🌿 Journal de Culture : Mac 1 – "Spirit" (Plante #2) – Pleine Floraison

Évolution : +21 cm par rapport au dernier suivi (Le stretch ne s'arrête plus !)
C'est un départ improvisé ! Sur un coup de tête, je pars en vacances avec ma petite famille du côté de Rimini. Ce matin, c'était la course avant le grand départ, j'ai fait de mon mieux pour prendre quelques clichés rapides et administrer les derniers soins à la va-vite.
📊 État de Santé & Évolution de la Structure
Une poussée incontrôlable : Spirit a officiellement dépassé le mètre pour culminer à 1m15. Sa croissance est tout simplement monstrueuse, voire même un peu trop par rapport à l'espace dont je dispose. Visuellement, elle reste magnifique : une structure vigoureuse qui continue de se couvrir de têtes de haut en bas.
Développement des fleurs :
Les pompons se densifient nettement par rapport à la semaine dernière. La formation des buds s'accélère et la plante montre un excellent potentiel de rendement sur l'ensemble de ses branches secondaires.
Le repère visuel :
Notre figurine "Spirit" est toujours fidèlement installée au pied du tronc pour identifier cette championne.
⚙️ Paramètres Environnementaux & Culture
Lumière :
Intensité fixée à 75%. La gestion de la distance devient un art millimétré puisque la plante continue de manger l'espace vertical.
Climat :
Les températures restent stables (24°C jour / 21°C nuit). Le déshumidificateur tourne pour essayer de contrer l'humidité ambiante causée par le réservoir et le système de la pièce.
Arrosage & Ajustement :
L'Autopot gère l'autonomie en eau claire pendant mon absence.
Nutrition & Entretien (Aujourd'hui)
Apport anticipé :
J'ai donné 4 ml de Bio PK 5-8 de Biotabs dans 75 cl d'eau ph 6,3
Ajustement de planning :
J'ai dû avancer ce repas de 2 jours à cause de mon départ à Rimini. Le but est de lui donner le carburant nécessaire pour qu'elle puisse continuer à gonfler ses fleurs sereinement pendant que je profite de la plage.
📝 Résumé de la situation
Spirit porte définitivement bien son nom : indomptable et sauvage. À 1m15, elle demande énormément d'énergie et l'apport de PK 5-8 tombe à pic pour soutenir l'explosion des bourgeons.
La canopée est bien verte, aucun signe de stress majeur, le run suit son cours de manière spectaculaire. Place à quelques jours de repos en Italie, la nature va faire son travail en autonomie !

26.12.24:
I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves.
To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants.
After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6.
I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes!
29.12.24:
So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small.
I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process.

This was the plant that leaned more sativa, even though all three of em were very sativa. She has the smallest nugs, so we shall see how she comes down.But this was the mother to the second generation of otto strains.I've made two years ago.
That plant was healthy enough to help me make approximately 10000 Otto. Hybrids, and I will slowly be testing them out later this year

So since I had the mold and bud rot problems I had to divide my schedule of harvest and divide the product as well.
- Healthy buds are ones belonging to branches where there are no signs of rot/mold.
-Mid-healthy buds are untouched by disease but still belonging to a branch where there was some disease.
-Last category are the salvaged ones, where I cut them from bigger buds that had disease or they were in some part affected.
These 3 categories each have their own drying space and where harvested in this order to prevent spreading of spores and stuff. For the salvaged buds every time I removed a part with disease I cleaned the scissors with alcohol.
I only removed the sun-leaves + penguin leaves and will be doing a dry trim for the sugar leaves later on.

I ent had the time to get in there proply to defoliate it abit more, think I thought they would have stretched abit more two, learning curve again gonna use tomoto cages instead of a net next time hard yo get into we’re you need to.

