definitely fed it too soon. i thought 1ml bloom wouldnt hurt but its okay shes still trucking along great ! getting thicker everyday and the smell is amazing

08/08/18 - Day 22 looking good especially after the minor bump in the road, the wire I bought for the LST is doing it’s job for the time being but I will be buying some proper stuff on the weekend. ✌️🏻 10/08/18 - did more LST last night and their responding well except one, I did some minor defoliation of some fan leaves hogging the 💡 11/08/18 - plant #3 is finally getting into feel of the LST and is looking a lot happier, but girl #1 & #2 are just going with the flow and killing it, my first time doing LST like this and I wish I started doing it two harvest ago 😂👌🏻 13/08/18 - watered each plant with 2 litres each 💧plant number #3 has a slight kink in it from the LST it has been a pain for it the main stem has hardly any flexibility but the other two are 👍🏻

3/11 Week 11 a day early due to visitors day 28 of Flower Her buds building and coning as any proud female would like. No signs of any deficiencies and the tips are ok so leaving all nuets as is. Halfway to projected harvest date according to Fast Buds, we believe them. Having some humidity issues due to our funky weather. Humidity running higher than is safe on lights out , 60-70%, so installed one small dehumidifier but getting a larger one today to add to it. That is pretty much it, hope for better pics later! Good growing out there! 3/12 Vid and Pics of her We fouled up and miscalculated days in flower today should be 29 as she obviously into flower on 2/12. Hubby just looked at the calendar wrong 😏 Fix what I can sorry folks thought it looked further along than that. pics

Day 35 Flowering: A great week for the ladies this week with their hunger outweighing the living soils capacity.!! I noticed the leaves were starting to fade out a little over the last week or so . I have experience of this from the last 2 crops with the living organic soil. It does seem that even 60L of soil with amendments is not enough to power through the whole cycle when I grow them bigger. This has now meant I can use the amazing MegaCrop again but as a support to the L.O.S . The herd and rootzone will happily work with MC and have no negative affect on the life there. I plan to push them on the feeds to give them a boost for the last couple of weeks growth to come. The FFT#9 and #10 are both pumping power into bud production nownwithbsome beautiful looking colas on the pair of them. FFT#9 Has spread her budstacks out quite well but did need a little supercropping on the side under the sp250 to stop her hitting the light and get her length some full spectrum too. She has a fuel , sweet smell in effect now and stinks my loft space out too. The shape and size of her buds is excellent. Each one is a chunky ,solid and packed stack of tightly squeezed in pistils and she is not stopping yet it seems. A beauty to work with so far. FFT#10 Her week has been bustly with the amount of effort she has packed into her tight hairy bud stacks. She is a wide lady too. Her dark colour is a warning of her potency I hope.... She has some very long , leafy colas compared to the FFT#9 but her trich production will see them put to good use in hash from the trimmed harvest. She smells really strong of sherbet when agitated or hungry so I wonder what her genetics were from amd cannotnwsit to find out all of these FTT mystery strains. not a bad one among them so far and I don't think there will any dissatisfaction from these girls either. As mais pequenas um pouco atrasadas em relacao a maior, estavam muito estressadas e atrasaram um pouco a floracao mas ja foi resolvido o problema com o revive da advanced nutrients, foi dia de lolipop nas mais pequenas pois a maior ja o tinha feito a semana passada por estar mais desenvolvida, strain forte compacta mas robusta com muita ramificação....

Girls are really starting to explode in height this week. Went with a 1-4-4-7 nutrient schedule and the plants seem to be taking it well. Been struggling with my VIVOSUN controller failing to read humidity and temp values from the external probe so at times humidity is getting super high, but I don’t think it will be a major issue as the dehumidifier seems to work well until it gets full but if I’m at work then I’m kinda screwed until I get home.

Buds are stacking nice. Resin productivity has increased. Will introduce dry Koolbloom soon.

