistent growth patters. Im really hoping she turns out to be a purple one. Each of the other 3 have been a challenge to train simply for my own error and them not being very resistant of it. I know, I know, I sound like a rookie blaming the pants for my poor training. But i definitely appreciate the plants that seem to respond to my aggression well. Speaking of my errors, the plant that I broke a large branch from has recovered. Well.. kinda. It healed up but not cleaning, and so i am not sure how well it will support itself during flower. But o am not going to mess with it and will see what happens with it.

At the end of week 6 the buds are bulking up and the trichomes are going milky with red hairs pulling in will wait for more amber trichs before harvest which I anticipate around week 8-10.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. Day 35 of flower, still another 35 days to go and I’m seeing some early fading mostly on the lemon tree.. I’m not sure if they’re just hungry or stressed from something else :/ The sour kosher #1 has started to droop around the top leaves only.. doesn’t seem too close to the lights and is deffo got enough water. The 24k gold #1 is the tallest but developing very slowly with airy/leafy buds. Other than that the buds seem to be developing well and the smells are getting stronger by the day! Am Blütetag 74 wurde dann geerntet. Die Blüten hingen jetzt 6 Tage und waren zwei Wochen in den Gläsern. Die kleiner im 1l Topf hat 12.5g auf die Waage gebracht. Die große gute 84g. Bin mit dem Ertrag sehr zufrieden👍🏼 Zuckerblätter werden dann noch zu dry sift gemacht welches eventuell gepresst wird. Auch ein paar Buds werden sicher zu rosin verarbeitet. I have had some troubles this week. I have lost quite a few fish (not sure why) I am also showing signs of light burn/nutrient deficiency. I had to put netting around the sides because they grew taller than they should have and started falling over from the weight. The buds are filling out quite well, some of the hairs are starting to turn orange. It wont be long before harvest.

This is another beautiful pheno of my beloved strain Do-si-dos OG I wasn't expecting to grow 3 plants this year, just wanted 2 however it was a doble root seed and I didn't want to throw her away so I'm gonna grow her anyways! I love how good she has developed in this 4 weeks since planted, she developed without any issues and has become a happy and strong lady!! Last week for her. She has pushed another e cm of buds on her tops since I added the xs2000. Look forward to doing a full grow cycle with this led panel as soon as we finish these up. Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

Tremenda planta hermosa, este fue uno de los fenotipos mas resistentes de los 4 que tuve, siempre estuvo a gusto con todo. Lo unico malo fue que la flora es un poco mas larga que los otros fenos entonces estaba descoordinada y la coseche antes, bien terminada debe ser una delicia porque aunque no termino su ciclo estaba bien rica dulzona

Hi, here is another week and the flowers are gaining volume nicely, for flower no. 2 I am not sure if I should feed for another week or if I should start the 14-day flush, flower no. 1 is about two weeks behind so I will fertilize everything this week, another week or two just Dragon force and then flush. Would you start flushing flower 2 already? I don't want to create another question. The trichomes are milky so far, no amber yet but the buds are overall with a brown tint so I think they will start to turn amber soon.

I have started flushing with pH-adjusted Flawless Finish solution, expecting to harvest somewhere around the end of this week, although I will continue monitoring pistils and trichs. Upd: Added back 50% base nutrients and some flowering additives after researching some of the first responses to my flushing question. I learn every day. Even that which was scientifically proven true one day, might be even more scientifically proven absolutely false some time later (not related to flushing specifically). Thank you kings! Upd 2: Okay okay I cooked her with some cosmic rays or whatever those Chinese quantum bars emit — purple rays, I'll call it — that's on me. Turned them 30% down to see what's up. Light burn was not on my mind, because otherwise the leaves were not really curving that much, considering that this is 3 weeks overdue wrt advertised. Sorry about that, did not pay enough attention.

She's still alive! I don't know what I could be doing better. But buds aren't swelling up much but she still has some time to grow.