🌸 Week 5 Complete – First Week of Flower Phase
The light cycle has been switched to 12/12 since the start of the week. No clear signs of flowering yet, except for a slight preflower showing on the Seriotica. However, the stretch has definitely kicked in:
📏 Current height:
• Seriotica: 42 cm
• Cherry MAC: 46 cm
• MAC n Cheese: 50 cm
MAC n Cheese is stretching nicely and looks strong – just like the rest of the tent.
💧 Watering & Feeding
• 6 L per plant every 3 days
• Feeding at ~50 % of the Advanced Nutrients schedule
• Input EC: ~1.3
🔍 Drain EC readings:
• Seriotica: 1.1
• Cherry MAC: 1.0
• MAC n Cheese: 0.92
Still very happy with the medium mix (Plagron Lightmix + Coco) – especially because the runoff EC is consistently measurable and reliable.
Looking back, I probably could’ve flipped to flower a week earlier – the tent is really filling up now! 😄

Been on the Spananbis so I wasnt able to check on them but they did really good the last few days. Put a net on them to spread them out a bit cause im scared of not enough airflow between the plants

Die Top's wurden zum trocknen aufgehängt.
Der Rest kam ins Gefrierfach zum Waschen.
Denke Samstag oder Sonntag sollten die andren 2 auch soweit sein.
Mal schaun, denke werde auf 2 mal waschen..

Given them a big juicy feed, they're only needed watering once or twice every 7 days.
Waiting for that stretch, structures look ok but I'll be doing a final lollipop in 2-3 weeks to focus on the above the net buds only.

And the stretch begins, I see the subtle but clear first signs of slightly less dark green in the growth tips appear. They've grown at least a cm or two in 24 hours.
Canopy looking nice and even and I think it will all fill the net nicely.
Took a few fan leaves from the litter portion of the plants and one or two that were on top shading.
Still don't feel dry enough to water, time to give them an extra boost of nutrients in the next watering and see if they cope. I have added a top dress.

Added the mars hydro UV and IR combo lights, we'll see if they do make a difference.
Still feel quite heavy, no need for water yet.
Each cola has no more than 3 nodes on each, and there's a few side branches (single node branches) bit they may not name the cut , we'll see before a major defoliation in 10-15 days time.

I burned them. I knew 2000 ppm was too much but I went with the NFTG chart anyways. The different charts worked great at 100% until now. The one in the back took it the worst. The front one only somewhat. I stopped feeding and have just been giving them tap water for the last week which is about 100ppm. They seem stable now, I guess.
These fuckers have gotten unruly. They are too big for their own good. I can barely get in there to do anything. When I started these I didnt look too much into the strain. I just figured i'd use up some free seeds and got to it without much of a plan. I was going to use 5 gallon pots but on transplant day I realized I only have 7 gallon pots so I went with it. They are 2 giant bushes for sure.
The buds on the back plant are getting massive. I got yoyo's everywhere. They smell great.
I took out a couple lights and started to simulate shade. Roughly 4 weeks left, give or take.

Hey guys .
My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully.
Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( .
One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( .
A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room.
I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet.
That's all I have this winter full can do .
Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻.
As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures.
Now for the update.
Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres .
The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it.
I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots.
These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻.
It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone.
Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats.
Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃

I'll start flowering tomorrow by switching to 12 / 12 h because the ladies mustn't get too high because the small flowering tent is only 160 cm high :-)

Pflanzen wurde heute das letzte mal mit ca. je 5l Regenwasser gespült. Sobald die Erde fast trocken ist, wird das Licht für 48 h ausgestellt und anschließend geerntet 😊

Esta semana los nutrientes siguen de la misma manera, es notorio el exceso de Nitrogeno por ende se disminuira en los próximos riegos, se realizaron podas apicales en los clones que no les hice anteriormente para que alcanzaran más altura. Dentro de esta semana instalare la malla scrog Kanovi para guiar los vigorosos brotes.
Además esta semana ya esta retomando el crecimiento la planta madre variedad Tangie la cual cumplió su ciclo de propagación por esquejes y porfin florecerá.

5 juli en ze is aan haar einde gekomen, ze hangt nu aan de waslijn
Heerlijke dikke buds met een heerlijke geur.
Deze strain zal ik zeker nogmaals kweken.
Bedankt James voor de mogelijkheid 👌🏽❤️
Ze zal ongeveer 2 weken nodig hebben om te drogen. Hierna zal ik de buds wegen en in potten doen.
Uiteraard volgt er dan ook nog een smokereport en meer foto's