Can I just say, these plants growth and development have been awesome, in the beginning she just grew horizontally and at a snail rate, but in my absence it’s like she was preventing her growth, and the problem with Monday’s Blue, it’s pot was not filled to the brim with grow medium (alike Unknwon Strain), unlike the other 4 plants so it did not get enough wind and sunlight, but guess what, nature always makes a plan. Look at her now.

All in all this was an amazing harvest I usually have around 8-10 plants and harvest anywhere from 24-36 ozs per harvest with the 8 plants I had this harvest including the biscotti mintz and cookies USA I ended up with 898g total dry weight with all top quality flower. I’ve learned some things with all my previous runs when it comes to dialing in my quality and yield and definitely watching for those herms because I like to push my plants to the max when it comes to training ! I’m adding a timer to my exhaust fan so it won’t be running 24/7 I’ll set it to exhaust the dry room every 3 hours for a half hr. I have my dehumidifier running in there so it’s not going to get above the set level. My only concern is mold, considering I only ever lose a few grams each harvest from mold I figure I should be safe if my humidity stays under 50 from here on. Would have went a lot smoother if everything was done the same day because the humidity would gradually go down on its own while the buds dry out however I have been adding plants as they finish causing timing to be off. Would have liked to just check them every few days. Now I’ll have to check them daily knowing some will be dry before others. Bright side is that gives me a break from trimming. It’s only me trimming so it’s going to take me a while. Roughly 25 plants each with a few ounces so I hope it’s only around 2000 grams to trim by myself

All is good in the Scroggernaut and the plants are taking to their hempy buckets. Ladies were topped this week and responding well. VPD is on point as can be seen by the way the leaves are praying to the skies. The lighting is just killing it and Im not even cranked up yet. Trying to fiddle and keep the seedling plants on the other table close to the same size as the coco hempys, so Im using slowing techniques like early defo and light deprivation on the seeds. Really looking forward to what this strain has to offer and hope to get some variance in the phenos. With the last heat wave, I had an answer to one of my questions, clearly my chiller is not doing the trick. I have water temperatures that went up to 27°, which is way too much, the plants deprived of oxygen, started to declare several deficiencies due to an assimilation slowed by the lack of oxygen. It is then that a nasty fungus came to say bijour, it is me MR pythium! It was necessary to act, at the risk of having to restart the culture. So I applied hydrogen peroxide and ROOT ROT X, and both products are doing harm to this nasty pythium, things are now back to normal. On the other hand, the plants had a decreased growth for 10 to 15 days, so I'm going to extend my growth for 10 to 20 days, that is to say 1 or 2 soups, I'll choose according to the root development of the plants. Before going to flowering, I have to catch up this delay in order to make a nice crop.

Day#29Update : I took off about 8-10 fan leaves although I really did not want to take anything . I pony-tailed her main top although I wanted to pony-tail each of her tops . I’m hoping this second lite defoliation establishes those lateral branches letting them become symmetrical with the main top . If this happens I’ll pony-tail each branch for a day or two then when I untie them I’ll top each branch . For now that’s the plan , make as many arms “branches” with equal growth to the central “main” branch . Day#30 update : she’s been ponytailed for an entire 24hrs which is a 1st she always breaks out of the tie . This makes me happy I timed it better . Usually I ponytail her top when it’s slightly to large/strong so the benefits are short lived at most about 8hrs which still definitely helped those lateral branches reach the light but I was aiming to ponytail her at a smaller growth so that it would remain restrained until I decided to remove it . She’s almost ready for a drink . She could go for one today but I really want to wait until she’s absolutely famished and begging for it . So I’m going to wait another day or two then water her until runoff . The last time she received water was day #24. Day#31Update: well she’s still pony-tailed ! I’m shocked and amused . I’ll let her down finally tomorrow . Made it through an entire month she’s only gotten more beautiful since fixing the VPD issue. I broke and gave her water before she was absolutely begging for it . Mainly to address the low and falling humidity in my tent . I don’t want to lose anymore precious time dealing with issues and setback on those autos finishing up in here . After I last watered the tent day #24 I did a massive leaf defoliation of the flowering girls which dropped the overall tent humidity massively . So I adjusted the intake/exhaust fans as well as the oscillating fan to allow the humidity to rise in the tent . That worked well enough until but as the girls drink slowly the humidity is back falling again into the 45s. I don’t want it in the 40s until buds are swollen . I mixed up a gallon on water and added an ounce of trace micronutrients to it and ph’d it down to 6.4 loaded it into a 1gallon sprayer & sprayed my 3 autos . Having a little less than 1/4 gallon of this full strength solution I decided to see what my Cereal milk plant was made of and gave it to her . I haven’t given any of these girls a full strength dose of anything other than the Gaia Green . At day 42 & Day 35 of the autos in flower I did a too dress of flower nutes & a week later all 3 ladies showed burnt tips so I very well may exacerbate the issue by giving them a full stenches feeding of micronutrients . “Cellie” who went into this 1 gallon pot day#9 is showing what looks hunger signs with the yellowing of the lower leaves . Maybe because I’m letting her go thristy considering there should be 28 days of food in this medium at minimum really even more considering I added more than the recommended amount . So we’ll see. Month 1 Veg went great excited to see what kind of bush she looks like at the end of month 2 and fingers crossed by month 3 she’ll be read to flip to flower and scrog down Day#32 Update: RELEASE FROM PONYTAIL PRISON so to speak 😭. She has so many tops already ! It’s going to be a pleasure and a joy to defoliate her , ponytail all her tops for a couple days , then release the ponytails & top all the main tops once to widen her up some more ! She hasn’t shown signs of stress from that full strength micronutrient feeding I gave her last night so that’s wonderful . She’s going to look absolutely crazy when I strip her bare of a lot of these leaves and ponytail those tops BUT the woman she will be once she fills back out will be worth the temporary tragedy . It will take her relatively 14 days to rebound from the defoliation I’m going to put on her if I go as heavy as I’m planning to .

Hello. Got the plants into the main grow room. There is 2 videos . In the first I just sit in the room quitly and turn the camera. you get a sense :) of what it's like in there. In the second I try to describe what's in the room, equipment and maybe a new technique. With the tomato cages I use, and needing the plant to slow down, I twist the stock into a large figure 8. Eventually I take off what is on the lower part of the 8, and just work the top of the 8. About 2 weeks in veg in this room. Then I take clones of everything before I switch to flower. >Carbon dioxide enhancement: I had to make that choice 20 years ago. I could, rent a tank and have my name on a list, at the gas store. Or make my own. They didn't have the small propane tanks like they do today for the blue flame you get when you burn it. I decided on a kerosene lamp burning down as low as it could be without going out. It makes a half blue and half yellow flame. I vent constantly so the small amount of carbon monoxide is not a problem. For the first week you can smell it a bit, but the smell disappears after that. I light the lamp in the morning and put it out at lights out (unless it's bed time). It needs to be put in a place in the room that cant get knocked over (pets, children, ?). I try to use extra attention whenever I use it. It can burn down the place. Be careful Please. >About 17 years ago I thought I'd lower my table by knocking a hole in the cement and dropping my 10 gallon reservoir more. I was able to lower it by 16 inches. Still have to watch the height of some plants though, it worked out well. Watch the video. > Air cleaner: The reason I got a big 8 inch exhaust fan was, I had a bout of powder mildew and needed better a exhaust system. When I plugged it in there was too much air moving. I phoned and asked and the salesman said that a dimmer switch wasn't a good idea. I put one on anyway. Works great. I have the fan barely on in the winter and about half way on in the middle of the summer. I haven't had any powdery mildew since. About 12 years ago I bought a good air cleaner. An ORECK, It has electrified plates that zap any organic particle or spore that come between the plates. Use to grow a Northern Lights that got 6 to 8 ounces per harvest, it grew big buds. Buds as big as my forearm. I had problems with gray mold attaching the buds. But none since I bought the air cleaner. Ya learn as you go.
